We can’t say enough about how lovely this apartment was. Spacious, clean and beautiful. A completely updated, modern kitchen with everything you need including good knives and nice China. A washer and dryer! Very comfortable king beds and bedding. Nice touches like coffee and tea, soaps and cleaning products. A quiet neighborhood with many nice restaurants as well. Monoprix grocery right across the street and easy walking to Old Town, Garibaldi Square, and the tram. Loved the little balconies, and spacious banquette in the kitchen. One of the best vacation apartments we’ve ever rented. Only one downside, poor water pressure in the beautiful tiled showers— but everything else made up for it. We hope to return soon!

Excellent bedding, clean, super equipped, beautiful kitchen, very spacious. 1 small terrace overlooking the courtyard on which to have lunch for 5, a pleasant balcony on the street side for 2 to relax on. It was the sixth winter that we came to Nice. 15 rue Defly is the most beautiful apartment we have rented to date. Comfort, luxury, proximity to all centers of interest. We felt like home.
