    The staff here works very hard and delivers excellent quality and service. They have to deal with a lot of entitled customers who have no patience and are very ignorant. They are one of the busiest locations in all of Newmarket and still try to provide the service as fast as they can! :)

    Honestly these baristas go out of their way to deliver the best service they can provide, this location is constantly swarmed with customers and have a lot to deal with but always make sure I’m taken care of despite how busy, honestly favourite Starbucks

    They’re OK but if I am being honest quite slow…maybe it is because I am from Toronto and in the city they are used to working way faster lol. If you do a mobile order, I would probably not go to check if it’s there until at least 10-15 minutes has passed. I went in the evening and I just wanted to get my drink and leave but the vibe was a bit flirtatious towards customers instead of getting to work on drinks.

    The girl at the Starbucks was very rude. I was already in the mobile section awaiting my order a day I wanted a cup of ice because one of my first orders didn't have any ice in it(that was my fault) and she told me they have a new rule now that if I want ice I have to wait in the line...the line was so long and I am at this point already waiting for my order now for ten minutes. It's just so rude to tell someone that. It's not like I budded the line to ask, I was already waiting for my order. I always order Starbucks and I am a very loyal customer and I understand the rules but at the same time the staff should not be assuming things amd ignoring me when I was trying to explain myself.

    I've had great service here in the past for a few years and unfortunately just hit the bottom. I went in ordered almost 20$ value between a drink and a sandwich and simply asked for an ice water as its extremely hot outside (its 8:30am and it's already 26°c). She proceeds to bring over a cup of tap water that is luke warm to the touch and I see 3 melted ice cubes in the up literally the size of a penny... I asked her if she could put ice in this as it is warm and there really isn't ice in it.. she said no thats all they can do. Mind blown. There was no one there in line or being served at all, the water was warm and that's all they can do.. well I can take my business else where..thats what I can do.

    Amazing food but me and my friends were just sitting and laughing and one of ur workers threatened to kick us out due to us laughing. I would understand if it was a third time notice but it was the first time she told us. She used a rude tone, we weren’t being too loud and we were just having fun yet we were still told to leave.

    I ordered a venti and it was half filled up and I told a worker and they said I ordered it. I told them I didn’t but then another worker came and said I did but I knew I didn’t since I alway get the same drink and they didn’t give me extra whip cream which was in my order as well. First photo is what they gave and second is what I expected/always get.

    Was pretty surprised by the long wait times as we came at a time where not only were there a number of baristas available, but we also noticed that there were not many customers in line nor were there many drinks being made prior to our order. Drink was good though and the outdoor patio is nice.

    Always a great experience. The location is very busy but always well staffed. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I pick up my coffee grounds for the compost pile as the location is committed to being as green as possible. And the coffee is always ready quickly and is very tasty.

    5$ for a full cup of ice with few pieces of strawberries and a white flavorless liquid. If you have some extra $$$ to throw to the garbage, enjoy your ice.

    Nobody seems to care that customers are standing and waiting to place their orders, they are busy with their own stuff. When you say excuse me, can I place my order - they reply oh, just give us a second. Wow, at least say, hey good morning we saw you, sorry, give us a second and we will be with you. Baristas are amazing though!

    I always order my drink with no ice. It's usually pretty watered down but today they just gave me a half full cup instead? Apparently that's their policy now for no ice. Super disappointing. I paid $7.30 for a half full cup.

    Brilliant service and great coffee by "Kendra", the shiny star of the business. She was so kind in helping me out with choices of coffee and desserts for my order and I am really thankful to her for the help. Great spot for having quality food and brilliant service.     You need to help these guys in the shop ! So busy ! The reason , they make constant mistakes and have to redo orders ! I have been waiting 16 min here to have my coffe and it had to be done again , wrongly made ! What was my order ? Grande pike , heavy cream on the side . It came with milk in it !!! When asked for redo , I got attitude from one of the girls . Who ever comes to her and asked for their order , her answer was , you ordered 2 min back , they are redoing it ! Ye , I gave it back , but I waited 14 min for the first order ! Again the reason is that they are not making it right the first time . !!

