Great ambience, amazing coffee and tasty breakfast options + the sweetest host and staff make this cafe the best choice, if you are in this part of the town. Keep up the great work!! We'll definitely be back here!

Crossed the border and came straight here. Top quality fare and very friendly servers. Down-home feel. Can't recommend enough. Pastries excellent also but ate them before taking a pic unfortunately.

We wanted to try a local restaurant instead of one of the hotels or chains to see what Niagara Falls had to provide. We had the ham and cheese sandwich in their signature pretzel bun and the power bowl with avocado, couscous, edamame beans, and salmon. It's hard writing reviews where you know the people who work there try hard, but you can't take away from the environment they're in, as the downtown of Niagara Falls has had better days as there's barely anyone there. It's hard for small businesses to make money this way. The food was okay with the ham and cheese fine, but very small portion and the power bowl the couscous that had been previously been cooked, then microwaved? Its okay and I think if you pick the right things you'll be happy with you meal there.

Nice place right in downtown. The staff are nice and hard working. The food was very good. I was pleasantly surprised how vegan-(very)friendly this place is. They offer a few choices of decent meals, not just salads. And there was live (!!!) music there. Good food, pleasant atmosphere. And they have outlets for charging your devices at every table! I will definitely come back.

The service from the owner and staff was outstanding! Cheryl was attentive to our needs with very short notice and the outcome was spectacular! The charcuterie boards were piled high and super fresh! The deserts knocked it out of the park! And when I picked everything up I also got a "whipped bean" iced coffee and it's definitely a new addiction! I can't wait to try their breakfast!

Nice bakery and great service. The staff was friendly and the shop itself was very clean. The coffee has good and we both enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches.

Came here after a bad experience at Paris. Very happy and staff was glad to be working! Had a small issue with a food item but the mistake was fixed quick and with a delicious upgrade! WOW! This is how you run and good restaurant with good staff that’s happy with be working! Well done owners/ managers, you have the right team working, keep it up! Be back soon!!!! The charcuterie boards are unbelievable and Cheryl is an absolute gem of a human. I have now used her multiple times and on short notice with incredible results. Her professionalism and artistic ability are breathtaking.

Downtown Niagara is a hidden gem. We needed a small breakfast. Ordered the Queen's special breakfast sandwich with bacon, a latte, and an iced coffee with a shot of vanilla (would like to try the salted dark chocolate shot next time). Delicious sandwich - crispy and not overly buttery. Loved the iced coffee and latte. Would definitely return if I ever stop by again. Great service and friendly staff. Clean and well sanitized during these times.

What a super find- perfect for food and coffee before heading on to the train station. The avocado on toast was amazing. Very generous portion and tasty. Good coffee too. The staff in the shop were so very polite and friendly - def one of my fave finds in Niagara.

Seeing as it’s Mother’s Day, I feel like today is the perfect day to share about my incredible experience with Queen Bean Café. Cheryl and her team helped me put together the most wonderful bridal shower for my sister. Not only was the location amazing because of its accessibility and plus-sized friendly seating options, but the food was INCREDIBLE. Cheryl presented me with several options for the event, but I gave her full creative control and it did not disappoint! Everyone raved about how delicious and fresh everything tasted. There was SO MUCH FOOD and every time I visited the charcuterie table, there was something new for me to try. She was even able to accommodate a last minute vegan + gluten-free option for one of the attendees. The café was immaculately clean when I arrived to set everything up. As I the event was winding down, the team offered to assist with cleaning up and take down. You can be assured that I will DEFINITELY be hosting another event with Cheryl at the Queen Bean Café!

This place is so welcoming!!! Food was very delicious & staffs were so friendly. It's a must place to visit if you are anywhere near Niagara. Highly recommend.

Today we stopped in here for a quick coffee. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I had a coffee and a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. My partner had a lond fog tea and a peanut caramel brownie. Everything was delicious, fresh, and fast. I didn't ask, but the coffee was remarkably good, so I can't say what type of beans they were. While Queen St is touch and go for businesses, the Queen Bean Cafe stands out! I would highly recommend for a quick coffee and snack, especially if you want a break from the usual chains.

Went here for breakfast and their signature sandwich was delicious! The scones are a must try and the staff and owner are all so friendly. They make you feel like family soon as you walk in. If you’re in Niagara it’s worth the detour to get there! Thank you for the great time

Hands down the BEST charcuterie tray I have ever had. Literally each time i lifted something up, I found a new delicious delight underneath. Amazing meats, cheeses and garnishments. You can really tell they take time and care to make these. Met the owner, she is absolutely lovely. She even hooked us up with some baked treats on the house as we were there until close. I don't live in the area but it's definitely on my must visit list for Niagara. Go. you won't be disappointed.

Everything there was delicious! Their pastries, coffee, and lemonade were all made to perfection and with care. They also have the friendliest staff that make you feel like a friend instead of a customer. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Can’t wait to go back again soon.
