To be perfectly candid, coffee here in Nice is not only rather dear but hardly distinguishes itself in any remarkable manner. As is the case throughout this charming city, the taste falls short of the ordinary. It lacks that specialty, if one could even call it that, especially when a cappuccino sets you back over 5 euros, or as the proprietor calls it, "special." Evidently, the only peculiarity lies in the size of the cup. Regrettably, such a caliber of coffee seems to be the norm in Nice, considering that I visited only those coffeehouses which Google designates as "specialty." By the way, in other establishments, a cappuccino can be had for a mere 4 euros, which makes the subject of my review costlier by 20% compared to its neighbors. Nevertheless, in two cafes nestled within the old town, I did discover a worthy brew. In conclusion, my dear friends, do scrutinize the signage carefully and differentiate between "special" and "specialty." Although, one might ask, what's the use? It doesn't seem to make a whit of difference when it comes to the quality...

My girlfriend and I stopped by here after a hot day on the boat and had the most lovely iced latte. The service was lovely and the barista gentleman was very kind. Can’t wait to return.

Delicious coffee! A charming and cozy caffee bar! Ideal and quiet place to stop after taking a walk around the old port or center of the city. The owner proposes a wide variety of coffees that are truly unique!

We ordered cappuccinos and V60 coffee. We are accustomed to drinking Italian-style coffee, but in France, we rarely found it to be delicious. It was a luck to find great-tasting coffee in France. When we left, we even took one more cup of coffee and some coffee beans to go. The owner, who was very kind, shared with us the historical traditions of this city when the noon cannon fired.

This is a place you want to go if you want to support local businesses that are passionate about coffee and fair trade. Authentic coffee bar with great emphasis on quality in humble surroundings. Passionate and kind barista. Will go back for the V60 that was just immaculate.

Came here on the last day of our trip. Wish we had found it sooner! Perfect cappuccinos! We even treated ourself to a hot chocolate at the end which was delicious! He makes his own terrariums and displays them, adding to the charm of his shop. He was very kind, and welcoming. 100% recommend.

Love this place! The owner told me it was his dream to open a coffee shop since he was a teenager. There is a reason for that, he knows his stuff and the coffee is wonderful.
