    Worst tim hortons ever. Their service is super slow. They even didn’t have much to offer as all baked goods were empty. We wanted everything bagel but did not have them so we ordered cinnamon raisin bagel and asked for extra toasted. She literally burned the bagel and when asked about it her response was that’s how double toasted bagel is. Although she did exchanged 2 bagels out of three but didn’t even care to put butter on them. Worst experience ever. Here is a picture for reference.

    The service is usually fast, allowing me to grab my beverage without any delays. The coffee is consistently good, and they offer a decent selection of snacks and baked goods. However, the limited seating options can be a downside for those wanting to sit and enjoy their drink. Additionally, the washrooms may not always be the cleanest. Nevertheless, if you're in need of a caffeine boost or a tasty treat while on the road, this Tim Horton's is a reliable choice that won't disappoint.

    Couldn’t get a service at the front store. Staff was too busy serving drive through. “Friendly” staff recommended to go to a different Tim’s, while taking half empty garbage and ignoring line up. He had his job to do.

    Bathrooms are filthy, the place could use a good cleaning. And when i went to choose which Muffin i wanted I was told i dont get to pick and choose! Im paying for it so Yes i do. The Place needs an Attitude adjustment and a Deep clean.

    Came here to get an ice cap. Waited in line for 15 minutes. One till open. Others were working on the drive through. This person on the till way way too slow. So frustrating. It's like watching someone working in slow motion. There weren't that many people ahead of me. Then I go to order my ice capp, after waiting do long, and she says the machine is broken. What a waste of time. Why couldn't they put a sign up saying it's broken? I went to another Tim's up the road and they have much better, and speedier, service. To the owner of this store: Go take a look at some of your employees of how super slow they are. They don't belong in that kind of job.

    Trash. Manager will gaslight you and have you believe that paying for 2 large premium ice Capps DOESN'T come with whipped cream. A tiny blob is the "standard" which is what he was willing to do. No thanks.

    The person debbie who was taking order is utterly racist ignorant and very very rude. I noticed she behaves differently based on peoples race and slow( which I am okay with as she is not young). Never felt that bad in any tin hortons across Canada which makes me feel very sad. I was in a vacation mode and she completely ruined it

    Today I went in on my very brief break (as I'm a Healthcare work or the area) and the young blonde lady working the sandwich counter was the rudest employee I've ever encountered at tim hortons ( I worked for tim hortons for 10yrs). She made my breakfast sandwich and left it sitting on the metal counter and continued making every other order and allowed mine to sit there getting cold. Assumed maybe this wasn't my sandwich I waited patiently as she continued to make food, walking some over to drivethru and then continued chatting with coworkers. Finally another working looked at me and asked this young blonde if she had made my order, she became rude and said "yea it's right there..." gives me the nastiest look. Still standing there staring at me she makes her coworker hand me my now very cold sandwich. Thank you for not only the cold breakfast sandwich but for making me late for my client. Worst experience EVER!
