It’s my first try of swiss chalet. The atmosphere and service was good. Navjot did a great job and her service was amazing. I ordered Caesar salad with half chicken and fries. They all taste good but the only problem was the short space of time between starter and main course. For dessert, I had lemon meringue pie which I don’t recommend. The fluffy meringue was not golden and didn’t taste good

This is the Garden salad I paid $7 before taxes for. It has 1 slice of tomato, 1 small slice of cucumber and iceberg lettuce. This wasn’t a side salad. I can’t imagine what I’d get if I ordered it as a side salad. SMH. We won’t be back, this is a complete rip off.

Ridiculous!!! You change locations and clearly can’t even try to better the quality of food you provide. I’ve had multiple issues when it comes to takeout and today was the last straw… is this a joke? How could you give someone a chicken breast that looks like this?!?! It is mind blowing… would have you served this to someone that’s dining in?? I highly doubt it but in a closed box why not I guess.. disappointing!!!

I was there on Christmas eve with my cousin. It was pretty packed that day. Our server Sam L. was Phenomenal! That guy was flying up and down the aisles. Taking orders, bringing food/drinks, cleaning tables by himself. I thought (at one point) he was the only server in the entire restaurant. I never seen someone worked that hard. Seems like the rest of the staff was either MIA or lollygagging. Give that guy a raise ! We ordered the Wings it was good, the spring rolls which was also really good. Overall the food was good but could have had a bit more fries with the chicken dinner.

When we entered we immediately were given a table. The building looks so neat with the design inside. Myself I noticed it was 1 waitress working but I can understand with myself working retail having to deal with staff shortages. Amanda made sure many of the customers were happy and assisted us when possible. The meal made our trip back home from Bancroft the best and the Sauce was even better than the Kitchener location. The photo I provided was the half chicken dinner. However she brought the chicken out and notified me that the fries would be another 45 seconds which that is commitment to providing all the food at the same time and hey I at least got the freshest fries. Which man the fries were good. We hope to return in October and once again thank you to Amanda and the people in the kitchen for the best Swiss chalet service!

Went at lunch time, not too busy, no wait for a table. Chicken was overcooked, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. But fries were fresh, all food hot and very tasty. Amanda and Nav were the servers on duty, they both gave great service, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks 👍

Ok I might be addicted to the quesadillas but that aside this is a beautiful new location! Smaller than I've come to expect but the service is fast, the food is fresh and accurate. Plus if you have CAA and get 2 entrees you get a free appetizer (which I never manage to get a picture of cause it gets devoured). Super happy!

Swiss Chalet has been the 'go-to' restaurant for my family for 40+ years. When my kids were in school if they got a good report card they got taken to Swiss Chalet. Now when we bet on sports teams the winner gets Swiss Chalet.
