Amazing customer services & clean rooms. Eva at the reception was the sweetest and friendliest - Loved the place. It was super clean and tidy. Room had everything you'd need, a small microwave & fridge. And decent furniture. Bathroom was a decent size too. Loved the customer service. Very friendly and homely environment. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends. And bonus - there was a swimming pool too.

The Lady(Eva) is nice and very helpful. I liked how she was talking to us instead of being extreme professional. I felt more welcoming. The room was good and very cleaned. Location is good as well.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely hosts and very friendly. Mr. Mario very gladly helped us plan the itinerary for the Niagara falls day trip. Rooms were clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!

A nice little place for a quick overnight stay. My fiancé and I arrived later in the evening and planned on leaving early so we just wanted a clean and cheap place to sleep. The man who checked us in was very nice and we got into our room promptly. Yes. It’s a lil small, and yes it’s a lil outdated. You get what you pay for.. so it blows my mind when people complain about that stuff when paying the low price they do. This place has a great location, it was clean, it was affordable and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it also looked very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

Budget motel with Great Owners ...REAL QUEEN SIZE BED... we are used to sleeping in a King sz bed and we got told a few years ago hotel queens are smaller than home queens so we normally don't stay unless we can find a King sz room. But we were blessed because room 4 has a REAL queen size bed & we slept well. Air conditioner works well & the pool is open. Parking is right outside your door. Working windows for fresh air. Bathroom was very well stocked & extremely clean! Lots of places to eat all around & places for shopping for anything you've forgotten. We would stay here again!

What a cute little place. Nothing fancy but it was clean and we felt safe. Easy location to the falls and quick shopping like Walmart. We were disappointed because the pool was already closed 1st weekend of September but we still enjoyed our time together.

Pros: Good price. It’s a participating hotel for trolley. You can ask for the free daily pass. The trolly will drop you off exactly the front of the inn. Bathroom is clean. Bed is clean. Microwave and refrigerator are included. Cons: 1. All they can provide have been provided in the room. They don’t provide anything else (e.g. toothpaste). 2. No coffee maker, no hair dryer. 3. Room is real small, and bathroom is also too small. 4. Refrigerator and carpet looks dirty. 5. They don’t have their own booking website, so I have to book on other websites. But the price on other websites is not stable. I was overcharged. I booked the room almost 1 month earlier by $69 before tax. But the price drop to $59 the day I arrived.

We stayed one night at this location. Front staff was very unpleasant to deal with. The room itself was reasonably clean. The door did not have any deadbolt. I would recommend staying at a different location.

I was there in Oct/22 for 7 days, I booked for the cheap price (who doesn't!). The place is not fancy (no breakfast, meh!, I don't mind) like many inns in the area, but I want to point out that is well located near to many places; malls, restaurants, parks (Niagara Falls), highways access to Buffalo or Canada and many more. The staff is very kind when need some info.

The owner seems like a nice guy. I was greeted with visibly stained sheets upon entry and a silverfish wake up call the next morning. Other than that, the room was decent. The lowest rates in town also reflect the cleanliness.

The owner of hotel is worst, toilet was not working properly, everything was stuck after using toilet and owner didnt provide room service to clear toilet isntead gave us plunger to clean by ourself and was rude. Also swimming pool was out of service.

The Swiss Cottage is definitely outdated. It can seriously use a makeover. They have a pool but they do not provide any towels… apparently you’re supposed to use your own… ? The staff- the elderly man who checked us in was nice. The microwave does not work… or does not make sense. There is a mini room fridge but we didn’t use it. The furniture is old and the bathroom is super small. As I sat on the toilet, my knee was hitting the sink. The shower floor was cracked and even though we stayed just one night- just to sleep- we didn’t shower because we were afraid the shower floor might give away. If you’re staying here just for some sleep- it’s fine, but I don’t recommend more than 1 night… you get what you pay for. Lastly- i just appreciate that you have to pay only $10/hr after the check out time of 11am. (I got an extra hour of sleep).

The hotel was very good for the price. Only things we found could stand improvement were the bath towels could be more plush and the shower stall could be upgraded. Staff was friendly and helpful with information on the Falls and local area-where to eat, shop, etc. Would stay there again.

Basic room that is sufficiently clean. However bathroom was tiny. It’s about 15-20 mins drive to the falls. No major complains, but we found it just a tad overpriced for the overall condition and location of the room. Note that parking near the falls can be $20-30, so if the price difference is not too stark it’s might be worth splurging a bit more to stay nearer to the falls.

Eva, the receptionist, was incredibly sweet. I will not forget her, and she always sent niagara falls trolley passes through email as long as you ask her to. The rooms were super clean and fresh, and the cleaning staff was so friendly. They also have an outdoor pool. It’s the perfect Inn to stay at if you are visiting Niagara Falls on the New York side.

Dirty/old, the knob for hot shower water was completely broken, the whole place smelled damp. Overall icky feeling. the covers were damp. The 5 star reviews are fake/manipulated.

