Pleasantly surprised by one member of staff in particular. I love capachino Daim - who doesn't? Unfortunately the only orderable hot beverage was an expresso (on the machine). The older lady that works here (you know who you are - the one who needed her glasses to read my fidélité code), went out of her way to make me exactly what I wanted despite having what seemed like a heated discussion with a colleague. Bravo on the customer service.

Utterly dissapointing. There where about 5 orders in total and we waited 30 minutes for our food to be done. The drinks are preprepared and put on a table so if your fizzy drink is not fizzy or cold you know why. Also they dont fill up the cup properly. We ordered coke zero as well as normal one and because on our drinks they put coffecup tops and they didnt mark which is which we couldnt make the difference. The coffeecup topsmade it very hard to drink from the cup because it doesnt fit well, ended up spilling coke on myself while driving. The food was stone cold, fries where soggy and tough. The meat had a weird flavour, I ended up throwing half in the trash. They dont have an order status screen, somebody will shout out your number in french, if you understand good if not... Oh well... All this for 26 euro for 2 cheeseburgers, one double, one wrap, one fries and 2 cokes. Its noth worth it. Go to kfc.

Terrible service!!! This is the second occasion this week I have been waiting over 20min for a basic order. Previously this week it took 35min today it 22mim and there is only 3 customer's in store!!

We ordered tonight. We took only 2 menus and a big portion of nuggets with a double cheese, 1 mcflurry and 2 yogurts. We didn't receive the sauces for the fries and potatoes in the menus. We didn't receive the 3 sauces for the nuggets. The ice cream was so full it was running in the delivery bag. The sandwich were already cold and even my fries were not good at all, it shows that they were not made recently from the taste and texture. I know, I worked in McDonald's for more than 3 years. We didn't even receive napkins with the order. Very ridiculous!!! It shows that the workers are not serious.

The only advantage of McDonald's is its continuous service, last resort when all the other restaurants in France are closed for the siesta. The food is not the best and there is clearly a big difference in the taste between different countries. McDonald's France is definitely not on my top of the list when it comes to food taste.
