Loved the win tour. The price was more than reasonable. Ted our tour guide was great, knowledgeable and kindly took and shared photos through out. We had a last minute booking which they accepted online (why we chose them) and one of the owners Brando kindly linked us up since we were a bit time challenged on our end. Amazing service and the winery and food choices were excellent. I'd highly recommend. The people we were with were amazing and fun too.

Such a great time! We had a larger group (13) and the whole process was amazing, I had many questions and Brando was great and accommodating all hours. We were picked up right in time and driven around by Ted who was very knowledgeable and so fun! He was so accommodating and checked in often how everyone was doing and also took amazing photos. Cost was very reasonable for experience. Will definitely book again!

This wine tour was exceptional, the communication was great and everything is exactly as stated on the website which I greatly appreciated. They have a great selection of wineries. Our group choose the dinner tour which I highly recommend the package is worth the price and the restaurant we went for dinner was amazing , will deffintelty be going back! I have a been on a couple wine tours and this company really put thought into all the details! I will be deffintelty be using Cellar Wine tours in the future! Our driver/tour guide Ted was even better!! Ted was very knowledgeable and accommodating and fun to be around, the group was spoiled, ted really set the bar high and went above and beyond our expectations he took our photos and carried our bags, & drove us through scenic routes ! If I could give 10 stars I would !

This will be our second wine tour with Brando and Cellar Door. We went on our honeymoon in 2022 and now for our 1 year anniversary this year 2023. It’s a great time with professional tours and amazing wineries. It’s the only wine tour in the Niagara area we will ever do!

i went with a bachelorette group of 11 and we had doug as our tour driver. he was amazing! pro photographer, matched the vibe, made sure we had water and was super knowledgeable! ran into the owner at our last stop and he was amazing and super out going! we also had someone with us that was pregnant and doug went out of his way to make sure she had juice or something to drink at every stop! the experience only was worth every penny!! would recommend to everyone!!! we got picked up and dropped off right at our air bnb which was amazing because we didn’t have to worry about any transportation

I highly recommend booking with Cellar Door. I will admit we had a private tour since my wife and I were the only ones to book on the day, but I am sure even if the tour was booked solid the experience would be the same. Our guide was Tim, he was friendly and informative. He made sure we had a pleasant experience and I could tell he has a good relationship with the wineries which helped elevate our experience even further. I've read other reviews complaining about lunch. I will tell you it is pizza at one of the wineries, but there are plenty of options and it was delicious.

We had the chance of having Rob as our driver/guide for the Wine, Charcuterie and Dinner experience! As my partner and I were the only two on this tour, Rob kept it interactive and was super friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the city itself, the many wineries we passed along the way, and, of course, about wine. He answered all the questions we had as it was our first wine tasting; his 35 years of experience truly showed. Since we had some time left after dinner, he took us on a little tour of the town and told us really interesting facts. Thank you so much Rob for a lovely day! As for the tour itself, we visited four different vineyards, some smaller family-owned and some extremely awarded ones. The day was carefully planned. We had enough time and were never rushed by Rob. We found something we loved at each stop and had such a good time. The view was amazing and the staff so friendly. We were even shown how to do a proper wine tasting. I definitely recommend this tour, especially with Rob!

Our bachelorette party had an exceptional wine tour with Rob & Brando! From planning, consistent communication and the actual tour, Brando provides elite customer service. We learned about wine and wineries in the area. We enjoyed 4 tours of less commercialized wineries and got to mingle with other groups. I would book with no one else but Brando and his crew. I had a lovely time today with Brando, and met a bunch of lovely people in my group. The wineries we travelled to were a little more off the beaten path than the larger tours, which is always nice. I love the enthusiasm he brought to the tour. I always love an excited, happy face, and he definitely brought that. There was a lot of good information as well for those who like more detailed things. Every vineyard we visited, we were greeted with high levels of hospitality. All the ones I had were beautiful and then some of them they even curated your own wine preferences to the tasting. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Our tour guide, Tim, was amazing! He went above and beyond for my bachelorette. We went to smaller wineries but we loved it. We received great service and they were very accommodating. Also great photo ops at all the wineries. We cannot say enough amazing things about our day, we are already wanting to book another tour!! Thanks Tim!

