A
post-traumatic
stress
disorder
and
the
associated
depression
forced
me
to
seek
professional
support
in
2020.
On
the
recommendation
of
my
outpatient
therapist,
who
otherwise
only
knew
psychiatric
institutions
from
films
such
as
"One
Flew
Over
the
Cuckoo's
Nest",
I
had
my
first
experience
with
such
an
institution
with
a
great
deal
of
skepticism
and
nervousness.
But
after
the
end
of
my
treatment,
I
can
draw
the
following
conclusion
about
Ward
2
of
the
Fliedner
Day
Clinic
with
a
clear
conscience:
-
Expertise
TOP,
-
Patient
orientation
TOP,
-
offered
therapies
TOP,
-
support
for
time
after
clinic
TOP,
-
cushioning
of
CORONA
problems
VERY
GOOD,
-
PATIENT
COMMUNITY
VERY
GOOD,
-
Ambiance
GOOD.
What
brings
me
to
such
reviews?
The
therapists
not
only
have
immense
specialist
knowledge
-
every
therapist
was
able
to
convey
the
psychological
background
to
every
point
of
the
treatment
not
only
in
a
generally
understandable
way,
but
also
in
a
humanely
appropriate
way,
taking
into
account
my
current
situation.
In
addition,
there
is
an
excellent
exchange
of
information
between
the
therapists,
so
that
issues
that
arose
in
one
treatment
could
be
followed
up
in
other
treatments
at
short
notice
for
the
benefit
of
my
treatment
success.
The
patient
orientation
enables
an
extraordinarily
high
degree
of
attention
from
the
entire
staff
with
careful
and
cordial
treatment
without
fake
friendliness.
Despite
my
personality
disorder
and
the
“oddities”
associated
with
it,
I
always
felt
humanly
accepted,
in
good
hands
and
humorously
cared
for.
This
applies
in
particular
to
the
care
and
administration
area.
I
was
treated
under
the
ACT
approach.
For
this
I
received
psychological
group
and
individual
therapies
(in
particular
trauma
therapy
-
IRRT
-
Dr.
Blöink).
These
were
supplemented
by
art,
music
and
movement
therapy
as
well
as
relaxation
and
yoga.
In
addition,
I
had
individual
treatments
for
movement
therapy
and
relaxation.
It
was
essential
that
I
was
the
focus
as
an
individual
patient
and
not
a
clinical
procedure,
a
rigid
schedule
or
a
standardized
therapy
plan.
As
part
of
various
individual
and
group
discussions,
I
was
honestly
prepared
for
my
time
after
the
day
clinic
and
received
a
toolbox
that
was
as
diverse
as
it
was
practical
to
be
able
to
successfully
(hopefully)
resist
the
problem
of
a
relapse.
The
risks
of
the
CORONA
problem
are
reduced
to
a
minimum
in
the
day
clinic
through
comprehensive
hygiene
and
test
concepts
as
well
as
CORONA-compliant
treatment
processes
and
group
sizes.
Of
course,
the
"cosiness"
sometimes
suffers,
but
in
the
months
of
my
treatment
there
was
not
a
single
CORONA
case
in
the
clinic.
During
my
stay,
the
patient
community
treated
each
other
with
great
care
and,
despite
or
perhaps
because
of
the
diverse
mix
of
patients,
made
it
possible
for
everyone
to
be
what
they
needed
with
the
necessary
decency
or
to
find
the
opportunity
for
a
stimulating
or
very
personal
conversation.
I
can
"only"
rate
the
ambience
as
GOOD,
since
the
clinic
was
planned
very
generously
for
non-CORONA
times,
but
the
necessities
associated
with
CORONA
led
to
recognizable
restrictions
on
comfort
and
"cosiness",
especially
in
quiet
and
other
retreat
areas.
Outside
of
CORONA,
I
could
also
rate
the
Fliedner
Clinic
TOP
on
this
point.

Eine
posttraumatische
Belastungsstörung
und
eine
damit
einhergehende
Depression
zwangen
mich
in
2020
professionelle
Unterstützung
zu
suchen.
Durch
Empfehlung
meines
ambulanten
Therapeuten
machte
ich,
der
psychiatrische
Einrichtungen
sonst
nur
aus
Filmen
wie
„Einer
flog
übers
Kuckucksnest“
kannte,
mit
sehr
viel
Skepsis
und
Nervosität
meine
erste
Erfahrung
mit
einer
solchen
Einrichtung.
