Review update: I moved my review from 5 stars to 1 and the only reason is that I was trying to use my laptop on the cafe and they simply didn’t not allow me. I don’t care if they have any sort of policy. The audacity to control people freedom and what they do is not appropriate. Old Review: First time in this mall, love the coffee. The team are great too

Excellent service, helpful staff, chill ambiance. Nice choice for quietly working (note: no laptops allowed), or chatting with friends. Most pastries are $5 each, slightly pricey. Croissant was soft, flakey, buttery. Could find similar at Upper Canada Mall at half the price. Coffee leaves an acidic after taste. Beautiful latte art & well-made lattes, nice to have dairy free options, but would not recommend (especially if you are a serious coffee lover). Coming to experience (just) the ambiance is worth it at least once. Dairy free and vegetarian options available.

I don’t understand the poor reviews over not allowing laptops, what a joke. I think that is great, this is a place to enjoy the vibe, not to work on your laptop. There is signage which clearly displays this at the counter. In terms of the drinks, really good for the price. Nice side of chips or olives comes with your drink. Superb please stay here forever. A local.

Always a pleasure when getting to walk into an a-ok cafe The decor has the same vibe wherever you go and it’s very eyecatching, especially with the “everything is a ok” sign Got a latte this time and as always, nice and smooth taste. The people there are friendly and ready to help out when you are done looking through the menu The one thing I noticed is they also have some cocktails, so a great place to catch up with a friend over some simple drinks Great job overall

This cafe is Okay as the name suggests. The quality of both coffee and pastry is inferior to Starbucks from my experience. But if you like to sit down for a coffee and something sweet in the middle of the mall after shopping, it’s safe to assume this is your best option at upper Canada mall.

Their apple cinnamon chai latte is like drinking a really good apple pie. They're also super nice! Just remember, no laptops and you're golden o7

Great place for a coffee or latte...I always get the vanilla latte made with oat milk. One size, one price which is cool...they don't charge you extra for vanilla or oat milk. The staff here are always great also. I always see the same guy and girl and they're both awesome. 😁
