    Well organized, pick up and drop off at our hotel in St. Catharines. Tour guide was very helpful and friendly. Great experience !! Loved every moment !

    Paid over $700 for a tour and canceled 4 weeks in advance and still have not received my return. Also, I heard people say they do not show up for the tours.

    Very helpful staff and guide he have lot of knowledge of Niagara Falls.i really enjoyed with our tour guide Sam. I honestly recommend this company to everyone. Ty Sam

    The Falls were beautiful!!! It was an amazing experience! The line down to the boat was long, but it flowed well and was very organized. Can't wait to go back!

    I've been to Niagara falls quite a few times but for the first time I took the services from Niagara Falls Tours and I regret why I waited lol the crew was very welcoming and I think the price was affordable as well. I went with my family and aunt and we all loved the tour of the falls. I would highly recommend if you are new to Niagara falls, don't think and take the boat and you will get one of the best views of the falls.

    Best tourist attraction of North America bringing together Canada and the United States. Mesmerizing views at the Niagara Falls and memorable experience at the cruise. Lots of site to explore and have fun for over a day. Must visit with family, friends and loved ones!

    Dave was a great tour guide. Really enjoyed all the knowledge he shared with us and enjoyed all the wonderful places he took us to. All our activities went smoothly with no lines to wait on.
