We stayed in this room once before. Felt it a bit expensive for what it was, but it was what it was, had a hot tub, a cute little artificial fire place but was also close to what we wanted. We recently married, booked the same hotel for a night away back in June to ensure we got a room. Less than 24 hours before arrival our room was canceled and given to someone else. However it worked out for the best, because we found a similar hotel, with better rates, PLUS given a discount, not to mention the staff was courteous and friendly.....your loss Ritz. Sorry not sorry. In response to The Ritz Inn. My card information WAS updated on time. I also called. Please keep your responses factual. Take accountability. The fact that you can't take accountability, just by that is a reason we will not return.

We found a cockroach in the room. We spent all morning shaking out our luggage to make sure we didn’t bring one home. Was informed management would call us to discuss, but never heard back. Room definitely didn’t feel clean. Also, jets in the hot tub did not work. Staff at the desk were nice, but doesn’t make up for the condition of the room and managements failure to address cockroach problem. At over 100$ a night, we feel wronged.

The room we got was newly renovated so it was clean and reasonable, we got the room to basically sleep for few hours as we were just hitting the Niagara Falls for the weekend. The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful.

Exceeded my expectations for a two star motel, with a very economical price per stay and all amenities met! It’s no luxury hotel, but the money you save let’s you enjoy your trip to the falls even more! It’s a comfortable, clean, resting place with smart tv and a restroom to freshen up. Right of Stanley so you can go explore the falls all day!

I am writing to express my thoughts and appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at the Ritz Inn. My stay at the hotel was simply amazing, and I would like to share my feedback with you. First and foremost, I was very impressed with the room I stayed in. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities one could ask for. The bedding was fresh and clean, and the pillows were just right. The ambiance of the room was lovely, and the décor was tasteful. I especially loved the jacuzzi in the room - it was just what I needed after a long day of traveling. The jets were strong, and the water was hot and relaxing. Furthermore, I was impressed with the newly remodeled floor. The flooring was elegant and modern, and it complemented the décor of the room perfectly. It was clear that a lot of effort had gone into the renovations, and the result was stunning. I really appreciated the attention to detail, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable.

Way better than I was expecting Very, very neat rooms, and the service, excellent everyone was so nice and helpful. It is on my top 5 of places I've stayed. Keep the great job, guys!

Absolute gem, I can’t say enough good things about this place and would absolutely go back and stay here if I’m ever near Niagara Falls again! The value of the room is incredible. I don’t need any amenities when I just need a place to stay. I really appreciated the staff member at the front desk, he was extremely kind and charasmatic and made me feel at ease even though I was arriving in a new country at 2am. He came down right when I called and assisted me with checking in. It was seamless! The room was clean with a nice blanket and pillows. It was heated and had AC and a TV, although I didn’t end up using it. The bed was comfortable, I slept really well. Other 1 star hotels I’ve stayed at had bedbugs or bad beds so I seriously cannot complain, this place was a dream! Definitely stay here. It’s a great place to place camp while you visit the falls which is just a short walk away. You’re also surrounded by restaurants!

This Hotel is almost 10-minute walk to Niagara Falls and there are tons of restaurants and shopping centers on your way to make your walk even nicer, easier, and more enjoyable. The young gentleman at reception was super friendly, well mannered and helpful. We didn't have high expectations for the price we wanted to spend on rooms for our trip. We needed a place to just sleep at night nothing more. So we didn't mind the old furniture at all. We weren't to bring them home with us so why should we be concerned about them😀 We travel to explore new places and make memories not to watch TV or spend the whole day in a hotel. So with that being said, we didn't mind sleeping in a decent clean room with old furniture. It was clean and well-maintained but no coffee maker just a fridge and microwave with a decent air conditioner. We enjoyed our trip. Thank you guys, We might come back if want to visit Niagara Falls again

I stayed here over the weekend and the room was very clean and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and even made the effort to help me to my room. It was close to the attractions and the falls. We were skeptical at first from the reviews, but after staying here it’s THE BEST BANG FOR BUCK in niagara. We will be back again.

I only used this location for overnight and day parking, however the rates were much better than at other hotels in the area. I found the staff to be very helpful. In fact, one gentleman even boosted my dead battery for me! I very much appreciate the Ritz staff.

