    There has been a few occasions where its been really dirty but all and all I love the gym the only thing I can comment on is the shorter white skinny girl who works the front desk, she’s exceptionally rude and constantly looks miserable. Her one job is to greet people as they come in and out of the gym but she ignores you and instantly looks away when people start to come in. Around closing time she’s harassing everyone to hurry up and go home. Can just tell she has no interest in being there, why keep someone like that I mean she barely says anything to begin with. Definitely not an asset I mean literally anyone else would be better. Brandon is a decent general manager tho he just needs to address it with her

    I walked in as someone with no gym experience and completely unfit about 8 months ago. I have improved my fitness incredibly so far. Overall an excellent experience with the community of supportive staff and friendly users. The club is well run with plenty of equipment so that I can finish my work out in an hour. It is also very clean and well maintained. I have to say Brendan's welcoming attitude made me join the gym. I also appreciate his constant words of encouragement to keep up the motivation during the initial months. Jon gave a lot of good pointers during the initial free assessment which I used to create my routine. I just did 5 exercises consistently 3 times a week and became so much leaner and stronger in just 8 months. Overall all the staff were very nice and made it an enjoyable experience to keep coming back consistently. I think CONSISTENCY is the key! Unfortunately today is my last day at the gym because I'm back to Toronto. Wishing everyone in the community the very best!

    Poor customer service ‘Say “No” once , before you finalized your membership decision’ Whoever the owner is , he/she needs to think about customer services. Having good facilities and bad mouth will not get you a business. I went to inquire about facility and membership cost. The representative was decent to walk through facilities. At the end when I heard the membership charges , I said I need some time to decide. The rep went furious 0 to 100 in less than 1 second. The rep said “ why did you waste your time ?” And also “ based on my experience I’ve never seen anyone joining back who says they need sometime to decide “. Now I’ll be honest here, he was right . I am not going to the gym. But his responses which I quoted confirmed my decision. The point is simple. The rep should learn how to take “no”. He was furious and lost his temper and asked me some nonsense questions and tried to push me off verbally. So, before you decide for membership, say no at least once and then decide your future membership.

    Front desk asks for credentials depending on how they are feeling and there is no standard set my manager to follow policy and check credentials. I visit with my father so I don’t bring ID… they asked for it after maybe my 6th visit to the gym. They claim “ identification is only required 1 time” so why didn’t they ask the first time I visited? Because front desk workers ask for credentials based on how they are feeling that day and how well they like you as a member. Please keep it a standard for everyone to avoid mistreatment. Thank you. Uphold your staff to the Same standard as your gym members.

    I signed up yesterday through general manager Brandon which was a really good experience. I met today with Cody whom I really appreciated. Hi professionalism and knowledge are great. But most importantly he listened to me and worked with me to my level. Highly recommend. Without the friendliness and comfort level I would never have joined.

    The Gym itself okay.could be cleaner. Some of the Service desk person rude(celina).They don’t know how to talk , straight forward feeling like someone is scolding you ,there is an attitude on their face, and do not give information properly. Imagine You are paying for it! Last time I visited and I asked other service desk person I want to add guest and he said sure , what time you prefer to come etc questions asked and he said okay it’s added. Then this morning I went mentioned that last time I added guest. The service desk person checked and said I don’t have privilege to add guest I said like how come , initially when signing up they said the guest will be 20$ monthly. There is an information given now is I don’t have privilege to add. She said I cannot do anything personally you can talk to manager.we literally came back! I called the other location service desk person saying they were sorry and apologizing for the inconvenience and they asked me to help and add guest privileges but this location they don’t care. I regret to sign up and will cancel my membership asap.

    I have had an exceptional experience at this facility, from management downwards. Jonathan McNeil set me up with a professional personal trainer who is taking my gym experience to the next level. Any reviews under four stars are biased. The club is clean and has just about every amenity under the sun. Best gym in Niagara Falls, end of story.

