Passport control took a very long while - over 30 minutes (for a EU citizen!), because there was only ONE officer, even though there were 7 offices. It was very upsetting, especially since it was for a 8:45 AM flight, so not extremely early in the mornings. The strikes across France might have been a reason for this - but either way it is something to have in mind, so maybe go a little earlier just to ensure you make it to the gate in time. Gutted to have to leave a bad review, because the airport is absolutely beautiful, with nice food places (La Plage, Jamie Oliver) and plenty of stores to shop at). Hopefully they resolve this issue quickly so others can have a better experience!

The arrivals of Nice airport is incredibly painful and slow. They had 2 people on security checks for hundreds of people. It took 1.5-2 hours to get through security. All the E-Passport gates were closed. Would have given 1 star but the departures of the airport was fine and quite comfortable and so have given 2 stars.

The airport is well connected with public transport and having arrived and flew from here on a Sunday it was efficient all across. The airport itself was also clean, tidy and modern in appearance and I would definitely use it again.

disgusting airport. very unprofessional and rude staff. one queue for 5 flights at check in where all planes have different times. at the security check, the employee sent me to the very end of the queue for rescanning, which is why, having arrived 3 hours before departure, I was late for my flight and could not leave the transfer zone for an hour, because the employees simply ignored me. the representative of the airline said that it was not her problem and just ran away from the airport. I have not seen this in any other country in the world

We arrived at the airport heading straight to Cannes, and the place to meet your Uber driver is right next to the depot minute which is right opposite T1 arrival parking area. Returning back to the airport from Monte Carlo 3 days later was a smooth 30 mins drive ride. The airport itself is extremely well organised. BA check in desk is right next to the fast track security gate, and its very sufficient and passport controller was swift. The business lounge is right next to Gate B once you pass the passport controller gate and lift takes you straight up to the upper floor. Amazingly our broading gate 41 was directly underneath the business lounge. There's also a smoking room on the ground floor right next to the B gate area. Absolutely incredible how convenient and thoughtful everything was! A big thumbs up 👍 to this airport!

This airport is decent size. Plenty of airplanes travelling through this port. Airport is very clean and public transportation is just outside the airport. Easily accessible form the city center. They have only few cafes inside but not the restaurant. I was looking for a restaurant but couldn't find it. I have found the member of staff were really helpful and polite. They tried their best to help. Car rental is just next to the airport. many duty free stores available inside. Sometimes the line can be long but please remember you are not the only one and the stuff is doing their best. Highly recommended.

The airport is on reclaimed land so it seems like you're going to land in water, but don't worry, you're not. Arrivals is very straight forward and you'll be out in no time. Departures is a bit more complicated as there are two sections of the airport and it can be confusing if it's your first time at the airport. Decent amount of shops and lots of seating. Staff are helpful too and will point you in the right direction.

Poor signposting in the airport. Inefficient security check area. Not many eatery so not many choices. Passport control before departure has long queue. Only 2 officers working. (I’m holding Malaysian passport). Given that Nice is touristy, perhaps they should increase more workforce at passport control?

This is the main airport serving the Côte d'Azure region of France. There are connections to all the major cities in Europe. The airport has very good facilities.

Lovely airport in Southern France. Both T1 and T2 are modern and feature enough seating area with duty free stores. The approach over the sea is also one of the best in Europe. Easy helicopter transfer to Monaco or bus/tram to downtown Nice.

No on-line check-in; passengers tightly corralled with ropes into huge cues must wait hours just to get the boarding cards. Safe distances are made impossible to maintain; clerks play border police, demanding unvaccinated children be brought in through the queues before handing over their boarding cards. Passengers with children and infants must wait in line “like everyone else”. This airport treats their passengers like cattle, needlessly infecting hundreds before sending them on to their destinations. The incompetence (or indifference) of Côte d'Azur Airport management spreads sickness and death throughout the world, every day.

A comfortable place to be in. It can be quite busy, but still coping well with the influx of people. Small, yet rich duty-free zone, nice place to have a snack, smoking area and east transfer between the two terminals.

During Covid-19 most flights are now operating out of Terminal 2. No delays experienced at Arrivals. However, we experienced major delays (45 minutes) checking in and again at passport control (another 45 minutes) on departure on a busy weekend at the end of August. Long queues everywhere. Give yourself plenty of time.

On a peaceful Tuesday evening during sunset, I embarked to the airport to wait for my bus in terminal 2. The airport was very clean, there were minimal crowds, and it was easy to navigate. Signs were posted amply and the customer service staff was also friendly. Bathrooms are easy to find, which can be important.

Very clean airport with a lot of airlines and cheap flight prices, especially to and from the UK. Includes countless shops and very nice staff which makes the entire experience a lot more enjoyable. Information screens are fully working and any updates around airline flights are updated on the dot so you aren't left waiting wondering what is happening with your flight.

Finally after sooo many years of travelling I found an airport which is connected with the city. You can walk or take the normal train. You dont need to take an extra airport shuttle cuz the airport is right connected with the city. And if you land it feels like you land in the sea. Kinda cool

Nice place and well organized. The line at check in was moving fast and the personnel was well prepared. Plenty of restaurants and duty free stores. Lots of available chairs to rest and plenty of restrooms. It has a pretty nice view also, being near the sea.

Super easy to navigate airport very close to parking, tram & taxis. For a small airport very nice shops and cafes all before security and a funky little food truck area just outside the main door

26.10.2022 French joke “It’s nice to be in “Nice”! Airport transportation is well developed, no hassle to look around where to take the “airport tram L2/L3”.

The signs are relatively good and there are many nice places for coffee and beignets on both sides of security. But the real heros are the security personnel. Having traveled extensively throughout Europe and the States, I have seen a lot in security lines. This gentleman who interacted with me was so pleasant and kind. He was patient and never got annoyed at all the weird things I had in my backpack. He asked me ahead of time to pull out all my liquids, which I had done. I have found wildly varying ways in which countries deal with liquids. The Netherlands couldn't care less and let you bring bottles of water loose in your bags. However, France is more particular. After getting scanned, my bag was pulled out because I had some empty bottles in there. He patiently went through everything before realizing that all my bottles were empty. He commented on how good the curry spices smelled that I had in my backpack. He was so calm and friendly. Bravo Nice Airport!

Bad airport. You can only check in two hours before flight - 1 of those two hours you’ll be waiting in line to check in and the other hour you’ll have to hope that security and passport control are both speedy or else miss your flight. I made my flight, but little could be said about the rest of the plane.

Beautiful and very clean. I like the architecture, the open space gives it a unique look and the palm trees makes it more amazing. The airport is easy to navigate and the tram is just directly outside the airport. I like the little Christmas decoration as well. 🙂🙂

The worst airport I’ve been to. For people travelling there for the first time, none of instructions are clear. Terminals and gates are barely marked. Airport service is rude, the lady who had us check out, replied to our English questions in French and didn’t even try to communicate. A whole floor lacks restroom, we had to go a far way downstairs to even wash our hands, which is crucial during the pandemic! Boarding hall was crowded, waiting area was close to (very overpriced) stores.

The toilet was quite nasty. Waiting area comfortable but not air conditioned enough. Would have prefered to stay longer in Nice. Departure quite depressing. Where are the mimosas?

Paris (CDG) , Orly (ORY) and now Nice (NCE) I have visited. Seriously the most poorly designed airports in the world. Nothing makes sense, lounges are hidden, security is slow. The guest wifi expires every 5 minutes. Brilliant idea. When you have information people at every corner, you know it’s poorly designed.
