This is my second visit to a Lego store in the USA and living the way they are laid out. Big. Spacious. Colourful. Inviting. This store was particularly good with plenty of displays including the Statue of Liberty with its own spin. Plus a great creation of New York at the rear of the store. Staff are ever so helpful and store layout easy to navigate. The dragon makes for some fun hanging from the roof. This is a must visit if nothing more than to watch the joy of kids and little plastic bricks.

This is for all, not just children. An amazing hobby to help build character in a tedious way. This also gets the mind and body working in unison. Amazing location for parents who have those inquisitive children focused on creating and building. The product is TOP QUALITY. Also I did notice a few items where collectors items worthy. Make a purchase today a year from now it could be worth twice the money. Just don't take it out the box. Make a trip today it'll be well worth the trek. *Tyler

It's worth a stop in if you are a Lego fan and you find yourself in the Madison Square Park vicinity. Spacious store, not crazy busy on weekdays. Bring your kids for a magical adventure (free fun if you can ward off the pleas to buy). Easy access from the subway.

Fun place to go to with kids. There's some Lego in there they can play with to build their own racing car. Too bad they didn't resupply the paper cards kids could put up with their self-built car. The idea of constructing your own Lego character was funny. Prices are on the high side for Lego, but hey it's New York and it's a tourist attraction. Staff is friendly and plenty. No public restrooms available here. I would think they could do more with this place to deliver even more value to it.

A must-see in Manhattan! Kids and adults can have a good time in this LEGO store. The queue to enter was short. There are beautiful displays in the store! One of my favorite is the yellow taxi car. You can actually sit in it. The staff is friendly and ready to help. There are many stations for visitors to play and build their creations. You can also customize your articles! Of course, the prices are high, but reasonable for the experience and location. When visiting, make sure you take photos of the beautiful stairs!

I just had so much fun visit Lego store and seeing all different model here! Even this it’s not the biggest one in NYC but it’s still so cool to take a look and visit! Plus it’s not crowded at all so you can easily get a picture if you like :)

Well stocked, and plenty of variety, although does not have all models. Easy to find products, well staffed and friendly service. Queues not too long, however the build / make your own lego people was overcrowded for a very long time.

Amazing place, with many sorts of Legos (including movies and TV orienated). However, most of the products are quiet expensive. The statues made from legos were beautiful! The staff was also very kind. You can use this machine that takes a photo of you and suggests a Lego-minifigure look based on it (which you can build). Overall, it's a great place to hang out, even if you're not buying anything. There's also a Lego store on the fifth ave., and I recommend visiting either one of those if you're in NY. I gotta say, though, that the Lego store on the fifth is bigger and more impressive.

Location is perfect, just in the middle of everything. Staff and service was good. Variety was not a big deal. Average Lego store.

This is a fun, busy, not unbearably crowded store for all the Lego things a little one might want. The staff were friendly and the selection was surprising. It was bright and clean, and made for a photo op before you stand in line.

This is such an amazing and fun place!! I got to make my own figurine! There are so many cool statues everywhere! This is a great spot to bring kids and have a fun time exploring. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Nice store but poor products selection… Almost any toys store or Walmart have way bigger selection that suppose to be opposite in my opinion

Corner store located next to eataly. The store looks small from the outside but is surprisingly big on the inside. They have really cool builds and interactive play areas to play with legos.

Very cool store - awesome displays of huge Lego men and a dragon that is interwoven throughout the store. Great for adults and kids!

Interactive, whimsical, and smart. Humorous touches worked into the decor that will amuse adults as well as engage kids. Amazing to see some of the huge sculptures, great shopping experience, some special toys and make your own Minifigures. They monitored total occupancy so the store wasn't horribly crowded

My son and I enjoyed this Lego store. It had some fun displays, was clean, well stocked, and less crowded than the other 5th avenue location. They also had a holiday Lego gifting initiative where you can build a unique Lego set out of the allotted legos and a Lego set will be gifted to a child for Christmas, so that was something fun and interactive to do.

Of the two Lego stores in Manhattan, my recommendation is this one over Rockefeller simple because you don't have to wait in line outside. Inside, lots of interesting displays and a good variety. Staff was courteous and not there to pressure to buy. I was very surprised at the prices. I expected to see higher prices than at a normal store, but definitely not the case. Bought my daughter a rRose and it was actually $20 CHEAPER than Walmart or Amazon

Even on a Friday afternoon, there were no crowds. Lots of LEGO bricks and exhibits. A very nice option to make a portrait with your own image. Excitable employees.

Great service at this place. Went in looking for highly specific parts today and one of the employees (Johnny) was extremely helpful! Went above and beyond for helping me get the things I need! Highly recommend the store just for the service from him! Great place with great employees.

If you want to visit the Lego store without the crazy crowds of the Rockefeller Plaza location, I highly recommend going here. We visited the week of Thanksgiving with no wait to get in or check out. Lots of Lego sets that you don’t find in other locations, and the staff were helpful.

Amazing selection, amazing location. Very good prices also. My fiancé picked up a yellow taxi for $8. Also have some special pieces like Old Trafford, Santiago Bernabeau and Hogwarts!

Really great store! Super clean with a friendly staff. The theme is NYC through the years with other fun and whimsical lego builds. The store isn’t huge but it does have a little of everything. My son and I like to visit and see all of the sculptures.

I really love the architecture Lego series - they sell out online very fast but there were plenty in stock here. Also some that I haven’t seen online before! From what I could tell everything was the same price as it is online/Amazon
