This was a MAJOR disappointment. We went with our friends for birthday dinner and first the service was terrible. Our server kept forgetting my husband's drink. Then he was served flat beer. We then finally got our food. My friends sliders were greasy , their nachos had hardly any toppings and my dinner was $25 and it came without chicken. When I was about to ask my server where was the chicken for my pasta dish, she even said did they forget the chicken? She knew it had no chicken served in it which I find terrible because if I hadn't said anything they were ot going to. The she brought chicken in a small bowl and it was all burnt. I couldn't even eat it so they took it off my bill. My husband's bacon burger came with one piece of bacon. High prices for a terrible experience. We all had upset stomachs after eating there. We will not go again. - Danielle

I think this is the most disappointed in a restaurant my husband and I have ever been. I ordered the Buffalo chicken flatbread. It came with maybe one piece of chicken strip ripped up on it, it was burned, and just covered in hot sauce. My husband ordered a Caesar salad with bacon and it quite literally came with one giant piece of bacon on it?? Do not order from here.

Good food and good service from our server James. The only disappointment was the fact they're charging us the price of a 17oz beer, and giving a 12oz size. They claim that their 0.4L glasses are 17oz. Do the math, it wasn't till I searched it up right in front of them and showed them that 0.4L is 13oz. We asked what their 12oz glass was before since they "don't sell 12oz anymore" and she pointed to the 0.4L glass..

Stopped in here during an anniversary trip. Probably should’ve left once we saw the limited TVs and blurry channels. Definitely not a “sports bar” feel. Ordered the $22 chicken tenders and the pictures attached speak for themselves! What was advertised vs what was received. They were doubly fried/cooked frozen looking tenders and were super dry! We decided to return the food, cut our losses and look elsewhere! You should too!

Food is just passable, fish is fishy, little sauce on the Linguine Bolognese, the burger was ok.

This place was great for a late night dinner. We had the buffalo wings and bacon and cheeseburger. The bacon is coated with maple syrup and peppercorn which was outstanding. We literally needed no condiments on our sandwich such as ketchup and mustard. The service was really good as well. I would HIGHLY recommend it even if you're just stopping by the casino for a snack.

The best is the cocktails drinks shown here. Food is just mediocre. Service is good though.

We arrived at the restaurant and had to wait a bit for anyone to notice we were there. We were seated at a table away from the bar. At the time, it appeared there were only two tables of people in the restaurant and that the bartender was the only server. We waited 15 minutes for anyone to even take our drink orders. From this point, the waitress was polite, and we got our food rather quickly. We got chicken tenders and fries. The selection of sauces and dips were great. The food itself was ok. Looked like the oil was over-due to be changed, as everything came out a bit dark. The portion was big and neither of us could finish the food. The atmosphere was a typical sports bar…A little dark and needing an update. It served its purpose, but we wouldn’t go back.

This is by far the worst place I've ever been to for food. We were a group of 8, and we arrived by 9:15. Took 50 minutes to get everybody's food except mine, which was just a crispy shrimp noodle bowl. I had to cancel my order as the group were just about to finish theirs. My partner's food looked like it was made a week before. He couldn't eat it, therefore exchanged for a salad. My friend ordered a burger, which was super hard and dry. As she was super hungry, she forced herself to eat half of it lol. Beer was warm. The waitress never came back to our table to check if we needed or wanted to order anything else. Straight up....DO NOT go to this place. They don't care about the patrons.

Friday night waiting for a Niagara show as we came with a good spirit but it quickly became a total disappointment. Service was very slow, the place when we came was not busy, unprofessional service serving drinks with no tray for instance, a $15 cocktail served without alcohol or certainly not the right amount, a $23 Philly cheesesteak came after a long waiting time super dry, the size of a Timmy BLT, a $ 23 shrimp noodle bowl half full, honesty extremely poor in quantity served with a terrible sweet sauce. The manager was clueless about the poor food quality, the miserable long service, the inefficiency and unprofessional place that this restaurant represent. It is ok to pay a little more because it is Niagara no problem but after 35 years in the food, hospitality and tourism industry…and my diploma from France… I can only tell that this place sucks big time!!! Don’t expect anything but a big fat check and a terrible eating experience because anyone can do much better than the guy in the kitchen!!! Zero all the way!! 😡

We had a great experience here especially because our waitress Jessica was so pleasant and quick with service AND she was all alone on this particular day working tables and bar. Food was great.

First time at this location. I did take-out; caesar salad and wings. Definitely the worst wings I've had at a restaurant. They were small, over cooked and dry, and the butter sauce I ordered was almost non existent. Caesar salad was good, just a little small for $9

I visited here for an early dinner with my husband. I ordered. chicken noodle soup. Minutes later, they said they don't have it today. But they can provide broccoli cheese soup. Usually, broccoli soup is creamy soup. I assumed it. I was surprised when I served the soup because the soup looked watery with some pieces of broccoli. Although I could smell and taste the cheese a little bit. (I should have gone to Tim Hortons, then I don't have had such an unpleasing experience) They took off the soup from the bill, BUT I was not happy at all. Do not serve this untasty soup to your customers if you are a professional.

Service was too slow and this was on a week night. Food qulaity and taste was below expectation. Quesadilla did not even have enough filling, it was quite disappointing. Server did get us a little discount at the end but that was not worth it.

