Great hostel. Stayed in the twin bed enquirer for 4 nights. Mini fridge, clean room, air con, room big enough. Breakfast was a bit boring (toast, fruit and jam) but fair enough for a quick bite before heading out. Just perfect for going to the beach. They also have beach towels and umbrella to take the beach. Definitely recommend!!!!

Great location with amazing staff. Free breakfast was okay. Very good atmosphere. It was rated as the top hostel in France for 2018 on hostelworld. I would say that it is good but maybe not the top. Downsides are the wifi was weak in my room but really good at the common area by the reception and elsewhere (?), water pressure may be low at times with strange water temperatures, and the ladder on the bunk bed was pretty hard to get up. Also I had to pay in cash for all the nights besides for the first upon check-in.

I wish I could give a zero but I know my blog will say it all. You know where it is! I moved out of the hostel as I personally thought it was a small room for so many people (8) and this is the response I received from a very unprofessional man named Stefano. Just to be clear, I wasn’t going to post any review but his email to me deserves a bad review. My email: I have unfortunately checked out of the hostel as I’m not happy with the dormitory. I didn’t think it was such a small space for so many people. I would like to know if I can get my 2 nights (2-3 May) back and I shall pay for the first night. I will come back to the hostel tomorrow to have a quick chat if needed. I’ve had to book a hotel nearby for my stay instead. Stefano’s last words on his passive aggressive email: … even if you have caused us inconvenience due to what seems your lack of experience back packing in hostels. What an unprofessional man who clearly needs a new job which doesn’t involve conversing with other humans. Read more soon!

The staff are very attentive, they care about safety a lot. The atmosphere was great, I made friends in no time. The kitchen is complete but it closes in the middle of the day which can be inconvenient. Other than that, great stay, I would be back.

Great location - just a few minutes away from the beach, grocery stores and pharmacies etc. In terms of cleanliness, it was okay. The only problem was the bathroom. When the cleaning staff came, they didn’t wipe any surfaces and it didn’t seem like they changed the bath mat for some time. The staff was friendly, but I found it weird that they weren’t wearing masks in the lobby/lounge area at a time like this. I feel like the hostel in general did not practice or enforce any health precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This is something to consider if you’re travelling during the pandemic.

Come to Nice and come stay here! This was my first time in the Cote d'Azur and I felt at home right away. The staff is so friendly and the facilities are great - very clean and comfortable, with a stocked kitchen, individual outlets and reading lights, mini fridges, climate control, etc. The staff is happy to let you store your luggage the day you check out, too. Great price, and in a great location! Just a short walk from the train station, beach, and city center. Would recommend!
