Was here Nov 16 around 830pm, no reservation made and party of six were sat quickly in the area near the door. Rear parking is limited and only one way in and out. Had to park elsewhere and walk over. Very uncomfortable sitting underneath an overhead heater and cold every time the door opened. I definitely recommend waiting to sit in the more formal dining area. Food tasted great, large variety of salads and fresh meat. I did not like that most of the meat was rare, other options like chicken and salmon at least. Would love to have the meat cooked more or at least an option to pick how much you want it cooked. I do love steak but around medium to well done. The grilled pineapple was amazing. Only was able to see half of the dance show as they perform mostly in the dining area. Live band was good. Very expensive and I don't like how the tip was automatically added to our bill. Was not informed of this in advance. Also odd that there was a man asking for tips in the men's bathroom (offering soap and paper towel).

I have seen the price rise steadily over the years from $35 to $85 on Fridays and Saturdays now (after the recent renovations which look quite elaborate and expensive). A mandatory tip is included on bills now even for locals which defeats the whole purpose of a tip and makes it like a "hidden" involuntary charge. This probably the reason that the service okay but not great. The buffet is not longer open and you must order "side dishes" instead a few at a time. So there is less selection and no portion control. The ambiance is very upscale and clean, but not nearly as warm as it used to be. The quality of the sides and meat is excellent. Better than ever ! My issue is that this restaurant is pricing themselves out of the market making upscale "a la cart" restaurants more attractive to me than this. I think they are taking advantage of the tourist market and overcharging now.

The service is going down month over month, and I couldn’t convince myself to rate this place above one star. For the amount you are paying, you expect some basics. We visited on a Saturday night and they did not have half of the items on the menue - no dessert at all. They should inform the customers in advance on the availability of items, instead of having them waiting. The staff and leadership had no sense of empathy which made the whole experience worse. I would leave this place as the last option.

Came here for the first time and was highly disappointed in the service. Our reservation was at 8:15 and we didn’t leave until 10:30 because the servers took forever to come around to the table. We only got offered 3 types of meat the entire time and by the time they came to our table it was raw meat and sometimes not enough. We were a table of 4! I expected way more for the price! The server too almost half an hour to bring me ice for my drink. I will not be returning here. I don’t understand why there is a mandatory tip included in the bill when we were just a table of 4. I have a 2 star because the meats were tasty regardless. You can only order 7 sides at a time for the table and the portions are super small and only for 1 person. Which is pointless. By the time we ordered more sides it took forever to come! Spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely awful birthday dinner courtesy of copa cabana Niagara Falls. We arrived for an 8:30 reservation and didn’t see meat reach our table for over 30 minutes after being sat. Sides were delivered incorrectly or not at all. Drinks came half way into meal. Made continuous requests to kitchen for meat and went ignored. Sat for over an hour and a half with no meat and cold sides. Absolutely won’t be going back. Sad to see such an epic place fail after these years. No acknowledgment of my birthday celebration. After contacting management with your dissatisfaction we were offered a discount ….offensive considering I was ready to pay in full - it’s their poor service that made me feel as if i didn’t receive food adequate enough to support their 85$ plate price. Basically paid for fries and cold mashed potatoes.

The food was good. Our waitress (Bella)was amazing. Management, kitchen staff, and overall experience was really poor and disappointed. Our reservation was at 9:45 and we showed up exactly at 9:45, we ended up sitting at 10:30. We got few rounds of steak and when we asked for certain food they were out of food. We started receiving food at 10:45 and by 11:30 the food stopped, when we asked what was going on with the food, they told us that the kitchen was closed !! Why would you let people book if you can’t serve? total rip off !! We asked to speak to manager, and a guy with attitude came and ordered to discount 10%. They charged us 642$ for 1 hour of seating and no food. we were 4 and we got served only 3 shrimps !! And that’s all!! Because of the servers otherwise I would rate 0 star!! I was not looking for a discount, I wanted to enjoy my food and my New Year Eve. FYI if you can’t Handle big events, better close than ripping off people!. If you mention the food subject to availability then cook according to the event and number off people coming? Basic skills !!and guess what there is 18% tip plus mandatory tip when they hand you the machine to pay !!

