This place should have been packed. came to Niagara for the falls but needed to get off the strip to get the kids a fancy meal. We all loved it. Good deals. Fresh seafood. The people were great. Great service, great playlist. Believe me if we come back to this part of the world, we will be back here!

Amazing place, super friendly staff Came here on a Monday night, patio with live music! Monday is also their happy hour all day! Half price mussels + $2 shuck oyster! They even do in house oyster condiments, I love the Scotch bonnet hot sauce! Very fresh oyster! Lobster roll is loaded with lobster! Yum! Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area!

First of all, their service extremely great! All the waiters and waitresses and even the host were all so kind and welcoming. We had great selection of oysters and their lobster roll was so tasty! Chunky lobsters and delicious sauce!! The only disappointment was the scallops dish because the whole dish was super salty. Couldn’t taste much of other flavour except saltiness lol but i still wanna give them full 5 stars because their servers were just so nice🥰 they made our night extra special 💜 Note, with the wine and everything the total before tip came out around $170

Loved the food here. Seriously a gem in the heart of Niagara! Got the seafood chowder, the lobster Mac and cheese plus the scallop po boy (their special of the day). My partner and I absolutely loved everything we ordered and would 100% come back here. You won’t be disappointed!

I’m a bit late to write this review. But I knew that I had to do so! My partner and I (from Vancouver) got engaged at Niagara Falls on Nov 6 of 2021 and we went here for lunch! I had called the restaurant the day before and the manager was fantastic and really helped me out with the table, getting the champagne ready, and even suggesting a flower shop! Everything was just perfect. We arrived and the flowers were on the table. The entire staff seemed to be aware of our engagement, which was just so amazing to see every single staff member come up to us and talk to us and congratulate us. We really felt so welcome and so loved by everyone, it was an amazingly beautiful touch by the staff. The food was magnificent and portions huge! The oysters were very delicious and fresh. Lobster Mac’n’cheeese? Get out of my life! We are extremely happy to spend our engagement lunch here, we still talk about this restaurant and will certainly be back next time we are in the area. Thank you to you all for your wonderful food and superior service and for making us feel so welcome at your restaurant.

We have been here before (5 years ago) and loved it. We decided to stop by on the way back home from the US for dinner. Great food, atmosphere and service! We had the seafood tower and it was well priced and well stocked! The grilled cheese was also delicious!

I celebrated a friend's bachelor party here, he loves seafood, and to give an option to non-seafood lovers we tried Tide and Vine. We didn't go all out but we certainly ate our fill of oysters, calamari, and entrees. The oysters were fresh and delicious and we got two dozen. They had a good selection of East and West coast, I can't fully recall which ones we liked the most, I think raspberry point was one of them. We split calamari and scallops, scallops were huge and seared to perfection, calamari wasn't all that special, a good breading and a decent chew. We all split some mussels and they were done really well, the broth was very warming. The two of us got Atlantic Salmon, one a Lobster special and the other lobster roll. At least for the salmon, it was seared/charred nicely, it might have been slightly over done by the time it came to our table but paired with the coconut curry underneath it, it was absolutely excellent and very balanced. A heartier fish with a light creamy curry, was very tasty. Tried some of the lobster as he didn't even eat the legs! It was tasty, MP is pretty harsh but what can you do in the economy today. My friend really enjoyed the lobster roll, he doesn't eat much, but he was stuffed. Overall, it was a great spot, some minor technicalities but still better than most restaurants in the area.

Tide and Vine Oyster House in the Niagara region is an absolute gem for seafood lovers like myself. It is always a the pleasure of ordering pick up or dining there, and I can’t stop raving about they incredible food. My favorite one dish at Tide and Vine has to be their chowder; it’s nothing short of magical. The flavors are so perfectly balanced, and the ingredients are undoubtedly fresh. It’s the kind of chowder that lingers in your memory long after you’ve finished your meal. Equally impressive are their lobster rolls. These delectable creations are a harmonious blend of fresh lobster meat and just the right amount of buttery goodness. The service is top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who are eager to enhance your dining experience. Whether you're a seafood connoisseur or a newcomer to the world of ocean-inspired cuisine, Tide and Vine Oyster House has something to offer everyone. In summary, if you find yourself in the Niagara region and have a hankering for seafood, Tide and Vine Oyster House is the place to be. The chowder alone is reason enough to visit, but the entire dining experience is truly magical. Don't miss out on this culinary treasure

Firstly the hostess was very sweet and the server super friendly. As for the food, it was delicious! We had a variety of oysters, chowder, and mussels for appetizers. All were so good. For our mains, my friend had the lobster roll which she said was delicious and I had the seared tuna salad which I loved. It had a balance of acidity and sweetness.

