Everything is better in Canada! Very friendly and patient staff as I was trying to give my order for 5 people. The food was fresh and the coffee was perfect. We don't have the BLT egg McMuffin in the USA, so this was a pleasant surprise.

Comfy maccas on the cusp of Niagara falls. They have high chairs and great service. The lady serving us brought my food over to me when she saw me carrying my baby and she was very kind. The food was standard maccas fare, and we had the breakfast with a smoothie. It was good, there were lots of families in the place but there was still enough space for everyone. One bathroom was completely out of order, though, and the other was not really working either.

Ordered for the munchies via the drive-thru for the 2 hour drive to Toronto and the fries were hot! You get 5 stars just for that. However, I didn’t get any straws. I think you specifically have to request those now however.

convenient location with parking available ample seating inside though general feel is s little run down There are multiple washrooms albeit somewhat dirty i liked my chicken bacon wrap and highly recommend it For The kids meal we ordered hot cakes which were delicious 😋 The fries were hot and crispy The burgers were average though and dont have all options Three stars for the cleanliness

If I could give 0stars I would I ordered skip as I am at work and when it came it was wrong and my donut had mold all over it and inside

Wow! Hot fresh food all around. I’m so pleased. Only thing I’d suggest is stop asking the guest if that’s everything over and over throughout the order. Other than that, the girl at the window was also very nice.

Convenient location before you hop on the highway to Toronto but the staff here seem to use the place more as a hangout than a place of work. Loudly joking around with each other and being boisterous in their native tongue. Waited at the cash for a good while before I had to walk over to the pickup counter and ask if someone was actually working cash. Coffee was warm, not hot and didn’t taste fresh. The infestation of fruit flies coming out of the ketchup dispenser was enough to turn your stomach so had to ask for ketchup packets. Not a stellar location, could be so much more if the staff did more time cleaning things like the ketchup dispenser instead of joking around and acting like it’s a frat house.

Huge disappointment to order the adult happy meal, spend the extra money for the McNugget buddy, open the box when you get home and to your surprise NO toy, cold fries and a room temperature burger. Normally I don’t complain but don’t charge 14.99 for the adult happy meal and not give the toy. At that point it’s a Big Mac meal and $3.50 cheaper.

Fuss-free breakfast here. Service was fast. Order from any one of the kiosk and collect your food when your number is called. No table service here.

Buns were burnt and only one pickle was put on burger. Just ridiculous. Probably the worst McDonald's location in the area . Always an issue when going here... the one pickle on burger really topped it off. Not sure why the staff think they can get away with giving people burnt food and barely any toppings. Goes to show the management does not care or train the employees properly. Very disappointing.

Food was ok nothing tasted fresh. Place was very dirty. Person at counter don't think she was trained properly or didn't speak English got my order all wrong. More of an express location as it is located at a gas station. Does have drive thru. Limited parking about 20 tables. All were either full or dirty.

Love the Poutine fries. The other food tasted good too. Price was a little expensive.

Did Skip the dishes two weeks ago. Burger was missing so lost $8. I order through skip the dishes through this location.... AND STILL SECOND BURGER IS MISSING! Do yourself a favour everyone, go walk there and pick it up. Either driver stole it or your workers cant figure out such a simple order. My apologies, I dont really complain but missing food from an order is unacceptable!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had, they couldn’t even get my order right at the speaker, and then took another 10 minutes to put a jrchicken meal on my order. Then they proceed to get the orders wrong after 15 minutes of telling them what we what. This McDonald’s needs to be taught how to use their own systems

Had a nice breakfast at McDonald’s. The food was satisfying and the prices were reasonable.