    LA Fitness fosters an incredible atmosphere that makes you feel welcomed and apart of the gym community. I had the pleasure of meeting with Cody for an initial assessment and his passion for fitness and personal growth for you is evident. Cody goes above and beyond by providing his own time and valuable feedback. He will structure your workouts to challenge you, meanwhile maintaining safety and encouraging you along the way. I personally look forward to the growth I will experience, and with the assistance of Cody and the rest of the LA Fitness team I have no doubt it will be very rewarding. If you are looking for a fantastic gym and a community that will support and encourage you along your health journey, then I highly recommend here.

    I've been a member since they opened. The only reason I'm still going is because it's convenient, it has the equipment I use, and it's free for me. There are too many entitled members that don't put their equipment away and too many entitled managers that leave it that way. I'll walk past the same garbage and the same plates and dumbells all over the floor one day that were in the same place the day before. The personal trainers don't put their equipment away and barely pay attention to their clients. Some of the staff are very unprofessional. The women's washroom and changeroom is always quite clean and well stocked. They recently vacuumed up the dust bunnies from under the equipment which was nice. I wish there was a way to give the members a review. If you are a member and reading this, put your equipment back where you got it and stop video chatting while you are in the gym, nobody wants to hear your conversation or be part of your video call!

    Even though the gym it's self is very good, I'm disappointed of how long it taking to rebuild the sauna. In the beginning I was told it would be done in 2 weeks and it's taking more than 2 months with no progress. Every single time I would ask I was informed it would take 2 weeks. And when I asked for compensation they declined my request. I'm frustrated that it's taking so long and customer service was no help.

    I came initially just to check out what L. A. Fitness offered but ended up signing up that day. Brendon was so welcoming and took a lot of tome to show me around and explain what they had to offer. He went through all of the possible options for purchase very thoroughly. I didn’t feel like a number to him. He a set up a time for a personal assessment that day and Luke was just as welcoming and makes you feel like your health and well being are very important to him. Everyone is both very engaged and engaging with any small questions I ask. I especially appreciate that the gym members are very helpful and respectful as well. I don’t hear a lot of vulgar language from the members and that is important to me as that is not an environment I want to expose myself to. There are lots of stations around to access cleaning supplies for the machines when you use them and I see most people wiping them down after use. I always see cleaning staff around the floor and washrooms so everything seems well kept and well managed. Lots of equipment so you are not waiting on equipment. So far it has been a better than I expected experience and would encourage those looking for a gym to consider trying it out.

    This place is great! It feels like home, the staff are very friendly who will actually make you want to go train. Cody is extremely qualified trainer, a super nice guy who take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re and will do anything in his power to make you achieve your goals. Loved the place, Loved the Team, I would definitely recommend to everyone who is planning to start their journey ✌️

    Love the Place, trainers are amazing, make sure you don’t work too hard at first! Be careful with cancellation of any membership, read carefully the agreement before you sign and don’t get fooled with your own enthusiasm!

    The cleanest gym in Niagara for sure! Employees are very knowledgable and a certain employee named Wayne was of the utmost help. He showed me around, told me about memberships and overall made me feel welcomed to the LA Fitness. Will for sure be working out here often!

    Excellent customer service. Updated equipment and experienced trainers. The fitness programs are great, catering all ages. Zumba is my favourite. All the teachers are dedicated. The pool meets the City hygiene standard. The sauna is clean and always available. I like the long operating hours and the affordable membership fees.

    When I first started here the experience was great. Everything was seamless, but everything went downhill very quickly. If they ever offer you a complimentary FREEZE in lieu of cancellation, check your bank carefully, as they don't actually honour that. They kept taking money every month. They offered to refund 2/5 months, and after a long argument they said they would escalate the other fees. 2 weeks later nothing. The manager that deals with those issues only works moday-friday 9-5, so I went in for those hours and miraculously she's off on JUST THIS Monday. She also avoids calls, I was told she wasn't in, threatened to report fraud and suddenly she was "just walking in". Be VERY careful with this place, as they are so desperate for money they will scam and pretend they never made any offers. They don't take their members seriously either, when I came in for an update, the guy at the counter was so snotty and looked up info while talking to me with a mouthful of food. Doing his job was a real interruption of his day apparently. Just do yourself the favour and find a smaller or locally owned gym. The big amenities like hottub and pool are often used for service anyway. Only credit I will give is (as of my last visit) facilities are clean, and there's a variety of equipment to use. Just be careful with the financial aspect. They definitely have no itengrity with respect to their members, that's for sure.