This place was filthy. The bathroom smelled of urine so bad. The plumbing was extremely loud when someone was showering. There were stains on the bedding, cobwebs on the walls. Filth running down the door after a shower. Outlets hanging out of the wall. The list goes on and on. Had we not been driving for 12 hours, we never would've stayed. We got two rooms and I'm sorry I didn't get pictures of the second room, but we reserved 2 doubles. We only got 1. The second room was no bigger than a closet. I do not recommend this establishment.

We stayed 2 nights at this sweet little motel. The price was great. The couple was so friendly. The room, while not fancy, was clean and cozy. They even cleaned the room for our second night. The motel is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. It is also close to the road to get to Canada.

Absolutely loved staying here. Very reasonable in price. We spent 4 days . Very clean. Our housekeeper , Belinda was great. Very personable. Gave us anything we needed. She was great. If you stay here, request her side. We were in room 7. Thank you for a wonderful 4 days stay. The owners are awesome too.

Only a short 12 min drive to the falls at night. They were extremely friendly and accommodating to use. We arrived later than expected due to traffic and they treated wonderfully. All of the staff we interacted with where friendly.

Nice place to stay and enjoy the falls, the staff are kind, it’s not the closest place to the falls but they give you a bus card with no limit, and just take 10 min to the park. Amazing place, and good price!

Absolutely no complaints. Great customer service, the staff was so accommodating. The room was simple, very clean, and comfortable. Great price as well. The pool was also fantastic. Adorable little place to stay while enjoying the wonders of Niagara Falls. Definitely recommend and we will be staying again!

The worst motel ever. No outside lighting.... Dark could not see my car when looking out the window two doors down. Slept with my knife open next to me just didn't feel safe. No microwave, phone, window in very small bathroom. No curtains. No safety lock on the door. Dirty pillows inside pillow cases. The worst, I paid $181 for this room. Highway robbery, I wish I knew what I know now. This place really needs to be shut down. I didn't sleep under the blankets, I slept on top of a towel. All I could really think was bed bugs, lice, etc all of the above. It was a learning experience with me I booked this on hotels.com. it's truly a shame that hotel.com would allow such a cruddy motel to be on their site. But I guess it's all about the money they really don't care cuz this place really don't qualify as a suitable place for anyone.

It says no check in after 10pm but we arrived very late because of an unfortunate event. We had to call in to let them know and they were so nice about it, her name was Eva, i believe. Although, the place would be somewhere i would i avoid. Tenants were by standing outside talking so loudly at 1am and we could hear banging on our next door. Someone tried to open our door, good thing it was locked. There were only 2 power outlets. The place was really unsettling over all.

The room was clean, our AC worked very well, and the staff was quick/friendly (checking in and out was a breeze). The exterior was also very clean, and the pool looked nice as well (though it was closed when we were going to use it in the morning, so can’t personally attest beyond that). Overall, phenomenal for the money. Though I will note that the WiFi was very bad (couldn’t stream Netflix), so don’t rely on that.

Only complaint I have is that it is a bit loud. Walls are a little thin. All one level. Pool. Updated and clean bathroom. Old air conditioner but worked. Microwave and mini fridge. Simple, clean and everything works.

A great experience and wonderful staff. The owners took such great care of us. Great location to near the wagon wheel a local bar and some fast food places to grub on. Trolley to falls right across the street.

We had such a nice stay at this Inn! The owners were lovely and the rooms were very tidy. The pool looked so clean and inviting. We’re really glad we ended up staying here on our quick last minute trip to Niagara Falls on our way back to MA from MI!

Small but clean and very nice. Lovely staff! Right on Niagara Falls Boulevard so we worried about noise, but it was very quiet. Quite close to the Falls. We enjoyed our two night stay and would stay again. We recommend you try it!

Stayed here the other night. Had high hopes because of other reviews that I have read previously but don’t be fooled. Bathroom stall and tub were very dirty. Both the stall and tub had the paint chipping away with spots of black mold in the cracks. When I brought it to managements attention they told me that it was just dirt and acted as if it was no big deal. Air conditioner was blowing out dust when you turn it on and the sign outside said 69 dollars a night but we were charged 200. This place isn’t even worth it if it was 69 we couldn’t shower or sleep comfortably but there was nowhere else with availability so we got stuck. I would highly recommend not booking here if you can. Management is not helpful at all so beware

Great clean budget motel. Beds were comfortable and check-in was quick and easy. Rooms are small, furniture is dated, but it gets the job done for a low price.

Wish the beds were little more softer but no complaints for the price. Small room with small bathroom, but then again, what else do you need? Everything was clean which is highly appreciated!

Staff is very friendly, always with a smile. The room we had was a small room one bed. Bathroom is also small. Clean overall, Needs more outlets to charge phones. You can hear what’s going on inside the next room. If they’re loud then good luck trying to get a good night sleep. This is a budget hotel so just keep that in mind. The pool is nice but We didn’t get to try it. Bad weather. Just basic hotel. No bad smell, clean and good shower.

It's good within the standards of a motel but if your standards are higher look for a hotel. The staff are nice and friendly. The room is small. There might be some minor issue with devices in the room like lamps and curtains but if you ask the staff they will handle it friendly and nicely. Do not count on internet speed if your room is not close to the motel router. If you have a short stand in your trip that's probably what you are looking for. The strong point is about the staff that are nice and helpful.
