We booked a room with a kingsize bed for 4 nights in this hotel at around 492 euro. We are a family of 2 adults and a child of 5 year old. The child is small and doesn't like to sleep alone. He sleeps in the middle. When we arrived in this hotel they said we had to take an extra room with a kingsize bed. It was not allowed for a small child to sleep with the parents. In the rest of the hotel world this would never be a problem. They drove or holiday cost up significantly with another 491 euro. They acted as if we were getting a big reduction while we checked afterwards and they just gave us the regular price. They didn't see this misunderstanding and didn't want to cancel the room and wanted to follow their standard procedures. There is a balance between company policy and customer service. I would say with this hotel it is not in favour of customer service. Avoid this hotel if you are a family with small child(ren).

The room was nice, the location is a little bit of a drive from the old town and the Mediterranean, it is close to an excellent boulangerie - Boulangerie Ibanez Barnoin. The staff and the service at the hotel was excellent.

Very nice hotel, very close to the high way. It has a nice pool, bar and restaurant. Parking is available also inside the hotel. Friendly staff also and helpful

Had a lovely stay, complete with a small upgrade free of charge. The rooms where great and the hotel was immaculately clean and the service was phenomenal. The staff where very gracious to a non French speaking person as well! 😊. The evening meal at the restraunt was amazing and well worth the money. They have a very large car park at the rear of the hotel which was perfect for me as I was in a large vehicle. Highly recommended

Guests are left waiting minutes without even being greeted. Happened for us aswell as the persons who tried to check-in after us. They look at guests and the walk away or answer phones. Basic communication manners. They will charge you additional €50 on hold. In case you will damage anything. Never seen this in any 5 or 4 star hotel. What kind of guests do you have when you treat them like a possible threat to your interiour. Things like Wifi passes etc. are not explained well. The pass is also the name etc. but on the card they leave the name empty. So you will need to back and ask. Other services like baggage drop-off or asking for the option to order a coffee at the pool etc. seem not to be known by staff as they completely ignored it or leave you waiting.

We received a warm welcome on reception, and the hospitality continued. The food: Delicious! Breakfast was fresh and tasty, dinner, the same. The Service: Warm, efficient, and attentive. Location: There's not much locally, tho it's just a 3 minute walk to the tram that gets you into the city in 30-45 minutes. We'd return and certainly recommend to others.

It is St Vincent and not Nice so 5/5 in terms of location - it's a 15min tram ride to the beach in Nice. Great spot for attending a match at the stadium.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. Somehow this hotel is ranked "4 stars" which my husband and I could not figure out how that happened. The ONLY redeeming quality for this hotel is that it is less than a minute walk to the tram station to take you into the heart of Nice. I made the mistake of booking directly with the hotel, the reason I did book directly through them and paid a ridiculous amount of money was because on THEIR website it says what is included when you book with them is; - Room and Breakfast -The day at the private beach -The deckchair -The Umbrella - Welcome Drinks So I figured, okay, not right in town, but they have a beach club that you get to use when you stay with them, worth the price! Turns out no, that is not the case. They insisted that even though that is ON THEIR WEBSITE.... no I have to pay the beach club fee separate, but that they can totally make a reservation for us.... I showed them their website that I booked through, they saw it with their own eyes, and insisted that they don't know how I got to this page, I am mistaken. So, them being a lying false advertising hotel is one thing, it is also nothing special inside. Yes it "looks" nice, but the elevator has pieces taped up, the bathroom ceiling had gaps you could see through, there are no curtains on the windows to block out light, and breakfast had gnats and fruit flies buzzing around all the food. Would not recommend, there are better places for less money, don't let the "4-stars" fool you.

Great location for people who is coming to Allianz Riviera Service is perfect, rooms are cleaned very well and bar tender is very fast serving Area near hotel is arranged very nice with swimming pool and rest area. Love it! Will come back here for sure!

Very good service, very clean, and we had a free room upgrade to a premium suite. We loved the room, very close to the swimming pool and with a big balcony.

€75 per night to park a Truck is totally unreasonable. Otherwise a nice hotel.

This place is horrible! We stayed there for 5 days. The first day our wifi did not work at all. We complained and right after that it started working. We did not see hospitality from the hotel staff. In terms of helping with luggage or giving all the information. They would only give 2 towels per day and we were asking for extra two every day until one of the lady staff created a scene. She said she will give only 2 extra if we return the other two. We did not understand what really the problem was but she did take at least one back to give us 2 extra. She also made sure to take the total count from us for the towels. They do not basic shampoo and conditioner which you would find in the smallest of hotel.

Wondering that it’s a 4 stars hotel. The only good things here were the swimming pool and the location. Next tram station and supermarkets are just few minutes walk from the hotel. I payed 400€ for 2 nights. The lift need some reparation (as shown on the pictures), the floor smell… I’m 187cm tall, the bad-room was to small for me, I struggled during my bath. There is a small dirty room on the 3rd floor for ironing.

Great place to spend time at. Rooms super neat and clean, with AC, nice carpet, clean bathrooms. Service is always on point, at the reception or in the restaurant. Breakfast and diner is also great. There is a sweet pool behind, surrounded by palms and other plants, like an oasis. It‘s a little outside of the city, very good to relax and have a nice and decent time.

Decent hotel. Had a strange smell in bathroom. Swimming pool is nice. Service not good enough for a 4 star hotel. No smiles from staff, even quite rude to my wife. Someone entered our room to grab something while we were barely dressed after we said we were there when they knocked. Also did not always refill all room items.

It is awful place in my life. 3 nights 700€ Very big distance from the centre of the city. The staff is unhelpful. We asked two days about iron and nobody help!!!!!! I don’t recommend this place.

They cancelled our reservation last minute, just so they can sell us a pricier room. Genuine rip-offs. The hotel looks good but it is quite remote, next to a noisy highway….

Great hotel in a perfect location for easily getting in and out of Monaco and not very far at all from Nice airport. Stayed here a few times with work & always enjoyed it. Rooms are a good size, bathrooms well equipped & the service provided by the staff is excellent. Extras include a pool out back of the hotel in and a secure private parking. The pictures are the view are from the balcony on one of the road facing rooms.

Very poor room, old and a bad smoking smell. The bathroom was dirty when we just checked-in. I know it is high season but 260€ for 1 night its a shame.

The room was spacious and clean. I liked that it had an in-room safe and mini fridge. I did not like the express check out. We were catching an early flight and could not exit the hotel; the front exit was physically locked to prevent exit. There was a note to call to exit, but it wasn't clear. The first two times I called the international phone number, I got a message in French, which was difficult to understand. I then called the local number and someone came out to check us out. This would not have been a problem if it was explained at check in. I did mention that we would be checking out early when we arrived. I understand with all of the violence happening in France that everyone must be careful. However, the security gate entering and exciting was slow and cumbersome. Lastly, I did not like having to park in the back and then walk around the entire hotel to the front entrance each time I left and returned. A second entrance should be added to the back of the hotel. When I booked this hotel I was told it was 4 star. I disagree and consider it to be 3 star. I've managed 4 star properties and was disappointed with the level of service and lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

Nice hotel, in a good location for tour in Provence and Cote D'azure. The breakfast can be improved. Clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good value for the money. Highly recommended.