Aber
nach
dem
Ende
meiner
Behandlung
kann
ich
guten
Gewissens
folgendes
Fazit
zur
Station
2
der
Fliedner
Tagesklinik
ziehen:
-
Fachkompetenz
TOP,
-
Patientenorientierung
TOP,
-
angebotene
Therapien
TOP,
-
Unterstützung
für
Zeit
nach
Klinik
TOP,
-
abfedern
von
CORONA-Problemen
SEHR
GUT,
-
PATIENTENGEMEINSCHAFT
SEHR
GUT,
-
Ambiente
GUT.
Was
bringt
mich
zu
solchen
Bewertungen?
Die
Therapeuten
besitzen
nicht
nur
immenses
Fachwissen
-
jeder
Therapeut
konnte
mir
die
psychologischen
Hintergründe
zu
jedem
Punkt
der
Behandlung
nicht
nur
allgemeinverständlich,
sondern
auch
menschlich
angemessen
unter
Berücksichtigung
meiner
aktuellen
Situation
vermitteln.
Außerdem
besteht
ein
exzellenter
Infoaustausch
zwischen
den
Thera-peuten,
so
dass
in
einer
Behandlung
aufgekommene
Sachverhalte
kurzfristig
in
anderen
Behandlungen
zum
Wohle
meines
Behandlungserfolgs
weiter
verfolgt
werden
konnten.
Die
Patientenorientierung
ermöglicht
eine
außerordentlich
hohe
Zugewandtheit
des
gesamten
Personals
mit
ebenso
behutsamer
wie
herzlicher
Behandlung
ohne
aufgesetzte
Freundlichkeit.
Ich
fühlte
mich
trotz
Persönlichkeitsstörung
und
den
damit
verbundenen
„Seltsamkeiten“
stets
menschlich
akzeptiert,
gut
und
humorvoll
aufgehoben.
Dies
gilt
insbesondere
für
den
Pflege-
und
Verwaltungsbereich.
Ich
wurde
im
Rahmen
„ACT“-Ansatzes
behandelt.
Hierfür
erhielt
ich
psychologische
Gruppen-
und
Einzeltherapien
(insbesondere
Traumatherapie
–
IRRT
–
Fr.Dr.
Blöink).
Diese
wurden
durch
Kunst-,
Musik-
&
Bewegungstherapie
sowie
durch
Entspannung
und
Yoga
ergänzt.
Zusätzlich
hatte
ich
Einzelbehandlungen
für
Bewegungstherapie
und
Entspannung.
Wesentlich
war,
dass
ich
als
einzelner
Patient
im
Mittelpunkt
stand
und
nicht
ein
Klinikablauf,
ein
starrer
Zeitplan
oder
ein
standardisierter
Therapieplan.
Im
Rahmen
von
diversen
Einzel-
und
Gruppengesprächen
wurde
ich
ehrlich
auf
meine
Zeit
nach
der
Tagesklinik
vorbereitet
und
erhielt
einen
ebenso
vielfältigen
wie
praktisch
nutzbaren
Werkzeugkasten,
um
dem
Problem
eines
Rückfalls
erfolgreich
(hoffentlich)
widerstehen
zu
können.
Die
Risiken
der
CORONA-Problematik
werden
in
der
Tagesklinik
durch
umfassende
Hygiene-,
Test-Konzepte
sowie
CORONA
konforme
Behandlungsabläufe
und
Gruppengrößen
auf
ein
Minimum
reduziert.
Natürlich
leidet
die
„Gemütlichkeit“
bisweilen
darunter,
aber
in
den
Monaten
meiner
Behandlung
gab
es
keinen
einzigen
CORONA-Fall
in
der
Klinik.
Die
Patientengemeinschaft
ging
während
meines
Aufenthalts
sehr
fürsorglich
miteinander
um
und
ermöglichte
trotz
oder
gerade
durch
die
vielfältige
Mischung
der
Patienten,
dass
jeder
mit
dem
gebotenen
Anstand
so
sein
durfte
wie
er
es
brauchte
bzw.
die
Möglichkeit
zu
einem
anregenden
oder
auch
sehr
persönlichen
Gespräch
fand.
Das
Ambiente
kann
ich
„nur“
mit
GUT
bewerten,
da
die
Klinik
für
Nicht-CORONA-Zeiten
sehr
großzügig
geplant
wurde,
aber
die
mit
CORONA
verbundenen
Notwendigkeiten
zu
erkennbaren
Einschränkungen
des
Komforts
und
der
„Gemütlichkeit“
insbesondere
in
Ruhe
und
anderen
Rückzugsräumen
führten.
Außerhalb
von
CORONA
könnte
ich
die
Fliedner
Klinik
auch
in
diesem
Punkt
mit
TOP
bewerten.
