Well organized buffet style service. The restaurant itself is laid out in alphabetical sections for the diners to get to their tables without any confusion. The buffet was very diverse with countless options to satisfy any age group. Ribs and Sushi’s were phenomenal. Our server Hassan was very hospitable and had a friendly conversation with my family making our dining experience more comfortable. Undoubtedly they’re highly rated for creating a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work!

Food: is delicious, fresh, hot, lots of variety. Always refreshing the food when getting low. Cleanliness: immaculate including the washrooms. Service: is superb. Makes you feel welcome as you walk in. Hot wash cloths before and after meal. Checks on your table often. Bringing/refreshing drinks and clearing dishes. Table is always clean. Wonderful, Friendly staff in every area. Great managers. I've never had a bad experience here. Location is great as well. Definitely 5 ☆. 10/10 on everything.

Amazing food, and with an almost seemingly infinite variety. Lot's of different meats, vegetables, and pastas. The Canada Day menu items were superb, especially the Sriracha wings. For dessert, you have a huge selection and a large choice of toppings to further flavor your treats. Love the Koi fish in the front pools and the tanks inside the dining area. An absolute perfect ending to our Niagara Falls trip. We will definitely be back in, next time we are down.

Mandarin Restaurant Niagara Falls location, is a famous restaurant, very well known, good value for price, delicious dishes and a lot of variety. The service is wonderful! Caroline is the best waitress, very warm and friendly! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Mandarin it's the best buffet I have ever been to. I can see why they are award winning buffet. The food was amazing. Every little bite was absolutely delicious. The service also impeccable Stephanie and Donnie very professional and friendly. You have to visit MANDARIN. Number 1* buffet!!!!

Best service I ever had in mandarin is this location !!! Food -There is something for everyone to enjoy, fresh and good variety. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the place was lacking a choice of red wine , we asked for 3 different bottles on the menu but they were out of it . This is something a good Navarre can think about ahead of time or offer something else so customer can have a choice . Btw , very good coffee !!!! But service was unforgettable, thank you !

The food is amazing and they offer a nice variety of choices. Everything is so fresh and delicious and the restaurant is extremely clean. The service is outstanding. Our server Angel was very attentive and pleasant.. she made our dining experience enjoyable. Love seeing the robots as well- they seat customers and deliver food.

Food was delicious and the service was spectacular. Such attentive service in a buffet, very warm and fun staff. All the food I tried was great, especially the deserts. Plenty of sushi and sashimi, Chinese food choices and of course, cotton candy for kids! They used to serve lobster tails and similar specials, I don’t think they’re available anymore. Still, the rest of the food choices are making up for that. We try to visit this location every time we visit Niagara Falls and they have kept up the quality over the years. Highly recommend!

Great staff here and a really welcoming environment. The manager also came to our table and offered us some cotton candy on our way out. The place isn't that busy and they have so many good options when it comes to food. There's lots of parking here and I strongly recommend coming here with family. We also have the birthday deal and it just made it that much sweeter. Their prices are really good for a buffet and I can't wait to come back!

The best buffet I've ever been to so far. The food quality is up the charts. Everything had a distinct flavor and was beautifully presented. I went during July, so some of the food was Canadian themed. Let me say they hit the limited dishes spot on. The atmosphere was delightful, and made me feel like I was in a fancy restaurant. The food options were so many. From sweet maple bacon ribs to tangy chicken to mild green beans, even the dessert and ice cream section presented endless options of decadent flavors. The service was great, and the servers were nice. I would definitely come here again if I could!

Donnie W he treated us very well. The food was delicious, the service excellent and the place very nice. The Robot that takes you to your place is very innovative and we love it ❤️. Donnie W is a very good waiter We celebrated my early birthday and he brought us a cupcake 🧁 with a candle. Mandarine is an excellent restaurant for have a wonderful time in family. Feels like home when we visit there.

This restaurant exceeded all my expectations with its well-organized atmosphere, delectable food, and exceptional service. Not only was it a fantastic place for adults to enjoy a meal, but it also catered perfectly to the needs of children with its diverse buffet options. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a visit.

All the food we tried was perfect, particularly the chicken, desserts, and french fries. My brother's daughter loved those and enjoyed them a lot. The food was tasty and the assistance was great. Such mindful help, exceptionally warm and fun staff. we have tried multiple Mandarin restaurants. One is in Ottawa, and one is in Markham but this one is the best. The Christmas ambiance is also great. Our waitress is really friendly and welcoming. Sorry, I forgot her name(the one with black glasses) but she's really helpful.

Even though we started our dining experience 1 hour before closing time there was still a great selection of fresh food. The sushi chefs were still making some tasty rolls and the staff was happy and courteous.

My first buffet and it was amazing. Every dish had its own taste. Staff was very good. Dishes were abundant. Desert had many options. Overall very nice.

I had the pleasure to have Charles and Vera as my waiter and waitress and they were so wonderful! Charles was so nice and Vera was so attentive, she was always right there to fill up our water and take out plates. Very clean and food taste very good! Owner Jeff also came around to say hi witch was very nice. Thank you! Will come again!

Donnie is so nice. The restaurant looks fancy, decorated with a traditional Chinese way. Foods are delicious. They gave warm wet tower before and after meals. Desserts are very yummy. Great experience.

Came here for a birthday dinner and really enjoyed the hospitality. Lisa F was a wonderful server and let us know about the promotions available and had excellent recommendations. The food itself was also quite nice with a large variety of things to choose from. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

We drove here from Pittsburgh PA Just to visit the restaurant and we were not disappointed! Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very clean , there is always an attendant at each food station . Every dish has nutritional content above the specific selection. The food was delicious. There are five different dining areas . We will be back even with the 4 hour drive it was so worth it !

Ding was a fantastic server. We celebrated my wife's birthday and he took our picture and gave her a beautiful magnet photo keepsake. The food was great, as usual, and we ate far too many desserts. Come hungry and enjoy the food coma.

It's been over 10 years since I last been to Mandarin and our swift decision to stop here for lunch today is the best idea of the day. Our server Yan has been nice and wonderful and full of smiles. Her team with Angie and Lisa was wonderful as well! Also a special mention to Norman whose humor helps us loosen our full bellies. And I can't forget that the food is good for the value! Would definitely come back soon! I feel like Mandarin has been lost in the sea of new and upscale restaurants of our time and is something that needs to be revisited by the younger generation of our time.
