Everything
is
easily
accessible
by
train,
bus
or
tram
from
this
hotel
and
that's
about
the
only
positive
thing
to
say.
Hotel
rooms
were
ascetic:
there
wasn't
even
a
water
boiler
to
make
your
own
tea
or
a
free
locked
safe.
We
expected
a
minimalistic
but
stylish
room
based
on
the
pictures
but
the
reality
was
disappointing.
We
avoided
spending
time
in
the
room,
as
it
was
so
uninviting.
The
breakfast
was
okay
(could
add
more
fresh
things
in
it
like
salad
and
fruit).
About
the
service:
one
lady
was
helpful
at
the
front
desk
when
we
asked
for
directions
to
a
museum
and
the
guy
working
during
breakfast
even
gave
us
a
smile
every
time
we
came.
However,
most
of
the
people
working
for
this
hotel
didn't
seem
very
happy
working
there
and
that
reflected
on
the
customer
service,
which
was
cold
and
sometimes
even
plain
rude.
When
we
arrived
and
I
tried
to
be
nice
to
the
front
desk
guy,
he
brushed
me
off
and
impatiently
threw
our
keys
cards
at
me.
The
same
evening
I
inquired
about
the
breakfast
time
from
a
young
woman
and
an
older
guy
at
the
desk
-
I
got
mean
stares
and
saw
contempt
in
their
faces
for
my
cheerful
approach.
I
felt
the
whole
week
of
our
stay
like
they
were
looking
down
at
us,
they
never
greeted
us,
didn't
even
say
goodbye
when
we
left.
This
was
my
first
experience
with
French
people
and
it
really
set
the
tone
for
the
rest
of
the
trip.
Very
unwelcomed
and
unaesthetic
visit,
would
not
recommend
to
anyone.