Amazing tour! Our driver Todd was awesome! Great wineries! The best thing to do in Niagara Falls! Everything is taken care of! Just need to relax, enjoy the ride and the wines and the very welcoming people that are passionate about their products! We have had a great time! Highly recommended!

From booking and accommodating our group of 10, everything went very well. Ted was prompt, informative and ensured we enjoyed the tour by accommodating us so well. He did some homework prior to the tour to be able to personally connect with us. The van was clean and the stops were great with private tasting rooms for our group. They were great to come a bit farther out of the way to pick us up and drop us off at our home and accounted for so we still had a full tour.

My friends and I had a great time touring Niagara-on-the-Lake! Our tour guide, Ted, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a good amount of time at each winery. The communication with the company before the tour was also really great. Would definitely recommend!

I’m not a wine drinker, like at all. I was roped into a family tour and went along for the hang out time. We had Brando as our tour guide. I had zero expectations but man, it was a blast! He clearly knew what he was talking about, continually had our group laughing and his driving did not make me car sick! We did not feel rushed at each stop and I actually tried wines and found some I didn’t mind at all! We did the dinner tour, finishing at the Tide and Vine which was a great little restaurant. Any way, I would highly recommend this company. It was truly a really great experience from the moment he picked us up at our doors and dropped us off safely!

They customize the experience to meet your needs and take the time to ensure you get everything out of your visit or tour of Niagara. Professionally organized. Certainly a better experience than taking a school bus tour for $50, however, I was under the impression that lunch was served by one of the wineries. It was a delicious pizza purchased by our tour guide and we ate it at one of the wineries. It was also the same Winery that served a very small plate of cheese, one cracker and two very mini slices of salami, per person. This could have been divided up and not have the pizza and cheese at the same stop. There were 4 wineries, lunch and cheese included in the price ($149 pp) as well as pick up and drop off from any hotel in Niagara region. Was not happy with first stop, but the 3 others were great. I did envision the wineries to be near the water, but I guess that is not the case. If they do exist, they should be included on the route. Tour guide was very friendly.

Literally blown away by the service. Having Tim as your driver and guide is like having a personal concierge for a day. He was so thoughtful and conscientious and went out of his way to get different wines for those on the tour that didn't want ice wine or wine with tannins. Expertly navigated us and ensured the best service from each winery. Love that they took us to some of the smaller gems because we've already been to all the big ones. The communication right from the beginning with the owner and Tim was enthusiastic collaborative and thoughtful. Definitely would book again. Recommend 12/10

When the company you’re with is awesome and the weather is perfect, the rest of the experience all rests on the tour guide and wineries. Our tour guide was energetic and chatty and drove safely. The 4 stops gave a great variety of tastings and seating was comfortable. Fun was had by all.

Had such an incredible experience on this wine tour! Our group was picked up by Joe from our hotel, who was extremely knowledgeable about the Niagara-On-The-Lake region. He made the day very fun! We spent the day visiting 4 top-notch wineries. Great staff and delicious wine tastings at them all. I will DEFINITELY be using Cellar Wine tours in the future because I had such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time with Cellar Door Wine Experience, both Brando and Glen were extremely friendly and really took the time to make sure we were having a great time at each and every location. Brando is hilarious and made the tour very enjoyable. And they took COVID-19 safety measures seriously which made us feel safe at all times. The four wineries we visited were on the smaller side, which we actually enjoyed as they really made us feel welcome. Overall had about 15 diverse tastings of generous portions, including a delicious charcuterie board. Lunch was a personal pizza and as we were only with one other group the whole thing felt almost like a private tour! Great value

My husband and I were at the wine tour today and Tim was our guide. Everything was perfectly communicated and the wine tastings were wonderful. They took extra care in ensuring we were picked up at the designated location at exactly the time stipulated and that everything went as planned. Lunch was quite tasty, as well. We would very highly recommend this wine tour!!
