    Not honest seller at all! Leaking at the joints of my aquarium after 3 months of use. Answer from this gentleman, it is poorly posed. Please note that my aquarium is in a wooden casing. No advice, no solution offered. Selling is not a problem but it is better not to have to deal with him for after-sales service. I strongly advise against this site.

    Badly honest seller... Avoid! Order placed and paid...but at the time of delivery, refund without any message or information and therefore never received my order....

    I wanted to cancel an order made at the end of October 2019. After trying to call and sending an email, I considered that my order had been canceled. 45 days later, I receive confirmation that my order has been shipped. I send an email again and try to call, but the voicemail located in Belgium is of no use. Absolutely non-existent sales method and follow-up. Are there any natural people in this establishment? Is this a ghost company? No idea but I strongly advise against any purchase.

    Seller more than dubious/dishonest! Having ordered several invertebrates (including 2 batches of 10 shrimp), it turns out that upon receipt the shrimp count is not there at all! Obviously, the seller says that everything is OK on his side and then plays dead: VOID! Looks like a scam... Attention telephone number in... Belgium (for a seller in Nîmes)?

    Aquatlantis Aquarium Furniture Kit ordered and delivered by specialized carrier. Upon receipt, careful inspection of the packaging reveals no shock, the packaging boxes are impeccable. When unpacking the aquarium, during installation, we noticed that an aluminum angle had received a cut. This aquarium was packaged and delivered as is, by the manufacturer.... Moral: even if the packaging is perfect on the outside, take the time and effort to take everything out

    Arrival in 36 hours, the maximum, the quality of the packaging allowed a survival rate of 93% (26/28). No deviation from the ordered since three fish were extra. The plants are superb, the size and health of the lotus bulb is very satisfactory (the best received from all stores in 15 years of aquarium keeping).

    Hello, I advise everyone to avoid this site.... I wanted to try and unfortunately I received fish 3 fish out of 8 affected by fin rot... (not professional at all), I I also ordered bamboo shrimp but I received Atya pilipes instead... same, I order neritina tigré and I receive turrita... in short, they do not provide what is requested, poor quality (fish that I would never have bought in a physical store), and subsequently the after-sales service does not respond, it's a scam and reprehensible in court... I asked for a refund and I got no answers, I contacted my legal protection... I invite the after-sales service to contact me again.

    Order HIRAKI CICHLID pellet food for tanganyika cichlids. Lots of choice in the range. A little expensive but very fast delivery and long use-by dates on the bags. Very good sale and very good product. I will order again.
