What a lovely park. I wanted to find somewhere close to our hotel to take my 7 year old to play. This park is in great condition with lots of fun slides and swings and things to climb on. There’s even a splash pad there. We love this park. Also has a public bathroom!

Always a ton of fun. A splash pad, swings including a pilot seat swing, a smaller playground for toddlers, a mid sized one for "5-12" and an adult exercise section as well to get in a decent workout. Shaded picnic benches to eat, washrooms, decent parking. I also saw a gorgeous blue jay! There isn't really anything to complain about!

The playgrounds and splash pad are a great place to take your kids to help burn off their energy and cool them down in the hot weather. There is picnick tables too if you want to have a snack or meal in a covered area. Even has power outlets near some spots. Public washrooms too.

We love visiting this park! It has everything you could need all in 1 space. A playground, outdoor workout facilities, swings, splash pad, skatepark, washrooms, outdoor water refill station, and a covered pavilion to sit and eat under away from the sun & rain. There is also (shares a parking lot) the ymca,a library, a cafe with hot food, and more in the McBain community center building. There is even an outdoor piano out front with music books at it that anyone can play.

Very nice park and playground. Went for a picnic there with the grandkids, they were well entertained with the climbing equipment, swings, and the splash pad. There is also a skate park there. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Our family loves this park. Big playground and a seperate little playground for the younger kids. The splash pad is awesome. Lots of places to sit including a big pavilion for shade. Public washrooms need cleaning more often. But overall a great place.

Good little park, you can have birthday parties there, picnics, etc. There is a playground for the children and a splash pad when weather permits, also has a skate park that unfortunately has foul mouth teenagers at times. Other than the foul mouth ones at the skatepark it's a good place

Please raise the voice to solve these concerns.. there are health concerns Besides skidding on the fake grass and getting turf burns, the fake blades, and black crumbs that hold them together, routinely break down – the particles become airborne and are inhaled. Bad for our children's respiratory health. In addition, artificial turf contains highly toxic PFAS or “forever chemicals” linked to lower childhood immunity, endocrine disruption and cancer. Children are especially vulnerable to inhalation, ingestion and dermal absorption, as they are lower to the ground and breathe more quickly.

Good playground and benches for young families. Kiddie splash pad in summer. Skate park is fun for older kids and teens. Small perimeter path for walking the dog or a light jog. Right near MacBain Center bus stop and free. So glad they built this park
