I stayed for 4 nights. From the first day I was pleasantly impressed because it is the only hotel in all of Europe where I received the room at 9:30 AM without paying extra. The room is cleaned daily, he changed my towels even if I didn't leave them on the floor. The staff is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed: information about traveling to Cannes, Monte Carlo, opened wine, printed plane tickets, called a taxi... The hotel is located very close to the market, port, restaurants, bus/tram station. Breakfast should be a little more diversified... omelette, ham, salami, tomatoes, cucumbers.. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I would gladly return to this Ibis.

A good hotel in a very good location. There is parking but it was difficult to find, turned out to be an unmarked garage door just before the hotel lobby. My coworker jumped out of the car to check on with the front desk and ask about the parking while I continually made loops of the local block as there was no street parking available nearby. The rooms were dated and not super nice, but livable. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of the great destinations in Nice.

Literally the only reason I booked this hotel was their parking in the center of Nice. I wrote a mail 7 weeks prior to our arrival (family with 2 little kids) to make sure we'll have a spot. This morning, we were told, that there's no parking place for us. "You need to call in the morning" - we arrived before 11 a.m. We now had to take a different parking place 2 kilometres away and pay an extra 30€. Lots of fun with the luggage.

This room should cost 50-60€ and on the door paper shows 320€. This too much for the room quality. 320€ is really really expensive for this room! Need to mention that I've not paid 320€, I get an offer with 2 planes+room=100€. Only two stars for the expensive cost vs quality. Is line an ordinary Ibis. I've seen better B&Bs at 50€ (The one near Europapark)

Great hotel for the price. It’s three star - don’t expect the world - but it was very clean, staff were very friendly and rooms comfortable. Breakfast basic but of good quality. Excellent location. Free WiFi. Would stay again!

The hotel is lovely & clean, with a good breakfast lots to choose from. Staff at breakfast work so hard, & are very friendly, cleaner did a great job keeping the rooms clean. The hotel it's self is in a very good location for sightseeing. The cons are very minor, not enough space around the bathroom sink to do make-up or keep toiletries. So you have to keep some things out of the bathroom. The shower pipe was a really cheap plastic one that wasn't very flexible when showering it kept bending really annoying & the waterproof mattress cover, over the mattresses to keep the mattresses clean, was plastic not a good quality one, was having night sweats not ideal it affected my sleep. Woke up with prickly heat on my chest. Maybe cotton natural materials for sleeping. The pillow was like a beanie bag really small not a flat rectangle pillow. But this hotel is still worth staying if on a budget, or just and on a short trip. Stayed in room 506 it was a quiet room at the back of the hotel.

Disappointing room, not very clean, badly made beds, rotten and flaking bathroom door at the bottom and not easy to close. Shower with dirty and rusty joints, no shelf to place a toiletry bag while the room is for 4 people. Bedding supposedly changed and comfortable but it looks like sleeping on a straw mattress. Pitiful breakfast, drinkable coffee, ham and industrial cheese. There are not even scrambled eggs but only hard-boiled eggs already shepherded by someone. In short, really horrible we had to eat outside every morning when he was already paid at the hotel. In short, apart from the perfect central place and the very welcoming staff, the hotel really has nothing valid.

Good location at the city center of Nice.clean rooms. Located in the city center of Nice, you don't need any kind of transportation to visit the city center or the the beach or the port. Many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. The staff are helpful and humble. The best hotel choice in Nice.

This is a lovely hotel with very nice rooms and breakfast; but when I arrived in my room, I noticed that my bathroom had no shower curtain. So I mentioned this to the front desk, they said they would look into it. I needed to have a shower without it and ended up afterwards, squeegeeing the floor to the drain on my hands and knees. I complained two more times the next day and the last time I spoke with the clerk at 3pm, he said to me ' I don't have any notes about this, I am working alone and I CANNOT HELP YOU!!' So their is NO customer service here, and I am very disappointed!! With this attitude, my next shower flooded, the entire bathroom floor and I CANNOT HELP THEM!!!!

I was here for a business trip and it was actually a designated hotel by the conference I was attending. I've previously had good experience with ibis in other locations, so I was actually very surprised by the condition of the room I was assigned here. The room was in a very poor condition although clean. There was paint peeling off of the wall. The room was very worn down and old and definitely needs a huge update. I did not enjoy my stay there because I genuinely did not want to be in my room. It was all booked, so I was not able to switch to a new room either - therefore, I cannot speak to the condition of other rooms. The breakfast staff were also extremely unfriendly. That being said, I did have a great experience with the front desk staff and the check-in/check-out processes were easy.

