    I Went to newtownards mcdonalds at half 1, Im Not mad im just disappointed in the food,i got no veg in my burgers or no mustard ( i asked for extra mustard and onion) and the chips were so raw and tasted like grease, its was a disgusting meal and we love mcdonalds! Well not be back £13.73 down the drain!

    VERY!! Disappointed. Rachel served me my food after waiting 10 mins and not even did I get an apology, she threw my tray down. Not very professional flirting with other colleagues either. Her attitude towards me wasn’t acceptable. Only I had my children with me I would’ve went to the manger. Wasn’t impressed at all. Not one to write bad reviews but I’ll certainly not be back to the ards one.

    I ordered a burger without cheese on Saturday the 2nd of April through my mobile phone. Throughout my entire life McDonalds has always made them with cheese anyway and then I had to correct them and get another burger. On the 2nd I was in a rush to get home to get ready for work and then it came into the car with cheese all over it. I ordered it on the phone without but some kind of system error happened that when I checked it afterwards it had cheese on it. When I went into the store I apologised to the lady for the inconvenience and asked for her to get me another one. After which she said do you have a receipt? They didn't put one in my bag with the food so I didn't. Then the shift leader turned up with her and told me no. And I started to get upset and said I cant eat it like that and I started to freak out. I didn't have time to argue with them but I didn't want to have to peel my burger and eat it with cheese on. When I said to the shift leader "are you seriously expecting me to eat this?" she worked off in a huff. Then they watched me as I peeled the cheese off my burger and put it on the bin. Genuinely the worst customer experience I have ever had. I felt like I was powerless and it effected my mental health a lot that day and I didn't know how I was going to cope in work that night. I'm not someone who complains, I'm usually quite lenient with my experiences, but this has put me off ever returning to this store. The girl who delivered my food to my car was lovely, but every other staff member I dealt with that afternoon was horrendous. 1 Star feels generous of that experience

    Was very very disappointed got the kids a kids meal, 1st time I ordered on just eat ever and was disgusted food came on time delivering guy was fine but who ever packed the food not to happy with I got a small chip for me and I got like 10 chips pic to prove it, never again will only go to drive through to check 😡

    Order completely wrong Ordered 2 chicken bbq meals Got one bbq meal and 1 very hot chilli meal which we could not eat there was no salad in the chilli meal and only one slice of tomato in the bbq meal Chips were soggy and tipid Very disappointing This isnt tge first meal that they have messed up either manager was called and refused to do anything on occasion Asked for a coke and got a lattee

    Why do they promote stuff in McDonald's I got thr crispy chicken italiano looks lovely on the board so obviously I ordered it to be handed a burger seriously just threw together who ever made that burger needs sacked they have no care for the job and another thing checked your milk before serving it to customers because my girlfriend got off milk one sip then threw in the bin just to let you know I used to love the food but Newtownards McDonald's needs the whole staff changed and get your ovens fixes I'm sick of cold food

    Made a simple order and was strangely asked to park up in bay one. Had to wait 20 minutes for a 9 nugget meal and a quarter pounder. Never again! Appalled at such pathetic service. Hang your heads in shame.

    I was in this restaurant today had mozzarella bites and big tasty . I was about to buy my usual Big Mac but the pleasant guy named Madhav highly recommended these 2 things and I change my mind and go with this the food was amazing . Thanks for Madhav for good recommendations and great customer service . It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays .

    Absolute disgrace!! Placed an order for £32 for delivery through uber eats which was never delivered, McDonald's taking no responsibility after saying order was delivered then saying it was still there!! Can't get a response from uber eats!! Now have starving, crying children waiting on food!! Talk about pass the buck, some management training wouldn't go amiss here!! Most unhelpful company I've ever dealt with!!

    Just out from getting some lunch. Staff are so unfriendly, makes you feel like you've annoyed them just by coming in, and no, it wasn't busy. Girl cleaning the floors miserable, guy behind the counter, miserable. They're definitely in the wrong job. Customer service isn't for any of them.

    Great service, boy named Reece with the cross Tattoo was super helpful, as it was super busy and I had been waiting for my food for a while and he went out of his way to see what I was waiting on and made me feel important and welcomed and ended up getting my food sorted quickly.

