I
ordered
a
burger
without
cheese
on
Saturday
the
2nd
of
April
through
my
mobile
phone.
Throughout
my
entire
life
McDonalds
has
always
made
them
with
cheese
anyway
and
then
I
had
to
correct
them
and
get
another
burger.
On
the
2nd
I
was
in
a
rush
to
get
home
to
get
ready
for
work
and
then
it
came
into
the
car
with
cheese
all
over
it.
I
ordered
it
on
the
phone
without
but
some
kind
of
system
error
happened
that
when
I
checked
it
afterwards
it
had
cheese
on
it.
When
I
went
into
the
store
I
apologised
to
the
lady
for
the
inconvenience
and
asked
for
her
to
get
me
another
one.
After
which
she
said
do
you
have
a
receipt?
They
didn't
put
one
in
my
bag
with
the
food
so
I
didn't.
Then
the
shift
leader
turned
up
with
her
and
told
me
no.
And
I
started
to
get
upset
and
said
I
cant
eat
it
like
that
and
I
started
to
freak
out.
I
didn't
have
time
to
argue
with
them
but
I
didn't
want
to
have
to
peel
my
burger
and
eat
it
with
cheese
on.
When
I
said
to
the
shift
leader
"are
you
seriously
expecting
me
to
eat
this?"
she
worked
off
in
a
huff.
Then
they
watched
me
as
I
peeled
the
cheese
off
my
burger
and
put
it
on
the
bin.
Genuinely
the
worst
customer
experience
I
have
ever
had.
I
felt
like
I
was
powerless
and
it
effected
my
mental
health
a
lot
that
day
and
I
didn't
know
how
I
was
going
to
cope
in
work
that
night.
I'm
not
someone
who
complains,
I'm
usually
quite
lenient
with
my
experiences,
but
this
has
put
me
off
ever
returning
to
this
store.
The
girl
who
delivered
my
food
to
my
car
was
lovely,
but
every
other
staff
member
I
dealt
with
that
afternoon
was
horrendous.
