This is an excellent company for maintenance of lawn irrigation systems. They come to my home twice per year to open and close the system. They have also installed a "smart controller" for my system. They are always on time and always remove their shoes before entering my home. They work quickly and inform me of everything along the way. I had to call pacific lawn sprinkler last minute to make an appointment because my company I used to open my sprinkler cancelled on me. The representative was very nice and worked around my schedule and sent Steve P at 7:30am which I requested. They email you and call you before arriving to make sure you’re not left hanging. He closed the water pipe and blew out the remaining water. It was our first time closing so he encounter some issues but handled it with smile and explained each step he’s taking. He had to change one pipe which got cut during construction and fixed it within minutes. He knows his stuff. He was very professional, handy, pleasant. Thank you steve P!!

I had Pacific Lawn perform sprinker winterization. I have had this service before with other company. Pacific Lawn was very thorough and explained everything very patiently. I appreciated the customer service.

The guys who installed the sprinkler system did a good job. The reason I didn't give a five star is because the system didn't come with an app so I could control the sprinkler system from my phone. I received a survey after the install asking if I was interested in a wifi controller and I answered yes. After making the appointment on line, I noticed I was being charged a service fee. I contacted customer service to verify that I had to pay a service fee and I was told yes. My appointment was a week and a half after my install.

Hector and his crew repaired a leak in my sprinkler system in under 1 hour that another company was unable to repair after two hours of digging and unsuccessfully searching for the water line. Thanks guys, you’re the best!

Demetrio's team (Humberto and Omar) installed our system a few days ago. They were very helpful with answering questions during the process. I had to provide a few items to assist the install, but everything else went according to plan. So far, so good!