    I recently joined La Fitness, wonderful facility, spotless, welcoming personnel. Met with Raghav one-on-one, he's incredibly motivated, certified, and experienced. He asked about my fitness background, goals, provided specific workout plans, and lifting motivation. More significantly, he has helped me build a healthier relationship with fitness and increased my confidence at the gym.

    I recently bought my son, 17 years old a membership at this gym without realizing how far it is from his current residence. I spoke to the operations manager to let her know that I need to cancel his membership. She told me that it had to be done in person. I expressed that it would not be possible as it’s a $35 dollar Uber ride for my son just to get there. Instead of letting me know that I could take care of it online she persisted to argue that it had to be done in person. It wasn’t till the end of the conversation that she said it could be done online but, in a very condescending tone. I thanked her for the information that was needed and said goodbye. She hung up the phone up before I could even get the words out of my mouth. Very rude and condescending for someone who claims she’s the operations manager. Proper phone educate gets you places in life.

    This gym scammed me on my membership fees. Wanted more than 50 percent cancellation fee for services never provided. Manager was so rude too. I would never sign up to this gym in a million years.

    It was excellent when it opened up. Over the years it has become a little out of date and showing its age. But still pretty good compared to other options in Niagara Falls. The locker rooms do need a major deep cleaning / freshening up, and so do the public areas. But it still offers the best amenities in all of Niagara Falls. Lots of equipment, clean and spacious, hot tub, swimming pool and basketball as well.

    Best environment! I like going for workout here and there is ample of space for everyone who is doing excersise. Almost all required equipments available. The fun fact is they also have small canteen inside who serves diet food and drinks. Overall liked this gym a lot and having fun going there as well.

    Amongst all the gyms I have been to, I feel that LA Fitness is the best. They have a wide range of equipment in enough quantity that even during busy hours you do not have to wait in line for your turn. During this time of COVID, they are maintaining good hygiene and cleanliness. Even the members take it seriously to wipe the equipment after every use. When it comes to trainers, they are just AMAZING. All the trainers are well experienced and great at communication. I opted for the Personal Training Program as soon as I enrolled in the gym. Jonathan took a great amount of time to walk me through the process and make me understand how to reach my goal the right way. I've been training with Shannon and let me tell you she is beyond amazing. Within a couple weeks only I see changes in my techniques and strength. She pushes and motivates me at an equal rate; and Jonathan helps to keep an accountability of my daily intake and calorie counts according to my goal. They guide me through the right path explaining every single thing in very detail. I love their approach; and the way Shannon trains me during the weekly sessions & guide for the rest of the week. In addition to that, they will respond back to you at any time of the day over texts and always keep in touch. Every penny is worth for the PT Program. If you are aiming for a particular body goal for yourself, I would strongly recommend you to enroll in the Personal Training Program. 💪👊

    I pay for these amenities : using the gym floor, using the sauna, using the swimming pool, using the hot tub however the hot tub hasn't been working ever for past four months I believe it's unethical business I love te team but I speak for the people. The people have the power. It's not fair to us. Fix your hot tub because I pay for something I am not getting.

    What a beautiful facility. Top notch clean and great machines. Love the fact that during Covid the place is big enough to have the space and still not need to book appointments which is great for me as I usually workout when time presents itself. My schedule changes all the time so this is very convenient. People are friendly and there is just a good vibe when I work out.

    Great gym and fitness area and super clean, thanks to Lori!! The best female trainer is Alicia Clements!! Her knowledge of female muscle structure and appropriate exercises helped me tone and gain strength in all areas. Training sessions were punctual and Alicia is friendly and supportive to what I wanted and how I felt during each session. Alicia helped me take ownership for my program by my personal tracking of reps, weight, and technique! I will miss her, but know she is there if I need her again! Thank you Alicia!