My wife and pup reserved a couple nights over the US 4th of July ( by the way, happy Canada Day July 1st). As we were arriving a day early, I called that day, to see if I could extend. The manager was so helpful to us. He booked us for the same room. When we arrived we were greeted with this great smile and helpful team. Yes, it's a basic motel, but, it's a gem with a great team of helpful and respectful people. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. Great night sleep. We will look this place up when we go back to the falls.

Pre-review: Called the hotel and inquired about a price I saw online. Rick was not only courteous, helpful but dropped the price even more from the online option. First impression... Positively Stellar. I'll come back with a Post-Review later

Room was ok. We had honeymoon suite. Jacuzzi and fireplace were nice. Bed was ok, little on the hard side. We stayed 4 nights and our was never cleaned. Only had 2 towels, asked for more which wasn't a problem. Price was good.

Do not. I repeat, DO NOT, come to this hotel. First off the rooms we booked were nothing of it seemed from the booking website so essentially there’s hotel catfish as well now. Secondly, service is horrible, they only give you a small cracker size piece of soap to wash your hands. The bathrooms do not look they clean at all and there’s a mirror in the bathroom with no curtain and no way to completely lock the bathroom minor so legit anyone could’ve broken in at any time. It seems like the only thing they do is change the sheets. Speaking of the sheets there was a DEAD bug under my bedsheets and i found this out cause it’s lil legs was poking my leg through the sheets. No bottle water either. This place is more like a motel than a hotel. So yeah. Please save your money. This place is dump

i visited here a couple years ago and reading these reviews, thought i would write one from my experience since there seem to be paid reviewers leaving five stars. this place is scum central. the lamps did not work as they were broken in half and being held together by bandaids. when you turned on the shower, bugs would come out. the pool has more leaves than water. to top it off, there was a hanging picture of a finished jigsaw puzzle with a couple of pieces missing, which feels an encapsulation of the place. my family and i still laugh about how disgusting it was. good location if you are willing to sacrifice comfort.

One of my memorable stays in Niagara. The cleanest Inn I've stayed at in the falls area. Staff and management were wonderful to deal with and were very kind to help us out with anything we needed during our stay. Loved the location as it was only a few mins walk away from the Casino and all the neighboring restaurants. Will definitely be back! Thanks again for everything, keep up the good work guys!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Disgusting rooms, dirty, smelly and broken windows. Would not return deposit or money owing for the three days because I checked my daughter out of this hole in the wall dump. The guy Rick...without a last name tried to intimidate me with two other Indian men when I tried to get my money back. EVERYONE THAT HAS BEEN SCAMMED PLEASE CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Staff provided great experience. The location is only 10 minutes away from the falls walking and lots of food in the area. Room is a bit dated however no bugs and everything seemed to work fine. Tub was really nice. Would come back. **EDIT** Come to find out the new owners have had this motel for a month. Day after we leave they are having a the units treated for bugs and they are upgrading the whole place. Great experience so far.

The staff was amazing!!! Rick allowed us to have a nice late check out and leave our car parked while we walked to the falls. It was located great to walk everywhere. They even walked us to our room and showed us how to use the air and lights. Definitely no frills. But a larger refrigerator is a must for me as I travel with my own food. And the kindness and welcoming feel we had was lovely!!!

Id be getting rid of the punk who works front desk asap. Booked on bookings.com did not receive the room i booked and had to pay extra city tax and parking on arrival and was told not to use too much wifi data. I was also asked if I was up to any shady business during my 1 week stay..... asked me too many questions. I'm just a normal guy that works a normal job that needed a place off the streets for a week. Much better places out there

It was a good experience for me. Had a really clean room and the staff was very friendly. They even let us keep our luggage in their office after checking out. Good experience overall.

