KB did the most amazing job anyone has ever done on my hair. I am coming back to her and back to Industry. Also, their tea is delicious and the ambiance is perfect. I was in bliss when she gave me the most wonderful lavender oil neck and scalp massage before my shampoo. Please come see KB if you're looking for a perfect haircut. She will leave you beyond impressed.

Noah was excellent! He fixed issues from TWO past cuts! Beautiful hair! On the way to the excellent cut I want! The salon is in an old building, saving it from destruction. It was comfortable with a staff that was welcoming.

Not only is this place adorable but they're friendly. Khloe does my hair. She is incredible and super thorough. She made me feel comfortable despite having bad anxiety. I have super dark hair and she lofted it beautifully without causing a bunch of damage.

I've been going to Industry since they opened 8 years ago. Great owners with a wonderful staff and a cool vibe. Thanks to Carmen for always doing a fantastic job - I look forward to my next experience and will continue for as long as I need to get a haircut!

Balayage, gloss, cut, and style with Whitney this afternoon. Highly recommend. She did a phenomenal job! She took her time and frequently asked for my preferences. Over charges customers please be aware! This particular salon is double charging for everything hair cuts & products. Cold environment when you walk in front desk service lacks empathy and unfriendly. Hair cuts are not worth $50! Take your hard earned money else where.

Kloe is AWESOME. I have extremely thick hair and have always overwhelmed new stylists at my first appointment. I’ve been seeing a different girl in Cinci for a few years now but didn’t like a) how she made me feel or b) that I never left thinking I got exactly what I asked for. Kloe 100% delivered and is so kind. I had to come back for another quick root session because my thick hair took that long, and she got me in almost immediately with no additional charge. I’m now the bleach blonde I’ve always wanted and found a salon I’m really excited to go back to. Thank you Kloe!!

Kat was great! I felt confident in her abilities to cut and style my curly hair. It was a full service salon, cut, wash, shoulder massage and style. I even learned a new technique for styling my curls.
