I
ventured
over
here
with
my
friend
Sy,
to
check
it
out
and
buy
Black
Salt.
What
followed
could
only
be
described
as
magie
Niçois.
At
the
time
I
entered
the
store,
I
had
just
met
Sy
and
I
did
not
plan
on
staying
in
Nice
that
night.
When
we
discovered
the
wide
selection
of
Vegan
cheeses,
sy
suggested
we
do
a
picnic
that
night.
I
had
never
done
a
vegan
picnic
before.
I
loved
the
idea
and
I
decided
to
book
a
hostel
for
the
night.
In
the
meantime
I
was
quite
hungry
so
I
ordered
the
Vegan
Chicken
Salad
from
the
counter.
This
was
delicious
and
filling
after
a
long
day
of
walking
with
my
bags.
We
picked
a
few
cheeses
and
crackers
and
made
our
plans
for
the
evening.
Later
that
night
we
met
back
up
and
enjoyed
our
picnic
on
the
beach.
The
cheese
selection
was
exquisite.
Neither
of
us
could
believe
that
they
were
vegan.
The
Camemvert
especially
reminded
us
of
the
real
thing.
We
sat
on
the
beach
and
talked
for
a
long
time,
while
the
world
passed
us
by.
After
packing
up
our
picnic,
we
stared
at
the
ocean.
In
a
moment
that
seemed
to
last
forever,
we
shared
a
kiss.
As
we
embraced,
I
could
to
help
to
think
that
this
only
happened
because
of
our
visit
to
Cabane
du