We were hesitant to try this place due to seeing so many low star reviews on google. However after deciding to give it a try anyway, we didn’t have any issues with the service or the food. The food didn’t come out quickly, but it didn’t take forever either (unlike so many people write that they waited forever 🤔). We ordered Buffalo wrap, half ribs&fries, 2 bowls of salads and a beer 🍺 & waited maybe 15min+ for the food which isn’t bad, plus there were quiet few other tables on the patio... Ribs were alright. 2 main salads were great 👍. The portions were big (and it better be big for 20$ per salad lol) and very tasty. Dressing was tasty as well. Buffalo wrap can definitely be improved: specifically the tortilla. If they grilled the tortilla it would taste 5 times better. Soft tortilla just isn’t the same. Yes, they do not check on you as often or provide excellent customer service, that part could be improved; but that’s no reason to give 1 star. Overall I would recommend this place if you have never been and try their salads 🥗 👍 😊

Hostess was very accommodating to find us a pair of seats that the bar. Bartender for the night was very helpful in getting two curling events on the televisions. Olympic mixed doubles and the Scotties, already had the Raptors and the NHL All - Star events. Had the nachos, which I would NOT recommend! Quite underwhelming. Maybe a teaspoon of black beans, five banana peppers, we had an extra order of salsa which came in a PLASTIC container. Not worth $16.99. Restaurant is overall, quite amazing! Food in the past was really good!

I haven't been to a SJ's in many years. They used to have a big menu with many selections, now one page with core offerings but a good selection none the less. Food was very good, not great. Had the steak and Cobb salad. Would get again! Great service, but understand these days service can be spotty. The place needs a makeover! Hasn't changed since opening so dated and worn. Come on guys, invest in some paint and decor, you are located in a world class casino!

My first time at Shoeless Joe's and I honestly didn't know what to expect. Quite an interesting sports bar feel and the service was great. It was quiet when we got there for lunch and started picking up shortly after. The staff here are really good and quite helpful with suggestions/recommendations. We ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower, a portion of Wings and a Souvlaki Chicken Bowl. The food was good and despite eventually being quite busy, the staff managed things very smoothly. Great job!

We had best food here yesterday night. Everything was best. Hannah helped us and she was so well took care of everything. We ordered few drinks, calamari, nachos and sweet potato fries. I got chicken salad bowl, was best! Special thanks to Hannah, my one year old son spilled water and she handled everything with a smile. Loved her smile 😊 Thanks to the best service , food and lively environment. See you soon

Dissapointed. Extremely slow service at this location. We waited over 1 hour for our food. The table next to us was completely full of garbage as you can see in the photo and nobody cleaned it the entire time we were there. Not a good experience hence the 1 star. Food I ordered was flavourless. If you want to be disappointed in every way, go here.

There weren’t many places open late so we came here because the atmosphere seemed chill. Perhaps, a bit too chill. The people “working” there seemed to be always hiding or inattentive. If the food was good, that would have made up for it but it wasn’t. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. We found that Lucky’s opened late and the vibe, food, customer service were night and day. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere but here. I mean it, anywhere - Papa John’s, McDonald’s, just anywhere.

Delicious tastes here, was a bit weary of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised and satisfied. My suggestion is to share a couple dishes if you’re coming as a group. The service started faster but only when getting our order, after that our waitress would never check back. We had to constantly ask for things, although we were sitting on the patio and it was a busy Saturday night. The kitchen did a great job, everything came hot and tasty. Ordered: - Nashville chicken sliders (only 3 sliders which for $17 is kind of steep; but it’s Niagara Falls) - artichoke & spinach dip (very little dip for $18; but very tasty) - tortellini pasta (we have very high standards for pasta and this was really good; substituted the rose sauce for Alfredo) - Buffalo chicken flat bread (big hit; delicious) - double crispy chicken burger (6.5/10; had much better chicken burgers, would have been ok but getting it) - delicious drinks

It was OK. I ordered calamari which was ...chewy? Tasty, but awfully chewy. The nachos were completely cold, however after mentioning this to our waiter she was kind enough to make a new one. I highly recommend the spinach dip. The service was alright. Could've come buy more for water refills but besides that, by most people's standards it was satisfactory. Not the cheapest, so I did expect more all things considered. I would cautiously return if I had to.

Food saved this place/experience. The food was amazingly good and everything cooked to perfection and flavourful. The service here is very very slow. The place was empty yet it took about 20mins after being seated to just get water. The food took another 45mins after ordering. We almost missed the nightly fireworks. And this was on a quiet Wednesday night. Wish the service was a bit more attentive as this place has the potential to a great spot.

It's always a destination bar for my friends and me whenever we are in town. We really enjoyed the bar/food quality.

We had a late night snack after a show.. we split a mountain nacho and calamari.. The nachos were mediocre.. it was lacking cheese and it wasn’t as mountain as we were expecting. ALSO! If you get a mountain size nacho, it should come with extra salsa and sour cream.. for all those dry nachos it was hard to finish cause it was so dry and cheeseless. It was 26$ and it was only worth 14.99$. The toppings were limited and we felt jipped. The calamari was alright.

food here was just okay, really found the hotdog overpriced and underwhelming. the drink was expensive but understandably due to the size and amount! service was incredible tho and super helpful! Would come back just different food order for sure
