Absolutely terrible customer service, after waiting on the wait list to be seen in store we spent less than 5 minutes and walked out. Associate was more interested in her not one but two phones than she was waiting on us. I would have thought it clear we are there to make a purchase after waiting to be seen. We left the store without buying anything and went straight to the 5th avenue store. A much better experience and ended up purchasing more than originally planned

From the moment we walked in the door the customer service was top notch. Matthew greeted us with a warm smile, and genuine hello. Matthew provided us with an exclusive tour of the store. The product information, details, and history he provided of the brand was extraordinary. The store manager solidified the customer experience by reassuring us that we as customers are appreciated. The team here was great. We got help right away and they went above and beyond to find the item we needed. Smaller store but still a great selection.

Jenisa and the store associates made us feel welcomed! There can be a stigma around walking into a Luxury Story like Louis Vuitton because sometimes brands make you feel like you don’t belong or judged based on your age, ethnicity, and what you are wearing. This was not the case at this Louis Vuitton store. I am a college student who was with friends and had no intentions on buying anything the first time we walked in. Before Jenisa even knew we were college students on a field trip she went out of her way to make us feel like we belonged in the store. She was able to answer any of the questions we had about their store location, the brand as a whole, and any of the products. Even after we bought nothing, Jenisa went out of her way to make us feel included like we were repeat customers. Eventually I went back to the store and I ended up buying a pair of pink Heels. That will probably be my only Louis Vuitton purchase until I have a real job out of college. Ask for Jenisa she will give you an incredible experience at this location & regardless if you are looking, making a once in a lifetime purchase, or a repeat customer. Jenisa and the other store associates here make you feel welcomed and as if you belong here!

Man, these folks are A+. Barrington, Jose, and Cindy were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They offered the friendliest service compared to the 5th Avenue and SoHo stores (although there was one really nice sales associate at the SoHo store two years ago. Sadly I forgot her name). I highly recommend this store to anyone in search of some Louis goodies. They’re so amazing. Will visit this store for my next purchase. That’s the kind of service that makes luxury brands worth every penny 😍😍😍

I gave them 5 star because they have all features to be a five-star store. Shocking problem is, their price like I asked the price of the lady's handbag, was 6.5 thousand USD! Everything except the price is excellent. This is a bright and very shop. It has enough space inside, and seating facility.

I went to this LV store with my mom to make her first ever purchase. Eno was extremely patient with my mom. We ended up getting the Pochette Metis in canvas. The shopping experience really made my mother very happy. Andre was also super helpful too! I can't wait to come back here to make my next LV purchase.

I am an African American woman. I walked into this store on June 5th, 2023 in the late afternoon after visiting the World Trade Center Monument. I walked 2 rotations around the store which had 2 customers and 3 visible LV associates. One associate -female- was carrying on a personal conversation while she was behind the counter the other 2 were helping customers. Never ONCE did someone greet me. I just stood in front of the counter where the bag that I was interested in was placed. The whole time I was standing there, the female associate carried on her conversation and said not a single word to me….. In comes a briskly walking Asian woman. She stands quite antsilly while looking at her bag of interest from my side of the counter. All of a sudden an African American gentleman(Manager)came and greeted HER( never me) and proceeded to help her with her decision making process. I’m still standing there, the female associate is still conversing with her friend, the associate that was helping someone in shoes finished and walked by without any acknowledgement that I was standing there.. THEN IT HAPPENED, I reached the point where I could not continue to stay silent…. Another African American LV associate came around the counter to help the Manager help the Asian customer— WHILE I STILL STOOD THERE UNACKNOWLEDGED!!! What!!!! It was at that point I said, “Excuse me! Am I invisible??” The Manager no said he thought I was with the Asian customer but NOTHING would have given him that indication.. I left the store disheartened, it will be a VERY LONG time (if ever) that I patronize a Louis Vuitton store again as this is not the first ( although the worst) time I felt slighted in this way!

Awful service, needed help getting some shoes, lady was more concerned in upselling than helping me. When I finally got my order they needed to ship it from another store, lady told me they’ll have a tracking number for me that same day, it’s been 3 days and still haven’t heard from them. Better shopping elsewhere worse experience ever

The service is terrible, I faced discrimination in this store. Unless the handbag I want is here, otherwise, I wouldn't come here again.

I walked into Louis Vuitton with no intention of buying a new bag because I had one on hold at Gucci. I was greeted by Keianna, who showed me bags, straps, different ways of wearing them, how to adjust from shoulder to cross body, suggestions for the LV bag that I already own.... so yeah, I bought a new bag here that cost much more than the one one I had hold because Keianna was that good. And when I told her I was taking the subway home she put my purchase in a discreet plain shopping bag for me.

great experience, I was able to find an item that was sold out everywhere. Sales associates are so nice and sweet. This store’s decoration is not a typical Louis Vuitton store only better.

Don’t bother coming in if you’re running late. They lock the doors at least 10 mins (maybe more) prior to closing. Got here at 7:50 knowing what I was looking for and they wouldn’t let me in. Luckily that gave me a whole 10 mins to check out Gucci across from them.

Usually when we walk into a high end store dressed as we were, sales assistants would take a glance, decide we’re not the type that would spend and behave in dismissive manner… however, we popped into Louis Vuitton Brookfield Place as we were passing by… no intention to buy anything… but Cristian greater us with a smile, made conversation, did not frown when we touched anything or asked questions and for that reason only, we did spend $1,000 + on a scarf and beanie… wish all sales assistants in high end stores were the same… so thank you Cristian…
