Took 15 minutes to actually order food as only one screen was working. Once ordered took 10 minutes for two mcflurrys and a drink. Staff couldnt care less and too busy chatting to their mates who came in. Drink came half full with no ice for €2.70. Mcflurrys melted. Terrible service and complete joke. The place was absolutely filthy aswell

Ordered mc muffins for breakfast. They were brought in about 15 minutes, although there were very few clients in the establishment, the muffins were barely warm, old and tasteless, assembled sloppily, perhaps they were made blindly. Coffee and cola are served in plastic reusable cups (!). Recommendation: Spend your money on something else, or just throw it on the pavement, you will be even happier.

Worst McDonald’s I know. I ordered a big Mac menu and waited for 30 minutes. When it came, the fries and the burger were cold. I wanted to ask for new ones and I found out that other clients were also waiting more than 40 minutes and nobody was bringing the finished meals to the guests during 10 minutes while I was waiting. No wonder everything is cold. Nobody really cared and I decided to get my money back instead of waiting again to get another cold meal. The tables were also dirty and I saw nobody cleaning any table within the 30 minutes I was waiting.

Can’t even put into words how incredibly frustrating and just genuinely bad this place is. Every single time I’ve went something was missing from my order. Takes forever to get someone attention and ask and end up getting the wrong thing again. The last time I went I paid for a coffee with my meal. Finished my meal before I got my coffee after clearly pressing the option to get the drink asap. Asked three different staff members for it and was ignored and left waiting around 30 minutes. Ended up leaving without it. Gave one star because I had to.

Normally you know what you get when you go to McDonald's... this time the menu was only partly in English with a mix of French, the soda we ordered was warm and totally flat, milkshake too thin and the burger disgusting 🤢 Tha tables outside where dirty.

Ordered food was not delivered to table and when approached the counter they said they don’t have an item… this is after waiting for 15mins in an almost empty restaurant