    Yesterday, Nov 5 had a really terrible experience at this location. The baristas forgot 2 of our drinks and we waited 30 mins for them AFTER everyone after us had already gotten their drinks, this isn’t the first time that has happened. Next, one of the drinks had no whipped cream but I saw the barista use whipped cream and then scoop it out after. When I asked her to remake the drink, she refused and wouldn’t even make eye contact. She was a red hair lady. Very very disappointed with the service here.

    Starbucks made me quit coffee!!! I Work at Upper Canada mall. I can say I’m a regular customer. I order twice a day almost everyday the same type of coffee. The staff continuously messes up with my order. Sometimes they will remake the coffee for you, but…. I can’t drink so much coffee! It is very disappointing to get your everyday order wrong. On top of that, if your friend is having just a pike, it will be cold by the time you get your coffee. Their music is very loud!! Staff is always chatting, screaming and distracted. Their chai latte is very tasteless. Consistency doesn’t exist at this location !! I got 5 wrong coffees in one week. Sometimes, twice at day. If you take a look at the picture below 👇, I asked for no whip! I keep getting whip in my coffee… 🤷🏻‍♀️ Their schedule vary, it is almost impossible to get use to their hours. Please! Somebody help this location!!

    It was great service, I don't go to Starbucks usually so I don't know the sizes. (I only get it as a treat once or twice a year) The employee pulled out 3 cups and told me which one was which. They also said and spelled my name correctly. I got the caramel ribbon crunch and it was delicious. Definitely worth the money

    I love visiting this Starbucks because I’m always greeted by the friendliest of smiles and the best customer service. This Thursday, I had the pleasure of being served by Kevin — one of my fav baristas. He’s such a breath of fresh air! If you ever want a fun conversation, hit him up. I was feeling adventurous and asked him to surprise me with a drink… I ended up absolutely loving it! His positive energy is always so magnetic and makes every experience unique. While I was there, I also chatted with the other baristas, Christina, Lauren, Dillon and Ginger. It was like I was hanging out with friends. My experiences here are always such a delight that I had to write this review to praise these workers, especiallllly Kevin, for their phenomenal service. Their efforts should be recognized and applauded! Thanks for always making my drink runs special guys ❤️ you put the STAR in Starbucks.

    It was one of the worse Starbucks! We waited an hour for 2 tall Frappuccinos ! I understand they are busy but an hour for 2 drinks. It was unacceptable! I kept seeing people who lined up behind us getting their drinks but us. Then I politely asked them check my orders all they said it’s coming with bad attitude! There were NO apologies or anything! Then they started making my drinks and they did not even make it correctly ! They didnt taste good and I didnt want to waste my time to talk to them so i threw it away! It is not the first time this happen! Zero customer service ! Do not waste your time here!

    The Irish Cream Cold Brew is an absolute favourite of mine and since it’s a seasonal drink, a barista suggested the same type of drink but with vanilla in lou of the irish cream...FANTASTIC!! The only issue is that 90% of all Starbucks I visit, they don’t understand what I want and end up giving me all sorts of weird concoctions except this location. When explaining (sometimes several times) what I wanted, Kevin knew EXACTLY what I wanted and was great to have laugh with. Yasser made my drink and did it to absolute PERFECTION. Now you may be thinking “it’s just a drink” but like I said, 90% of the time is was not what I wanted after trying to explain it several times. I now go there because I KNOW it will be made perfectly and they both also memorized it so I don’t have to explain myself at all!! I’ve even sent my mom there and they knew right away who she was talking about when she ordered:). Kevin & Yasser - Thank you for being AMAZING at your craft and keeping one picky customer very happy!!

    Would be nice if they posted they don't take 100 bills. Specially when you come to the mall just for star bucks because no other star bucks in the area has the peach for the green tea refresher.