Service was super nice! The waitress greeted us with a big smile and introduced us the menu items and the specials of the day. The freshest oysters I have ever had in North America, shrimps were well-seasoned, and the clam chowder was to die for. Can't complain, definitely will come again if I visit the Falls again! Top choice for dining if you love seafood!

Great service! Stopped here for a late lunch on the way back from Niagara Falls. Oysters were delicious - loved the homemade sauces. The tuna dish was absolutely divine, flavour combinations were great. The lobster roll was so fresh and well packed!

What a lovely place to relax and be served some amazing seafood! My wife and I had fried oysters with avocado, then had the lobster roll with potatoe salad, and the catch of the day was the salmon burger and I opted for egg on the side! It was delicious and I can’t wait for the next time we visit!

We were in Niagara on the Lake for a quick get away; my sister found this place searching restaurants near by; and oh what a find! Our server was fantastic; we started with an oyster shooter, then had a few oysters! We followed it up with the lobster roll and the potato salad served on the side was phenomenal. We ended the meal with the to die for maple pudding! A must go to! We will be back! Love your Rochester Friends!

My partner brought me here to celebrate my birthday and independence day). We sat on the patio and ordered a bottle of wine. I was very pleasantly surprised by live entertainment! It was a nice touch to a nice dinner. A second server attended to us on the patio, he was outstanding. I wish I had got his name to give a special shoutout. What a wonderful evening! I suppose my only complaint was no free dessert for my birthday, however still worthy of 5/5 stars.

I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have more reviews. We took a ride to Niagara Falls and decided to get a local dinner before heading back to Toronto. It was well worth the stop. The claim chowder is full of seafood goodness that reminds you of the ocean. The catch of the day red snapper had the perfect crispy layer with tender meat on the inside. Seasoned and paired just right with the cauliflower and veggies. Everything was delicious. Do try them out the next time you are in the are.

I went to this restaurant for dinner alone. I started with a good cocktail. As starters I chose Kat's seafood chowder, it was delicious. I took 10 oysters and chose 4 sauces for taste. (The server didn't tell me the prices for the oysters and he decided to choose the most expensive in general by my lack of knowledge, which I appreciated less from my experience.) I finished with a dessert which was recommended to me, it was delicious at first and then I had a 5cm piece of parchment paper in my mouth. For $12 for dessert and finding that in it is ordinary and at the same time dangerous. The bill was salty and that's mostly because of the oysters. So if you decide to still go, ask to see the prices of oysters before because they will take the most expensive and you will be surprised when paying the bill.

Okay wow. Speechless. How is this place not rated a consistent 5 I have no clue. The seafood chowder is likely the best I’ve ever had. The oysters are incredible. Mussels to die for. Their smoke salmon deserves and honourable mention. And the martinis - on point. I would highly recommend. If you haven’t been to Tide and Vine you need to go. Repeatedly. I forgot to mention the service. Super friendly, knowledgeable and top notch customer service. Thank you, Chloe for contributing to the experience.

Cooked foods including clam chowder, mussels, po’boy, seared tuna salad, smoked salmon were pretty good. Portions were generous, and flavours were on point. We also happened to order a dozen of house oysters - savage blonds during happy hour. Two of the oysters could not be eaten as they had a smell while the rest were missing the sweet taste when oysters are fresh. Might have just been a not-so-fresh batch 🤷🏼‍♀️ , but for an oyster house, the expectations are a bit higher…definitely a miss for us.

Start to finish. Epic. Excellent. Done Right! We were greeted very warmly at the front door. Our server Carla was everything a server should be! Kind curteous and knowledgeable. We had two virgin caesars. They were flavorful and unique. Jerky, shrimp and a bean! The food was perfect. I came for oysters, did not disappoint. Atlantic and Pacific available at market price. Mix and match was perfect. Truffle fries were the best I've had. Ever. Mussels were fresh and cooked perfectly. Everyone staff member on the floor, at some point, stopped by our table and had some conversation or checked in on us. Nice teamwork. Went in the afternoon, was pretty quiet, which was nice. I imagine dinner is packed. Great place to visit while we were on a weekend getaway from Owen Sound. If you love great food, fresh seafood and a good atmosphere, don't hesitate to check this place out!