First time back since they’ve renovated and will never return again. Looks like it’s under new management and all the staff are new. Took a long time for the food to start going, we were offered a ton of bread throughout the service. For the first hour, we had the same 3 types of meats offered. The rest of the servers looked at us and skipped our table. If by chance a new server came, they had 1 piece of meat left to offer our table of 5. Told our server, she said they would come around…..and still nothing. The manager came by….told us the same thing and nothing. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The manager didn’t do anything to rectify the situation. Take your money elsewhere. Paid almost $500 for maybe 4 types of meat.

Great place and food BUT don't go there if you celebrating your wife's birthday. So sad to see nothing offered for her birthday. And im not asking for a whole show. Front seating person asked the manager and she said no. Not even a lil cake or anything. Waiter was like we can put a candle in a slice and seemed like she was saying that to shut me up. I declined. But hey the steaks were good lol

It was my first time at the restaurant and we couldn’t get a reservation around 6 PM ish. We decided to do walk-in and we had drinks at the bar; we got a table in a few minute. Servers brought fresh meats constantly to tables and shaved the meats right at the table. Most red meats were so tasty, and it was all well seasoned; I don’t really think need extra sauce. Although their sauces were fantastic and went well with their meats. I really love their shrimps and cilantro chicken! The sides were amazing as well, love the crispy Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and sweet potato fries. Service was fantastic and there were dancers to perform during dinner. You must have their desserts; I had 3 brownies with marshmallow on the top, it was phenomenal! Had an amazing time here. Highly recommended this place for dating and family/friends gatherings!

Good meat. No show? Keep ‘em coming. I’d come back. Good selection. Decent service? Ice cream was good. They used real vanilla bean. Kind of expensive? Like I get it, but do I really? Make sure you come hungry.

We went to Copacabana for dinner last night. We made reservations online and went for 7:30. You can definitely tell there are new staff members but our overall experience was great. The staff is super friendly but I have to give a special thank you to Sasha one of the carvers! Sasha realized some of the meats were not cooked enough for my girlfriend as some were pretty rare. Sasha got the meat she wanted and made it more well done so she could enjoy everything as well. Also if there was a certain meat that had not come around if we asked Sasha made sure it came out. The food was all fantastic! The sides were great, the meat of course was amazing and the dessert was perfect as well. The price is a bit expensive but worth it for a special date night. Will definitely be back in the future!

Renovated look is nice although a few flaws. Vestibule let's in rush of cold air. Waiting area has 2 seats only and very cramped. Reception desk area is designed for 2 customer at a time , the rest need to cramp together on side. You are greeted by a lady with her eyes glued to a tablet. Maybe out it down and greet your guests. Ambiance is on darker side. Self serve buffet is gone. Can order a la carte salads & sides There are no pictures so you don't know what you're getting until it shows up at your table. Sides were hit miss. In Brasa sides were always a hit because of self serve buffet and you choose exactly what you want. Sides like mushroom and pork belly come burnt. grilled stuff burnt too. Oops. Punctuality not accurate. Reservation makes a big deal out of arrival time but table not ready. Reserved a booth. Did not get a booth. Not many booths available. Tables close to other guests. Was there on holiday - no dancers - music loud like in a bar club. No more SIM or NAO flip discs No meat poster like Brasa Menu is slow to load open on pdf and laggy. Printed menu if requested is a printed white piece of paper - text only - so no pictures means you don't know exactly what your side order will be. When not too busy, speed of waiters is good. Meet servers not dressed like Brasa More meat choices than Brasa - around 13 on skewers including parmesan mignon , steak & others as well as another 8 or so on board including lamb, salmon, ribs This visit the meats were well done and not too bloody. Unfortunately the chickens were mostly burnt. Some meats have way too much salt. Lime Cilantro Chicken was good though. Drinks were meh considering the over the top marketing for BAR Copa including on meat server shirts. Desert cart is nice with Vanilla bean gelato being the star. There's some brownies too and some cake. There is a mandatory 18% tip included so even if waiter do a terrible job they pay themselves well.

