Overall I would like to describe this hotel as satisfying. The location is super, it is just by the L1 tram station on the Jean Médecin avenue, making it easier for you to access all the major attractions in Nice. There are many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. The checkin process is a bit redundant, they charge 100 euros for deposit, if you don’t want to pay a deposit, you should know this. The room is clean and tidy, you have everything you need, but the wifi connection is poor. The room cleaning service is very good quality, and they paid attention to the details. There is a coffee/tea bar in the dining room, you can grab free coffee and tea or water for free, which is very good. The breakfast is not bad and with multiple choices, it is charged 15 euros per meal. Altogether it is a good hotel with reasonable price, I would like to recommend it to you.

The location is extremely nice, just beside the SNCF train station and the tram station, very convenient. Also lots of food choices, McDonald, KFC, and some fast food restaurants are just around the corner.

Staff was great from the minute a walked in to the minute I walked out. Houssein was great, friendly, and professional, he is the one I interacted with for a long time while I was checking out and he was great. The others were too, even the ones in the breakfast area. Room was very comfortable, spacious bathroom, and luckily mine has a window. It felt really great. The location is amazing, right next to the tram station and a walking distance to the train station. Shops, restaurants, cafes, and other places of attractions are literally next door. The only thing that didn't well is the last night I was there, the cleaning crew didn't do their job correctly, I am not sure if it was a crew change or that is how they deal with guests who are spending their last night, I'd like to agree with the first excuse. Certain things were taken care of, change or refill, and they delivered some stained towels in the bathroom. I mean they were "clean" but have old stains. Other than that, everything was great.

Very nice hotel. Didnt expect to have this experience. The beds are super comfortable, there is complementary coffee and water bottles for free at all times, the location is very convenient next to train station and tramway station. Very recommended.

Great Central location, friendly staff and clean, modern rooms.

Was very excited to go to this hotel for our babymoon. Would have been my second to to Nice. Unfortunately, I had pregnancy complications and my child was stillborn before his due date. The hotel refused to refund our prepaid booking when we called to cancel and explain why before our stay.

We had a really pleasant stay in this hotel for 2 nights. It was quiet, perfectly clean, spacious, big bed and free bottles of water/soft drinks/tea/coffee a huge bonus. Very close to the central train station and across the road from the tram that takes you to the beach! The breakfast was delicious! Overall we loved staying here and the staff were lovely and helpful. 9/10

Excellent small hotel close to train station. Staff are friendly... you get free tea and coffee whenever you like!

My room is on the 5th floor directly across from the elevator and facing the tram. No elevator noise and very little street noise when the window is closed. The free drinks are an added bonus. Wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel with good service. Location is good just next to main station. Facilities are newly decorations. Quite comfortable stay.

Very very basic hotel with limited offerings. Zero frills. Hotel does not have a microwave or fridge and charges extra for everything. We only stayed here for one night but that’s all I would recommend. We were on our honeymoon and they put us in a room with two twin beds even though we paid for a room with a full sized bed. When I said something, the receptionist suggested that we just push the twin beds together?? TINY room (classic double room). The shower and bathroom were also extremely small. Be aware if you shower that everything in the bathroom will get wet. It’s a very confined space I’d only recommend Hotel 64 if you need somewhere to stay for 1 night.

Wow, what a find and what a great hotel. As others have already mentioned, train station is on the doorstep, pop over to Cannes or Monaco, the old town and the promenade de anglais are a short walk, or jump on tram right outside. Beds were very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and extremely friendly. No tea/coffee in rooms but available 24/7 from the breakfast room, and the breakfasts were fabulous. As much bottled water as you need. Merci to allstaff at Hotel 64. 👏👏👏👏👏