We were privileged to enjoy New Year's Eve dinner at Tide and Vine. The East Coast oysters were delicious. The smoked salmon starter, the seared scallop, main meal of black cod, and flourless chocolate dessert were fantastic! The steaks were a little overdone for the men. I wasn't keen on any of the wines, and I would have preferred decaffeinated coffee. I would highly recommend trying Tide and Vine restaurant!

I had an amazing experience at Tide and Vine! The lobster roll was delicious and the variety of oysters they offer is impressive. Luckily, we stumbled upon happy hour and enjoyed some affordable oysters. The Caesar cocktail with a jumbo prawn was the perfect pairing. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Found this place from Google. Reviews online were good and they were true. The food was delicious and fantastic. We went on a Monday so Happy Hour. Good value. Good atmosphere. My only cripe with this place was the service. It was a bit slow. The food was gourmet level but I def. was waiting a fair bit between services (starter > main). Regardless of the speed, the staff was super friendly and even noticed it was our first time at the restaurant, they explained everything on the menu and I def. appreciated it. I would come back when I'm in the area again.

I am so glad to have chosen this restaurant last minute! Food was wonderful and service was excellent! Me and my sister started with a variety of oysters. Sooo fresh and delicious! Then we shared the mains because we couldn’t decide on what to get. We got the catch of the day and lobster thermidore. Both dishes were so mouthwatering and we had to finish every bite of it. Will definitely come back again next time I’m in town!

Honestly, this was EXACTLY the place we needed to find in Niagara. My Mum and I came for a girls night alone, being 2 of the other people in our family who enjoys all the types of seafood. We decided to 'splash out' and get the Seafood Tower and oh my gosh, it did NOT disappoint. The Seafood was prepared beautifully and was super fresh, the house made sauces were fantastic, and the entire experience was good start-to-finish! We've were already raving about it so much and we absolutely will be back - especially for half-price Happy Hour!

The best osyters in town! Lots of different wine selections. Wasn't a big fan of the portions of the chicken liver mousse, definitely should've been like half that portion haha. It can be quite overwhelming. A nice place to drop by if you don't come to Niagara often

Came here for my birthday dinner and everything went great! Service was good, food was delicious, and sitting on the patio was so nice. I got the lobster mac and it was to die for. The dark and stormys were my absolute favorite drink of this trip. Will come back next time I’m in town!

Wow wow, Everything was beautifully cooked and presented, the oysters were great and those scallops were just cooked to the perfection. That scallops&pork is probably one of the most impressive dishes I have ever had. Definitely worth a try it if you are visiting Niagara!

My mom and I had dinner here during our visit to the falls. The crab legs and shrimp cocktail we ordered were more carefully crafted that other places. I always order the Caesar when asked about drinks. The Caesar here has an extra shrimp and beef jerky, which I really enjoyed. The staff here are really nice as well. They were kind enough to seat us at the patio even though we didn't have a reservation for dinner.

Wonderful meal at Tide and Vine - good prices on exceptional food, and our servers were quick, helpful and very friendly. We were concerned about our 9 year old having something they were interested in, but they did have a kids menu. The atmosphere was perfect and they did not feel out of place. My husband loved his oysters so much that he got another round for desert - all east coast and selected for his taste preferences. We were staying by the falls, but it was an easy Uber ride over. Would absolutely recommend!

Great spot to grab dinner after Niagara Falls. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and fresh/high quality. In detail, we came here after our first day in Niagara Falls and we enjoyed the whole meal. From appetizers and drinks to the whole entree, we ordered Steamed Mussels and a Dozen Raw Oysters to start; both really fresh and well prepared. We shared one of their specials of the night, Gnocchi with fresh herbs and hazelnuts. All of the dishes was delicious, we definitely would come back when in town! @phidingthefam

This place is a must try if you come to the area! It's a small little gem which fresh, tasty seafood and live music on Mondays. It was also happy hour Monday so we had half price mussels and oysters (their choice of the type of oyster) and beer. The sauce to the mussels was really good and the toasty, buttery bread that came with it was so delicious! The sauce for the clams was also really good, different from the mussels, more of a creamy sauce. Another thing to note is that the restaurant is split into what looks like 2 units so the side that we were in didn't have any view of the live music playing so if you prefer to be able to see the performer then you can probably request your reservation on the side where the bar is. Would definitely visit again for my next trip to Niagara!

Great food, great service, great oysters! We had two dozens of BC oysters, they are really good and fresh. My friends had the lobster rolls, Mac & cheese and the lamb shank...I have to say, lobster roll is the best among all these dishes. And lamb shank taste good, but just too salty..Mac & cheese is decent, no surprises....