Had a great night at the Ritz. I did read the other comments/ ratings before booking but felt that some people take life wayyy to seriously. Those darn haters! There were no bugs! Lol I didn't see any at all and trust me I checked lol just incase. And no! Nothing! This motel is a good walking distance to many attractions ( fun zone, many restaurants, Fallsview casino, and many other hotels / motels.) I honestly loved the fact that this motel had a mini fridge, and microwave. The clerk was very accommodating not just to me but to others as well. Whatever they needed, for example kettle/ small coffee maker they provided. It was a Saturday night and very relaxing / quiet. The only suggestion I would have would be maybe replacing the queen bed with a king sized bed instead. Theres lots of space for it. & More luxury. But absolutely great room anyway. The room has also been updated does not look like the old photos. Love the electrical fire place. Makes it so cozy. Parking was $10 extra The jacuzzi was the best feature. And the reason we booked this room / Ritz inn niagara. Definitely worth it! Will be looking forward to visiting again next time we are in niagara.

We are renovating our bathroom and were just looking for a cheap motel room to wash the renno grime off lol. Given our planned budget I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The room had a newer kitchenette, better sheets than I've had at bigger name hotels, and it was clean. They seemed to be in the process of updating the rooms on the first floor. There were some things that were dated or in poor repair but value for dollar I was impressed. The staff were super friendly (from what my husband tells me as I was feeling too gross to be seen in public 😅). Location wise, if I was planning on staying in town for a couple nights I'd probably prefer to be closer to the main drag, but for a single night after a concert or event it's a great budget friendly option.

Easy to walk everywhere, the motel manager is amazing. Had a great experience and would go back. Loved the towel swans and jet tub.

My mom got the room for my close friend and I who traveled here from England. The room was immaculate and clean, the service was wonderful and the owners were very polite, and same with the other staff. We arrived on the 4th of July and on the one hottest day during our travels. The staff had the ac turned on, the fridge was ice cold and running and the shower was hot. I only wish that for a long day, they had bath tub plugs for a soak in the tub. Other than that, this was a bargain and the customer service was top knotch!! Thank you for the hard work you did and your kindness!!

The owner is very interested in making sure you are looked after and enjoying your stay. Staff is very polite. Close enough to everything you want to walk to, but far enough away to enjoy yourself and relax on a patio with a drink in your hand.

We have stayed here twice. Rooms are clean. Has everything you need. The price is right. The staff are absolutely amazing ,friendly and go above and beyond. Great location too. This will always be our spot when we come to the area.

I booked room there for my friend for two nights they messed up with my online payment and charge her again. She have been told the online payment will be back within 3-5 business days now it’s almost over a month and I called at motel nd explained my situation politely but he was talking very rude with me he said his name is Shawn but not sure I would never recommend this place

Impeccable service! Greeted with a million dollar smile. Wonderful location! I asked where to get ice and needed extra towels and it was brought to me within minutes. Price was outstanding and even better if you book directly with them as I booked via Expedia. Rooms come with everything you need, including a fridge with freezer! The jacuzzi tub was amazing! 💕 I will be returning for sure :)

The staff was so kind!! They went out of their way to welcome us! After checking in we were walked to our room. Shown how to work the lights and air. And greeted with a smile and hello each time we returned. Within walking distance to the falls.

Room is not that clean, aircon has not been cleaned, you'll see a lot of dust on the vent and fileter, pillows are almost like nothing, electrical plugs are not accessible, cable tv is not functioning, the smell of the room is not pleasant, parking for guest you have to pay! Deposit of 150 will be returned after 3-5 days! Not instant, nothing to break since the room situation is already poor. Noisy! You can hear your neighbor's voice from outside and the other room beside your room. Not child friendly, floor.

It's ok if can't get other rooms are not available in this location, it's walkable distance from falls, but in the last minute you can check in, also if you early check in they will charge extra also if you check out late then will charge again.

About a twenty minute walk to the falls. Keep in mind you get what you pay for here, and calling it the Ritz is a misnomer. The staff were great. The room was not the best, and I needed to ask for some amenities or report them missing on check in so I wouldn't be billed for them. Probably not returning here next visit, as I'd like to stay closer to the tourist traps a short cab ride away.

We stayed in the honeymoon suit , it was clean and tidy .It's a little bit outdated but for the price range it's excellent. If your expectation is a 5 star hotel , i wouldt recommend it . The staff was very nice . When I needed something Preet helped me right away . Great location everything is in walking distance. I recommend this place .
