Went through the drive-thru at 5pm on January 18. The girl at the speaker was too busy joking with someone in the store to listen to my order, which I had to correct three times. I got to the window and the order was still wrong, they took it back to make again and it was still wrong in the end. It was one drink. Maybe my standards were too high that I wanted both cream and sugar. Maybe third time would have been the charm. It wasn’t busy at all, I was the only person in the drive-thru. The girl at the window was lovely, but whoever made the drink should maybe find a more simple job.

I go to this store occasionally but since I met "Hasti", I go there usually. She is very friendly with smile on her face. She makes my order exactly as ordered and makes it very fast. Her great customer service should be recognized. Thank you Hasti!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, go in to make your order. Drive thru is like 5x the speed. Manager does not know how to manage, it’s like she deliberately wants people to only go through drive thru. Workers look extremely overworked, confused and zero idea how to keep up a flow. Everyone’s bumping into each other, there’s like 6 people for drive thru and 1 for dine in, meanwhile the line up for dine in is out the front door, literally. AVOID DINE IN AT ALL COSTS, even if the drive thru line extends outside of the parking lot you’ll still get served faster than dine in.

Close at 11 pm. Sat in drive thru from 10:25 to 10:40 ish no one came to speaker. Knocked on window and was ignored. Completely useless this location don't usually come here because it's poorly run

Overcharged for a coffee and 6 muffins. They charged for individuals rather than bundling them in a group of 6. Also received them piled into a paperbag!!

It happened at 5:30 pm. The drive through lady was very unprofessional in customer service. She let us wait at the order kiosk for 5 minutes without talking to us while chit chatting to her colleagues with the micro on so we can hear she was gossiping about non-business things. After I reminded her several times and she then told us there was no drive through mobile pick up available at the location. I told her we did mobile pick up via drive through before and verify with her re the address. She said she didn't know the address. She said there was no mobile order can be found etc. only order they do is uber. And then she said the mobile order show up and didn't tell us what to do.. I have to repeated myself several time to make sure we can drive up to pick it up. When we drove through, there was no cars before and after me. After I were done, there was line up after me. She doesn't seem to know what she is doing, what the store located and what the services the store has. Very disappointed and she didn't dare to deliver my drink. Another male guy gave me the tea and I told him that lady need training in providing customer services. Never had such bad customer services in other locations in so many years. My first time to complain. I shall give it o star if I can.

Awful and scammed me and my friends, trying to poison the coffee with in edible coffee grinds. The attitude that the drive through workers had is worse then ever before. Instead of changing both coffees with new, safe coffees, they threw out one and only gave us one coffee when we bought two. I feel so disrespected and disappointed with the drive through and hope they do better and hope no one else has to deal with this awful tims hortons workers. The dine - in people however are very sweet and nice.

Newly renovated, very nice seating. But the servers got my drink wrong. The second time didn’t get enough ice making it lukewarm/ luke-cold.

Do you want items missing from your order ?visit this location. Breakfast sandwich arriving without egg, and once informed, there is no apology from anyone. The training received by the staff In drive-through needs massive overhaul. There’s no greeting, and almost always there’s a problem of them hearing your order which leads to multiple repetitions and even more delay. Skip this one

Compared to other Tim Hortons this location provided me quite a stacked amount of bacon in my bacon English muffin sandwich. And the egg was also thick and substantial. I wish I'd gotten 2 just to see whether what I received was an outlier or if this location provided this portion size as the norm.

Recently, Timmy's coffee has tasted better than McDonald's imo. It was the other way around for a while 😄. Coffee was great and a clean washroom, which I appreciated.

Nice Tim Hortons. Didnt have a great selection of donuts at the time but those that were there were nice and fresh. Good hot fresh coffee. Friendly staff, clean tables, nice and cool inside.

Yesterday just before noon we had your new " bowls ", the ones touted in an ad with fire fighters. These two items where totally underwhelming. The rice was without any flavour and had texture like it sat in a warmer for two or three days. The chicken had no flavour and was dry, again as if sitting around. It was tough. The sauces and veggies were OK. Something to eat when nothing else is open. Please try to give fresh food a try.

Went there for a treat with a friend that I haven't seen for long time. Not one donut in the place. This was at 6pm. This is ridiculous. A donut shop not having donuts. Won't be back, maybe for a coffee. And they only had large cups as well. So was not happy about that either. I only wanted a small coffee.

I like this location, usually clean and fairly less crowded, the only thing I noticed a training issue, I am diabetic and every time I order my coffee with sweetener the guy put me regular sugar, the same guy every time (4), one time the supervisor noticed it and gave him a warning, unfortunately I am still seeing him serving people! Staff should know that sugar will hurt diabetic customers and need to be careful

Lady at the drive thru was very friendly. Was no one behind me and we had a great conversation about dogs. My 2 were in my backseat and loving all of the attention.

Usually don’t have an issue with the actual quality of everything. However the wait times even when it’s not busy at all are almost always too long for what you order, and the business itself updated their hours a week ago saying they open at 4:30am but when I got there at 4:45am they were closed. So the business doesn’t even know their own hours it seems.

Great location for showing up with a laptop and getting some work done! The service was really quick and helpful, the seats were clean and well lit. There were also an option of sofas, tables, and booths for a diverse selection. I will be back :D

This is the only Tims I deal with because it’s close to my shop, but most importantly because of the friendly staff. I specially want to point out Roxy. She is the friendliest person, always happy and always has a smile on her face. Management, please recognize Roxy’s amazing customer service, she deserves it!

Wish I could give 0 stars for this experience, Sush disrespect from the employees, they didint make my coffee right and had the audacity to ask if I was pregnant while gossiping about it amongst the other staff.
