I ordered for Caramel Frap ahead via the app. Was in rush so I just went in and grabbed the drink then left. Got home and realized - there was no coffee in it at all. It was pure white (I suppose just milk) with some caramel syrup. Very disappointed in it. I paid $8 for Venti whole milk.

Probably the dirtiest and most neglected Starbucks in the GTA... Looks like management doesn't care or is not even present to see with their own eyes what is going on Attention Starbucks head office: How did this place ever passed CASA or did it ever ???

Not a good location, staff are rude and ignorant here. They made my drink wrong and i asked about it and they proceeded to rip it out of my hands.

Ordered a dink and they made the wrong drink and then yelled at me for saying I got the wrong drink no happy at all then was mad and said he would make another drink making me feel bad so I said no it's okay ! And I wonder why I have such anxiety when it comes to asking to fix somthing if it's wrong! No happy don't recommend this Starbucks

You can take book from chapter and order a coffee of a day from Starbucks, enjoy it but don't forget refill your drink it's free and unlimited :)

Update: Oct 21, 2022- washrooms deplorable. 3rd world standard. $7 coffees with these washrooms? Maybe time Chapters/Starbucks to renovate men’s washroom? Countertop is toast! No soap in bathroom. Parking lot garbage. Retaining wall falling over. Cleaning cart a joke. Hole in wall right through tile.

The most interaction I've experienced from drive-thru staff. Friendly, helpful and more than just transactional. Wish you had more gluten free vegetarian options to add to my order.

The staff are always extremely friendly and I've never had an issue with my order. I wish there was more room for sitting arrangements. The Starbucks is connected to the Chapters so customers on their side plus Statbuck's patrons make it very hard to find spots to sit.

A wonderful experience today at Starbucks. Went in after lunch before heading back to work for a tea latte.The barista was pleasant and polite. The new matcha is a bit bitter for me but I do order it with less syrup though because of the sugar. I do miss the old one.

One of my favourite Starbucks cafes in the area. You can easily grab your drink & a magazine / book from Chapters, sit there, and have a great time. Staff is very kind and prepare your drink really fast.

Nice location right beside Chapters. Read and drink coffee/tea, good selection of merchandise and consumables. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

My application wasn't working and having difficulty logging in to reload my card. The server was incredibly patient and understanding, not only giving me the time to fix the issue, but at one point even offering to cover the difference and not expect anything in return. She wasn't doing it to hurry me along, I was the only one there, but just because she was very nice!!!

Out of all the Starbucks I've ever been to, this has to be the worst. They do not know how to make drinks here. I keep giving them chances but after today, will no longer be coming to this location. That first sip feeling has me feeling sad.

Just another great location with great staff! Located in indigo but do have access from outside!

I was there at 11:00 am and the woman at the front was so nice and helped me to choose my drink, great staff! ☺️
