Snide, rude, unfriendly, unhelpful staff, contemptuously annoyed @ my questions. Checking out, cashier incorrectly quoted a higher price for item. Had to go back & show correct price, she was unaffected, NO apology. 2 employees followed me around the ENTIRE time. I commented to them & was blatantly ignored- should have left. Shopped there many times. Never again. Absolutely horrific

What kind of store closes it’s fitting rooms a whole hour before the actual closing of the store?! Especially in Downtown NYC where most people don’t finish up working at 4:30. Me and several other customers had dozens items we wanted to try on (and most likely buy a part of it) and we were simply turned away. I guess I’ll never be able to shop here after work then.

Love this place. Their clothes are so gorgeous. I love them. Just wish their prices were affordable especially considering the quality of their clothes is Similar to Zara's and like such.

Yea this blonde employee with a short haircut is one of the rudest, most unpleasant people I’ve ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with. I asked if a shirt I liked was available one size smaller and she suggested I order two sizes up (in essence, calling me fat). She literally spat on me. I think she was high. I felt ashamed to be there. I will never step foot in this store again.

The quality of these pieces is so disappointing for the price point. I want to warn others. I bought a coat online for over $200 and it is so thin and easily wrinkled. Do not waste your money here

Well-made, reasonably priced clothing that is chic and has nice details. There were a lot of things in natural fibers, and not 100% synthetics as has happened with Ann Taylor and largely, to Banana Republic. The styles were very wearable and chic. The sales staff were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend.

I bought a sandal and it is totally not usable. I walk few steps and the strap falls off. I went back to return the item because the shoes is not wearable even for 2 minutes. I walk a lot just like any other people in NYC and can't wear a shoes that doesn't work! I asked if I could get a store credit or exchange it for something else, I could make a use out of it instead. They refused to refund it. I will not be returning. Product quality is extremely low so is the customer service. Do not waste your money on this place!

I come to this location once or twice a week in order to get first dibs on new inventory! I love this brand and it's safe to say that 75% of my wardrobe comes from this location and from COS. It's disappointing that I have to write this 2 starred review. There's always this one guy that works there who always looks at me as if he's bothered by my presence. I had 2 pairs of pants that I wanted to try and on and as I approached him in the fitting room... he quickly points towards the fitting rooms. No smile, no real communication. I come out of the fitting room and the guy just looks at me and quickly looks away. I wasn't getting any help so I walked over to the register. The girls also had some sort of attitude and hesitated to offer me help with finding another size. I've spent a lot of money here and most of the girls are familiar with my face. I don't steal, I'm not difficult (I barely talk to anyone) and I always BUY... so why am I getting treated like this. Maybe they all need new jobs. I'd suggest starting all over again in regards to hiring suitable sale associates. No one begged you to work in retail.

The white elderly lady, Diana (supposedly the manager?!) was so rude and we had a horrible shopping experience because of her. The young lady at the with braids was FANTASTIC and super sweet, made up for how awkwardly we were treated

Love that the clothes come from designers from different parts of the world. They seem to have everything from perfumes, hand bags, shoes, best, jewelry and clothing covers the causal- business- cocktail... fun to shop.

Poor customer service. Sales representatives are rude. They all gather in the fitting rooms and chit chat instead of actually helping the customers.

Spacious retail space, friendly staff~ My favorite branch in New York City.

I ran from work to grab a quick accessory and the guard was closing the doors at 7:45PM. A group of other women were also trying to shop but he told us they were closed, with 15 min left. We complained that there was still time and he said he would ask the Manager. After asking he let us in and we were immediately greeted with “we are closing in ten minutes” as if we weren’t already aware of the time. The music was off and all we heard as we shopped in awk silence was the counting of the registers. Sadly I needed to buy something but in any other situation I would have left bc of the lack of consideration from the whole team. Not a single person said a thing or even tried to help knowing that they wanted us out asap-maybe try asking if we were looking for anything. In the end I bought something very reluctantly but rest assured I’ll never shop there again.

Love the brand but horrible experience in this location. Wanted to try out some dresses and after waiting at the fitting room for 10 mins one of the store employee told me the fitting room was closed and I should come back tomorrow. This was an hour before the store’s closing time… ended up leaving without buying anything. Very disappointing experience.

The boots I wanted were sold out online so I went to the store and Ruth assisted me. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right shoe. Thanks so much Ruth!