I am so happy this restaurant is open again! The renovations they’ve done are amazing to say the least! The atmosphere is great for a night out with friends! I was here the other night and the food + drinks were outstanding! Best espresso martini I’ve had in a while. The food was delicious.. my fav is the 🍍 that comes off the grill! Looking forward to coming back soon.

Booked reservation as we heard many great things from our friend. Upon arrival we were seated immediately. Appetizers arrived fairly quickly, drinks as well. Meat kept on coming even salmon and shrimp as well. Every type of meat we tried was delicious. Grilled pineapple was also amazing as well. We were very happy with the food and service. Walked out very full. Definitely got our moneys worth Will definitely be back

I absolutely loved Copacabana's. I'll probably compare every place I eat, with this, now. It is a bit pricey but so worth it when eating your fill You get a plate and get several choices of food. When you get to your table you get a little card Blue side is "Keep it coming" red is "slow it down". Then come the meats. There is also fresh corn bread and grilled pineapple with cinnamon. I'm sure there was a lot more but my husband took my plate away cause he said he wasnt carrying me to the hotel. ;-) There is live music at certain times and some ladies come out and do a little brazillian dancing in pretty feather costumes.

My husband and I went on a Friday right when they opened. The service came really fast, faster than we could eat the food. The food was amazing!! We asked the waitress about how busy it gets and she said around 6:30 is when it gets busy, as well as the whole night on Saturdays. If you want the best service, maybe go right when they open so you get the first fresh cuts! We honestly enjoyed every second of it. We even asked if they served the bacon wrapped filet mignon because we noticed it hadn't come around an hour into service. The waiter replied that he will bring it out to us and it came not too long after! We did notice that one couple didn't get served until their side dishes and drinks was placed on their table. This is maybe a signal for the waiters to go to their table with the meat. We can understand why some meat can run out before it gets to other tables, so definitely recommend going earlier than later.

Very unique experience. Food was delicious. Most meat does come pink so if you like meat well done this may be a problem (personally I just closed my eyes and pretended it wasn't pink). The grilled pineapple was by far the best. Ive heard they have shows that go on while you eat, but we unfortunately missed that. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Had a 7 PM reservation, we arrived early at 6:50. They said our table was being cleaned. At 7:10 they decide to use our table to add to a table of 4 to make a 6. We then had to wait for 45 minutes for a new table of 2 to become available. This was our last night of our vacation in Niagara Falls and it was a Saturday night and we couldn’t make other reservations this late. We had to eat here. Do not recommend this restaurant if your a small party of 2 or 3 as they could care a less about you.

Absolutely loved this place. The actual assigned server is really busy and i think a lot of tables were getting their orders mixed up But the main grilled meats were awesome. Amazing experience with servers coming and slicing meats infront of you while you utilize your little tongs to hold / grab the slices from the kabab / metal skewer. Everything is well seasoned but can be rather salty to most people's tastes. There's an huge variety of meats to choose from as they're constantly passing by your tables offering whatever they have their hands on Try their peri peri chicken drums... So yummy and flavourful My favorite is the grilled pineapple, which is seasoned with some cinnamon and a little sugar. This leads to a juicy hot delicious treat which semi resembles a tangy apple pie. The atmosphere is loud and happening with their open patio which brings in fresh air. There's no immediate parking however they have an off site parking lot as well as a shuttle van. Just drive up to the restaurant and then ask for the shuttle, you can then follow the shuttle, leave your car in the lot and the shuttle will drive you back to the restaurant as well as drive you back to pickup your car when you're done your meal

This place is VERY over priced!! $80 for adults and $40 for children. They need to be more reasonable with children prizes My 3 year old ate NO food (maybe a little bread) and I was still charged. My 6 year old ate 3 shrimps and bread. Also for a steakhouse the only thing that kept coming to our table was shrimp, chicken & salmon. We requested for steak atleast 8x!!! I hardly took any pics. Such a disappointment!

I liked the experience. I found the food, especially the appetizers to be really good. The staff were friendly. Except for the dessert guy, he was rude. The meat guys were great. I would definitely go back! the atmosphere was great too.