What an incredible hotel for such a cheap price , we paid £140 for a night and bare in mind, this hotel is a few minutes walk from the marina and 10 minutes walk from old town, a walk which is littered with awesome little bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is really well presented, very clean and very organised. Breakfast was incredibly tasty and had great options. I was honestly blown away by this place and it really was above my expectations. The rooms are a good size, shower is good for pressure and temperature. Staff are helpful and let us check in early after an early flight. I would rate this even higher if I could and I am already planning another trip to Nice and will be using this place again

I am staying here currently, and everyone has been so welcoming and inviting thus far! Check-in was very easy, and the hotel is in a great location. A short walk from the Girabaldi metro stop.

Thoroughly average, sometimes disappointing but there are some positives including a nice staff, a decent cold buffet breakfast, and a quiet well air conditioned room. Not a hotel to seek out but fine for a night if one must be in this area.

I stayed this hotel last week. My Reservation was 5 nights. However I cancel my booking and stayed only one night, because of conditions of hotels. Room is not clean, Receptionist was very rud during checking to hotel. Breakfast was very poor. Only location is good but this is not enough to point give them more stars. Because you can find better otel in Nice with this price even better. I am perty sure that hotel manager is going to reply me that "we are very sorry to meet your request". Actually they have been seening these kind comments from every webpage related hotels buisness. However end of day that they don't do to imporove their quality. Also I am memmber of Accor customer system which means I am frequently stay any IBIS hotel. I would like to tell you that I have never seen such this kind "IBIS style" hotel. I know quality level of the IBIS style however this Ibis Styles Nice Vieux Port was lower level. They do sell room because of location.

Great location near plenty of bars and restaurants. Not far from trams and port. Clean rooms co time tal breakfast ok but tea and coffee left a lot to be desired - had to use 3tea bags to get a passable cuppa😑

Good place to stay located in the center of Nice just few steps to tourist district a lot of close bar and restaurants. Very easy to get there from the airport with public transportation. Breakfast is the typical french hotel’s breakfast, is not a bad selection of food, is just how it is in France (don’t expect scrambled eggs and bacon). Room had normal wear and tear but very clean, shower had a window to the bedroom, really cool! Kind personnel. Would have loved a small fridge in the room, specially because is so hot in the summer.

Unfortunately hotel parking spots are, according to the hotel stuff, (always) fully booked, although the hotel is less than half full. Searched for a parking spot for over 1 hour, not even able to unload our luggage. Rooms are a little small but clean, WiFi is OK, breakfast is, because of Corona rules, on a order basis instead of buffet ( other hotels still offer buffet breakfast on the Côte D'azur). Because of that, the options of what one can eat are rather limited(i.E. no eggs whatsoever, either boiled, fried nor omlette), but one can order from what is available as many times as he whishes. Croissant tastes, like always, great!

Comparing Rate to Benefits; the only advantage this hotel have is the Location. The room is "Ok" the bathroom is mediocre; The breakfast is with very low diversity only few items available, and the replenishment is very slow.

Everything is easily accessible by train, bus or tram from this hotel and that's about the only positive thing to say. Hotel rooms were ascetic: there wasn't even a water boiler to make your own tea or a free locked safe. We expected a minimalistic but stylish room based on the pictures but the reality was disappointing. We avoided spending time in the room, as it was so uninviting. The breakfast was okay (could add more fresh things in it like salad and fruit). About the service: one lady was helpful at the front desk when we asked for directions to a museum and the guy working during breakfast even gave us a smile every time we came. However, most of the people working for this hotel didn't seem very happy working there and that reflected on the customer service, which was cold and sometimes even plain rude. When we arrived and I tried to be nice to the front desk guy, he brushed me off and impatiently threw our keys cards at me. The same evening I inquired about the breakfast time from a young woman and an older guy at the desk - I got mean stares and saw contempt in their faces for my cheerful approach. I felt the whole week of our stay like they were looking down at us, they never greeted us, didn't even say goodbye when we left. This was my first experience with French people and it really set the tone for the rest of the trip. Very unwelcomed and unaesthetic visit, would not recommend to anyone.