    This La fitness was very nice. The customer service was great. I am on vacation and Ricky helped me get a pass to exercise while away from home. As my first experience with a commercial gym it was very pleasant. Definitely wish there was an LA fitness in vancouver where i live. Will definitely come back to this gym when im in town. There were a lot of machines so there was not an issue with equipment availability. An addition to the amazing gym facilities the basketball court makes it so much better. I play basketball so having a court at the same place as the gym is very convenient. Highly recommend LA fitness.

    Good gym with amenities. Needed a "cancelation person" to cancel at a certain time and date to cancel membership when they wanted. Had to send a cancelation letter to California to cancel membership. Beware - cancelation made this place not worth going too, only good to goto if around everyday all the time to "cancel" They will sign you up with force also and to leave make it very difficult.

    Gym charged annual fees when they were closed for almost the whole year, their pool is not working most of the time. And the girl at the front desk was rude when i tried to cancel and didn't even care. That shows how much they care about their clients. Would not recommend at all, plenty of good local gyms.

    Expect to pay 100% of the membership dues, but only receive about 70% of the service you sign up for, Broken equipment, poorly maintained facilities, staff that could not seem to care less unless you hire a trainer. Like most gyms, the business model is collect membership dues, upsell to private coaching, and hope no one shows up.

    Worst Gym in Niagara Falls. They dont cancal your membership even when you fixed appointment with them 3 times. Manager is not avaialble and think people are dummy especially foriegn nationals. They are the most arrogant people , poor customer service. They ripp you dont waste your money. i wish i have 1000 gmail accounts so put all dirty games they play with thier customer

    I’ve been going to LA Fitness for over 3 years now. I love this gym and staff. Jon the personal trainer manager is so helpful and friendly. I’ve started to train with Alicia and she’s absolutely amazing. She’s understanding of your needs and so helpful. She’s very motivating too.

    A great gym to work out! At 54 I had never been to a gym before. Cody, the young gentleman who did my assessment took extra time during my assessment to really understand my goals and my body condition to create a fitness plan for me... he is AWESOME!! and he is super motivated to make sure you succeed!

    Overall a great gym!! When I got to look inside for the first time of an La Fitness, this one, I almost immediately wanted to buy a membership, but the only thing that was the issue the price. It also didn’t make sense for me to go because I had my local gym, World’s and YMCA near me. Plus the gas was a little much getting there, so I thought, there is honestly no point.

    David did a great job in welcoming me and showing me around the gym along with explaining the prices and subscriptions. One of the best gyms found in Niagara. Also, Brendan, the General Manager, will alsways make sure that customers are happy and satisfied with their experience there. The gym is in a big open space and it has plenty of machines. It is also clean and neat. However, only a couple of items are missing like ketllebells. Highly recommended.

    L.A Fitness is the best gym I have joined, exceptional customer service, front desk workers always give a nice welcoming smile when I walk in for my morning workouts. Wayne and Ricky are the best at posing and they have helped me fix my form, and as well Brendan is a huge motivator, he makes sure I walk in through those doors every morning and he has complimented me multiple times on how I've progressed and that he is proud of me. This is true customer service and it what makes me keep coming back. Great job Brendan, Wayne, and Ricky! You all earn 5 gold stars from me :)

    I went to LA back in 2017 for a year left because of my job signed back up early 2022 and best decision I've ever made. The atmosphere and staff have and always have been amazing and at one point friends. Met my bestfriend there, so I will always recommend joining this gym.

    One if the best gyms in Niagara Falls. Only one to have a swimming pool! Great trainers and staff members who are very eager to help! Mr. Jonathan McNeil the Fittness director, is a great coach and has helped me get a better understanding of what a workout should be in regards for building up a fit body!

    I Just started a couple days ago, this gym is beautiful, clean, and the staff is so welcoming and positive. I had the pleasure to sit down with Cody Dixon, the fitness director at La Fitness in Niagara Falls and he is wonderful as a human being and as a a fitness coach! He had an amazing attitude. He assessed me and was extremely positive throughout it! He actually cares and wants to see my results and improvements and that makes me want to show up even more! He truly loves his job and I can see it, which is great! I’m very very pleased with everything so far and I’m excited to keep going!
