The tour was informative and well planned. Our tour guide George was a realistic, knowledgeable and spunky guide. I would only say not to book it though the hotel company, as our hotel charged an extra $10 per person compared to the prices listed on the website. Another note, if you’d rather not have a guide speaking to you during your trip, you can do and see all of what the Scenic Tour of Niagra does plus additional stops and locations for less money if you get the Niagara Adventure Pass and go at your own pace.

Lyn was the best. Informative, funny and courteous. Lyn made this tour even more amazing than what it already was. Connecticut was in the house on the bus and we had a blast. I give the tour 5 stars and Lyn Hannigan 5+stars.

Awesome experience! The trip to Niagara Falls was truly a great one. It was our one of the best 2 days stay.

We thoroughly enjoy our 3.5 hour Summer Fun cruise. Our tour guide Dirk was excellent, full of knowledge and quite entertaining. We got to visit the Hourseshoe Falls up closer than we thought we would. You'll come out of this drenched but worth every minute of the experience.

EREZ OZER- Hands down best tour guide to date..I am 50+ yrs old and love to travel. He was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, funny, clear with instructions and patient. Well done sir!

We thoroughly enjoyed this 5 1/2 hour tour which included an up-close and personal cruise directly under the falls by Hornblower, journey behind the falls, 4-D experience of Niagara’s fury, butterfly observatory and maple syrup and fudge tasting. Dave Plato was an excellent guide! He and his extended family grew up near Niagara Falls, Canada, and he had a thorough knowledge not only of the falls, but of the entire area. Very informative tour! He also recommended we watch Niagara, an old movie starring Marilyn Monroe. It was awesome as it was filmed on the Canadian side of the falls. Many of the scenes were very familiar. This was a spectacular trip and priceless!

I don’t like group tour but this 3.5 hours VIP summer scenic tour was good one! Convenient, efficient and a nice tour guide/driver!

We had a fantastic day touring the falls and getting so much information of Niagara Falls. We had an awesome tour guide, I suggest if you want to take a tour ask for Dirk.

Never went but saw it on YouTube and there waterfalls look beautiful and it look like from a distance there not moving

Dirk was very knowledgeable and made the trip quite interesting with many facts of the area. My wife and I found him to be very personable and he made the tour fun. He offered a great recommendation for breakfast at the flying saucer, which my wife and I thought was spot on!! Pam and Mike Dudrow

We joined the tour and Dirk was our guide. He is a very funny guide. We misheard the time to gather for the next stop and he actually came back to get us and didn’t let us miss anything. The reason we had a great time in niagara fall, Ontario is because of Dirk. We will highly recommend scenic tour to anyone traveling to niagara fall ontario, and look for Dirk!

Dirk did an amazing job of showing us around. This is a MUST if you are visiting the falls. We saved literal hours at every stop by being part of the tour group and learned a lot of cool history and fun facts along the way. Spend the extra money on a proper guide with this company and save your valuable time to see even more things! We found this company in the lobby of the four points. We were staying at a different hotel that didn't offer a lot of tour options so we walked down here and it was really worth it! This is the equivalent of having a fast pass, transportation, and a tour guide all in one.

Took tour September . Tour guide Erez Ozer was fantastic. Very personable, friendly , knowledgeable. Gave a great tour. The Boat ride spectacular . Under the falls neat. The view of the whirlpool river so beautiful. The sites on the bus and history given by Erez held ones interest and fascinating. Would definitely take a tour with Erez again. Loved his stories and humor. Was very respectful and helpful. Give him and the tour 10+

Tour stops were great - 3.5 hours for Tour behind the Falls, boat, and whirlpool. Tour guide Erez however was arrogant and rude and was 45 minutes late which caused us to have to be rushed through the sites. While some people may not have recognized and caught on to his condescending comments there were several parties on our tour bus that did and his form of sarcasm was not well received. My family tuned him out about half way through. If he just gave the facts, instead of trying to make it a stand up act the tour would've been fine.

Picked us up on time. Erez Ozer was our driver/tour guide and he was charming, witty, thoughtful, knowledgeable and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our 3.5 hour tour. Favorite part was the boat ride on the Hornblower! TAKE THE TOUR AND YOU'LL HAVE NO WORRIES ABOUT PARKING OR TRAFFIC. Thanks Erez for a great trip! The Ross Bunch

The tour was money well spent. We were picked and dropped off at our hotel on time. Everything was on schedule, no delays. This company made things easier especially in locating and participating in what the falls site has to offer. Imagine arriving in Niagara falls and you don't know where to go or what to do. This company did the whole job for us and we booked just a night before the tour day. The tour bus was very comfortable and the tour guide, Erez Ozer, made our day. He was the driver, tour guide and never stopped entertaining us with his funny comments and jokes. We will visit with our kids in the future and will definitely choose this company.