Been here before the renovations was great. Last night was terrible. Our waitress was very good and attentive but she must of come over 4 times as she seen us waiting for any meat to come and said want me tell my manager to get the service going. We where there for 90 minutes and 70 minutes of that was waiting. I hope they improve as this used to be a great place. I could not recommend it based on the last experience. The review before mine echoes the same sentiment so I believe at least last night the experience was similar for multiple customers.

This is the first Brazilian steakhouse I ever tried and it still remains one of the best. The staff is always friendly the Carver's are always generous and the food is always fantastic. If you're in the Niagara region this is the best Brazilian steakhouse to go to for the real authentic taste and selection.

Food is amazing and the smell infuses you. Fresh and hot skewers will come quickly so be prepared to eat. Staff are incredible. Very friendly and attentive. The Buffet area has some great dishes to balance your meat sweats. It is super clean and trays are always filled. Make sure you leave room for the Pineapple and Deep-Fried Banana. Dining room is very comfortable. Patio area is spacious and perfect atmosphere for summer BBQ. Washrooms are clean. Live Music and performances on certain nights. Free WiFi. Metered Parking behind building with parking lots and garages nearby. Holidays and Weekends can be very busy. Prices are getting high. Gratuity is calculated into your bill. The "Promotional Fee" is optional. It is not a tax or mandatory anywhere in Niagara Falls.

By far the worst restaurant service I've received. We were sat outside at 12 celcius after having reserved a table in advance. The manager didn't even try doing something when we asked if we could be moved somewhere else because we were freezing. The waitress kept on asking if we were done eating to bring the bill, when we had barely gotten some salad and sides served. The waitress again asked if she could bring the bill while we thought of our dessert choice. Our bottle of wine was sluttered to pop it open. I would never go back and I wouldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

We eat at a lot of Brazilian steakhouses, but this one blew us away. The variety of meat options included a lot of unique and delicious offerings which included dry rubbed bbq flank steak and cheese stuffed prime rib. It was all fantastic!

The food was really very good and the servers were all extremely friendly. There may have been something weird about where we were sitting because we had larger tables all around us - it was only 2 of us. So, we didn't get much attention from our servers or the gentlemen bringing around the meat. I had to ask several times for different types of meats that just never made it to us and the larger parties next to us were served much more promptly, though we had arrived before them. But overall, it was a nice experience, with a great view, atmosphere, and food.

Started the evening with a cocktail at the bar. The bartender was very informative, patient and knowledgeable about the menu. Tried some new drinks and loved them! Our food was delicious, hot, and seasoned very well. The staff was attentive and quick. (Although you shouldn’t hurry here- enjoy!) Definitely the best Brazilian steakhouse we have been to throughout our travels.

I went there with my friends on New year. Despite being so busy, the service was awesome. Servers even recommended us to try different meats that were on the menu. They even gave us complementary champagne after our dinner and the young manager even came to our table and asked if we need anything else and he was so respectful and attentive. I have been to other locations in Toronto as well but this Niagara Location was completely different and the service was awesome. Again I didn’t expect that much as it was new year and they were all so busy but i can give the management 10 star if it was possible. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to spend their weekend on Niagara.

Atmosphere very nice and modern, food service....a disappointment. After paying 80 per adult and 40 per child. I basically got full off the sides. The meat barely came, I had to basically call over the meat staff to serve me. Mind you, you can only get 5 sides at a time. They are pretty much single serving dishes. Our waiter was pretty much MIA. I felt I had to keep a watch out and wave my arms in the air to get her attention. Red sangria was weak not worth it. (Mind you I been to real Brazilian restaurant and its been far better) Desert cart....what a disaster. The cookies where undercooked, the brownie was nasty and tasted like cheap chocolate, the pie was dry, I didn't even bother with the truffles after that. Not worth the amount of money we paid plus they include the gratuity, yet give poor service. Only good thing I can stay was the cheese bread and cornbread was delicious, the band and dancer were very entertaining. I much rather take my money to Brasa Brazilian Restaurant down the street.