    The food could be a lot warmer and I don't like hearing this stuff about health and safety you get enough of that in NHS hospitals about food and hot drinks being to warm and somebody may get burnt people just be more careful yes unfortunately there are ones that can't be careful because of health issues, I do have a brother like that 🤔

    Pretty average mcdonalds but even though they state they open at 6, don't expect them to come and take the barriers away from the drive through until 10 minutes past and then still not be ready to take your order.

    Pubic hair now an extra on Double Cheese Burgers! After getting home last Sunday with my order, we both sat down to eat it. First bite of the burger and I find the other member of my family having to spit the burger back out along with the offending 5cm long grey pubic hair! Everything I had paid for was thrown straight into the bin. I phoned the store and the attitude from the female member of staff wasn't great! Didn't even ask for my name or a contact telephone number! She just didn't care. I got in touch with customer service and there pretty much useless and don't care either. Customer service In way of a gesture of their goodwill sent me two medium meal vouchers and as well as this they told me that I'll see improvements on my future visits, even though I informed them I won't be back to this store! To end with I can't say that I would highly recommend the new option available of adding pubic hair on your burgers.

    Food is always cold and drinks are warm. Mcflurry machine always seem to be getting cleaned. They spend more time doing just eat than looking after their walk-ins.

    Worst mcdonald’s in the whole of county down the manager is rude and my food is ALWAYS ice cold because they just leave all the chips sitting out for ages because they are too lazy to make new ones, forget everything in my order every single time and when they deliver they forget things like straws that you need to drink milkshakes with absolutely pathetic

    It's Mcd's so you pretty much know what you're getting - fast burgers and fries for not too much money. I'm here often enough to realise service is inconsistent, that the food is sometimes piping hot, and others barely lukewarm (like my last visit) and inside can get terribly busy with youngsters. It's mediocre but also somewhere I'll happily resort to especially in the mornings. You could do worse.

    Got my drinks in the drive-through and was asked to wait in space 2 for my food. So I waited … and waited … and watched the cars that had arrived after me get served. After 20 minutes I went up to the window again to discover they’d given my food to the wrong car.

    Good inexpensive but tasty food . Hot and delivered on time . I always use collect and pick up inside as experience shows that waiting to be served at a collection point usually means food is colder as it sits for a while before getting to ya !!.

    We have started to come here early on a Sunday morning for a snack breakfast. Not crowded and service is very prompt. Always spotless and well worth the walk.

    First time here and last McDonald's was September! This restaurant much better than connswater. Our table was clean food was hot and restaurant nice a warm also. This is my new restaurant from now.

    Normally we have a great experience at McDonalds but this time.. the food was cold.. chips only half cooked.. children batting balloons at an elderly lady while she was trying to eat.. plus children trying to actually sit on the back of our seats.. while there parents just sat and discussed milkshakes lol.. but hopefully better luck next time we go ..

    Super helpful staff helped me place my order and made sure that I was okay and had everything I needed. I have diabetes and felt I was cared for by the staff the food was hot and brought to me promptly.

    Girl on drive thru is high as a kite, no awareness and has obviously taken something before or during her shift. Most shocking customer service I have ever received from anywhere in my life. Over half my family's order was missing. All the food was cold. Will be avoiding McDonald's ards from now on. Weirdest most shocking experience, you would see that stuff on TV.

    Called in today just to get a takeaway coffee. Three staff were standing around the self-service machines talking among themselves. No staff at the counter. I stood at the counterfor a couple of minutes. Still nobody came and the staff standing at the self-service were looking at me. Good customer service would have been to: A. Open the counter; or B. Apologise for the delay and explain that someone would be at the counter shortly; or C. Explain that the counter was shut but offer to show how to use the self-service machines. None of these happened so I walked out and went to Costa instead.

    This place should be renamed “Bayview” as it seems everytime I make an order I’m sent to one of the bays to wait on my order. The essence of “fast food” is that you get it served quite quickly to you, not here though. Just today I was sent to Bay 3 to wait on a plain cheeseburger and Big mac. They also need to employ a permanent maintenance man on site for the Milkshake/McFlurry machine as half the time I order from it, it’s out of service. Would be nice to have a sign up stating that it’s out of order rather than waiting 15 minutes in a queue and being told at point of order. Best one today though, was being told they have no drinks apart from “bottled” available today. No idea why but that’s a worlds first for me. Whoever owns this place really needs to take a look at how it is run. Disaster.
