👍 It was quiet good. Cool that they could fit all that in one place. But there where a lot of secrets of marvel super heroes their I mean the door handle and had an m for marvel and their was a tree that had a Spider-Man face on it. I would like this place a lot more if they still had the Marvel stuff... People often mention tickets, games, machines, arcade, tokens, kids, good, people,

Amazing place to hang out on Clifton Hill! Super friendly staff who provide amazing customer service. The 4D experince is like no other - and has amazing movies! Be sure to grab an all access pass, it is an amassing savings and gives hours of fun

I had a really really positive experience here. I had been searching everywhere for one of the toys they had, and finally had enough tickets to redeem it. However, the one they had on display was a bit different from the one they gave me from the back. I asked one of the staff and she kindly helped me grab the exact one I was looking for. It took a bit of effort to for her to grab it so I really appreciate that she did that. She went through the effort of making me happy, and I was just blown away by her kindness. She is such a hard-worker, and really cares about people. She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you Mary!

If it could be zero, I would give zero star rating. Items up in the front are not all available. I called and let the manager know the situation and now I am stuck running around the falls looking for a candy necklace of all items because the manager said they were out of them and that the employee should not have brought them out.. even though they were clearly in the display case. It would be different with older children but it’s hard to explain to a young child the situation and all they want are these darn necklaces. All in all… save your money and time and go some place else or this quick arcade trip will turn a short stop after eating at the rainforest cafe into a long afternoon of crying kids and looking for whatever the arcade staff said they “didn’t have available” Edit* having items out that are not actually Available in order to attract potential customers could open a business to potential litigation (false advertising).. it would be smart to remove all items from the display that are not actually available, or a disclaimer placed up front where tokens are purchased clearly stating select prizes are for display purposes only would suffice.

Very spacious and noisy too. The design itself is ok, it is connected to the rainforest cafe, you can go downstairs and have access to the Hotel. They are all connected. Once you're inside you can even go to the waterpark. Kids friendly but somedays it's too noisy and also not that much agents for that big place. I have seen one tech the whole night time I have been there and one machine stop working and restarted by itself. I had to walk to the desk and tell the girl and then she sent the guy. They have tokens machines like the Strike and Bowl, but those tokens can only be used in their facility. They also have their own passes for their own games.

A lot of the games did not work, took our coins. Prizes are lower quality than most dollar store items. Only 1 bank of machines to redeem tickets. Out of the 4 in the bank, 1 was out of order, like so many of the games on display. Don't waste your time or money

Service not friendly and pretty apathetic. This is a casino for kids where they dump tokens into machines for tickets that they redeem for ‘prizes’. Any of the real video games are the equivalent of $3-5 per person per play; super over-priced. They make the Ferris wheel, go karting, and othe Falls attraction seem like a great deal. Many of the machines were broken or defective. The ticket counting machine short changes you and the employees don’t care. 16 tickets were counted as 13 and 87 tickets were counted as 73: doesn’t matter as the redemption prizes are worse than the quality you’d find in a dollar store or local fair.

It was a great little arcade to take the kids alot of the games weren't working and the ones that said they did took your coins and didn't work. Found a few that paid out tickets and the kids were happy to have won prizes. Fun day with the family.

Get the pass for the all day bumper cars, skip the arcade as there are multiple ones around which are far better, alot of games are not maintained or broken

Good but I wish they had more staff and sanitization considering it’s the holiday season!

It was fun! The bumper cars were really fun and the games too. Its really convenient that the rainforest cafe are in the same building so you can eat and then go game.

I spent a few days at Niagara Falls, had a wonderful time here but then when I went to give my tickets... a young man took care of me and there was a girl by the name KIRA that started acting wreckless and swearing constantly! Many people that were waiting in line we’re giving comments about her attitude. I asked her to watch her mouth in front of people and then had the audacity to start swearing to her co worker in front of all the clients!!! Horrible customer service!

Rude workers The kids were looking for a token on the floor One of the personal asked them to stop. Then she Yeld on me if they were with me and she cannot allow it for safety reasons. I said no problem but stop to Yell. She told 'm not yelling but talking this way. I told her that you are even yelling on me(double her age). She asked if you don't like then leave. I told no problem and left this place Don't recommend to anyone if they don't know how to behave with clients

Aren't you supposed to be 18 to gamble? This is the definition of a kids casino. Sucks your money away, addicting and colorful! There are literal gambling machines like a poker game not even to mention those rigged claw machines. Can't rate this low it was fun but jeez.

My 9-year-old son really enjoyed all games there and he was able to win a lot of tickets from most of the games and there are great gifts to be utilizes for the tickets. We all were excited and had a lot of fun.

Smaller than the midway arcade but this weekend it was crowded due to midway being closed. The place seems understaffed. Hard to find a staff member on the floor when machines jam or run out of tickets. The line up to redeem tickets was also very slow. I think they werent prepared for the crowd due to the midway being closed. Overall the kids enjoyed the variety of games available and won a few jackpots on some machines.

Purchased tickets for the 4D adventure ride. 2 shows are included in the ticket price. The first dinosaur show had a glitch and the was no sound for the entirety of the movie. No mention of running the show again as a result of the problem. Maybe we should have known better as there were only 5 other people in the theater. I do NOT recommend this attraction...waste of money ($75.00).

My daughter enjoy a lot and lot of sun games . Especially we won goat buster with 1000 tickets and very superb game. Very happy spending around $40 bucks or so.

Place was small, good to have few people entertained. We only did the mini putt since we had a free voucher from groupon. There was 2 attendants for the place but everything is pretty much self served anyways. If you are really looking for things to do, though, go to bigger entertainment and arcade places.

The gifts are very cheap you have to spend a lot of money to get very minimal gift the kids had fun got lots of tickets but if you're going to win prizes it'll cost you about $100

Adventure city have less arcade machines and has less opening time than the "Great Canadian Midway" across the street, but some of the older classic arcade cost less tokens to play, like .the older sega or crusing world racing games only cost 2 tokens to play. Lowest spend of $1 or $2 CAD gives you only about 2 tokens per dollar. I still had fun at this place, and more competition is better for the customers than monopolies. Some of the old arcade machines are broken / out of services, like the fast&furious car racing arcade machines.

Fun arcade. Good variety of games for kids/adults of all ages. Purchased 60 tokens for $20.00 There's also a 9 hole miniputt, small bumper cars.

Went on Thanksgiving Long weekend. Reason I went there because I read the reviews saying there's bumper cars and lazer ride. However when I got there, it was closed. Was a bit disappointed but good things we won a lot of stuffy toys and tickets. It has a good variety of games but it has less people than the location across the street. (Guess it's kind of good cause it's pandemic)

There were many machines down when I visited but my family had good fun regardless. $20 gives 55 tokens. The majority of the operational machines took 4 tokens to play, some like Ski Ball took 2. My skills in winning tickets are not the best. 250 is what I managed. It seems like a lot but that earned only a novelty eraser. The stuffed animals were in the 4000 ticket range.