This was our second visit to Copacabana, but our first to the Niagara Falls location. We visited on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was mostly empty so we had no issues with meat coming around. The meat was all very delicious. The sides were okay. Dessert was also good. My biggest issue with this location is the parking situation. There is a parking lot directly connected to the restaurant, but when I pulled in, I was told this parking lot is for another venue only. I asked where the restaurant parking was and the gentleman said he didn't know but heard it might be behind Vinny's restaurant. We drove around the corner to Vinny's and tried parking there, only to be told by another attendant that this lot was reserved for hotel guests. He said we should park in the lot across the street. We drive across the street into a lot and the parking attendant says it's $20 for the night. There was no way I was paying $20 to park when I was about to spend a ton of money to eat. I called Copacabana and asked where to park - the lady who answered the phone gave horrible directions saying "turn right, then left, then left." We drove where we think she said and only saw parking garages for hotels and the casino. I was SO frustrated. I drove back to Copacabana, pulled over, went inside and asked the bartender to show me on the map where this lot was. It was completely somewhere else. We drove there and it was a sketchy lot at the end of a long private driveway through a field. Had to walk quite a ways to get back to the restaurant. NOT impressed!!!

Haven't been here in probably 5 years. Has gone through a complete renovation. Food was great, service was great. We came on a Saturday night, place was busy. Food came fast & furious. I tried probably 10+ different meats. Couple of issues, music is way too loud. Night club level in fact. Have to yell to speak with people at your table. Don't come here if you're looking to have conversation. I however really enjoyed the style of music. Floors were definitely slippery. There was no 20% mandatory tip on our bill. Honestly would not come back if the volume isn't reduced.

I have been to a lot of Brazilian Steakhouses throughout Canada 7 the US and this was easily one of the best I've been to. The atmosphere at the restaurant was just right. The sides that they provide outside of the meat coming around to the table were all so good. This has to be one of my favourite spots in Niagara. Great food, drinks and the service was good as well. Definitely give it a shot.

First time coming back here since they have done renovations and it definitely has changed in some aspects and stayed the same in others. The vibe has definitely changed and it feels more like a fine dining establishment now. The way the menu works is different now as well, meats still are brought around but all the sides you order through your server and are more like “taster” sizes. I was okay with this as you would want to be eating more of the meats that are circling around anyway as that’s what you really are paying for lol. The quality of meats is what I remember it to be, some meats were tender and others a bit chewer. It’s not the fault of the cooks so it’s not something I’ll complain about. The flavour profiles of some of the meats is what I remember it to be which is great as I did enjoy the flavours they had going. The side dishes we did order were nice as well, they at times did take a little long to come but it’s to be expected when it’s busy. I found the service to be good, as it got in the last hour of the two hour limit it did get busier and then I noticed the meats came around a lot less frequently. On one hand we had more time to digest but we did end up waiting almost 30 mins for anything to come around at some point. Eventually a guy did and we were able to pass on that we were hoping for a bit more prime rib. He said he’d get on that and he did go get one of his colleagues to bring it on over promptly which was great! They even checked back in before our plates were taken to ask if we wanted a bit more which is appreciated and a great gesture. As for other table service, our waitress was super nice and attentive even with how busy it got she still made sure to check on us for refills and side item requests. Overall it’s still a great place to dine, of course it has changed but the service still feels at the level it was before as well as quality of food. It was still a pleasant experience :) One thing to note is it is very expensive so be prepared for that! It’s easily $90 CAD per person. Niagara is normally expensive anyway truth be told lol. But, I do find the price to be worth it for what you are offered here. It’s worth trying if you are looking for some good food and a unique dinning experience!

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse in Niagara, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality of the steak was truly outstanding – perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. What sets Copacabana apart is not just the steak, but the entire culinary journey they offer. The diverse selection of dishes, from appetizers to desserts, showcases the chef’s skill and attention to detail. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting and vibrant, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. The attentive and friendly staff ( specially Anj)further enhanced the dining experience. The concept of continuous tableside service, where different cuts of meat are carved right at your table, adds a unique and interactive element to the meal. I highly recommend Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse to anyone seeking a top-notch dining experience in Niagara. Whether you’re a steak enthusiast or simply appreciate exceptional cuisine, this restaurant delivers on every front. A truly memorable culinary adventure that I look forward to repeating in the future.”
