We bought 2 menus and an ice cream, they didn't give us the ice cream and they made excuses. We had shown him the ticket a few minutes ago. And to top it off you have to endure mistreatment.

Alles in allen kann man nur sagen finger weg geht die paar Meter zum Lidl da bekommt ihr was war es und geschiedes zum essen. Sauberkeit Hygiene ist ein Wort das man hier nicht kennt geschweige den schreiben kann. Wärme burger wo frage ich mich unser essen war kalt und alt nichts frisch zubereitet.

Der schlechteste MC Donalds , den ich je gesehen habe. In der Küche wird ohne Handschuhe gearbeitet, das geht gaar nicht in der heutigen Zeit. Wie viele Bakterien ..nur eklig Nachdem wir unser Essen hatten und es kontrollierten, fehlten 2x Pommes und 2x Kartoffeln Unfreundlich, lange Wartezeit Alles in allem einfach nur schlecht

Ich habe den Fehler gemacht, erst dort zu Essen und anschließend die Google Bewertungen zu lesen. Es war so wie von anderen beschrieben. Der Boden schmutzig, die Tische und Stühle schmutzig, das Essen hat sehr lange gedauert und wurde erst auf Nachfrage gebracht. Die Burger nicht heiß. Scheint aber bei McDonalds niemanden zu interessieren. Hallo Franzosen, geht woanders essen.

Food was good and we got it very quickly. Staff was friendly. It wasn’t very busy when i ordered here because i came in pretty late on a weekday.

Not one of my favourite places to eat at the best of times, but as everything else around was closed we decided to eat here. My niece and her daughter love McDonalds, so we decided to give it a go. Food came out cold, chips (were not large) or hot, three drinks were missing and when asked were they were , was told by someone who translated for us, that they were coming… after another 10 minutes, and lunch eaten, the drinks still has not arrived! Went in again, only to be told that they were coming! No apology or offer of compensation. Rubbish food and even worse service…. Will NEBER ever visit another McDonalds in my life. Over 40 Euros for rubbish food, spoiling service, I served and eaten in a dirty envoy, will stall (and manager) who appear not to be able to give decent customer service….

Bad quality, unfriendly staff, dirty restaurant… Quality: 🍟 fries and salat returned. Staff: offended that they couldn’t serve old cold fries and old salad. Dirty:One table in the entire restaurant was “clean”.. many tables filled with leftovers and garbage. So recommend to find another place.

Good (when it comes to taste ;)) food, as usually in McDonald's. Good location. One star less for not the cleanest toilet. Worth noting that prices are about twice as high as in McDonald's in other countries I have been to, especially Poland, Germany, Czechia, and Austria – I understand though that almost everything is more expensive in France. ;)

dirty terrasse. not comfortable to eat there

After waiting for 15 minutes, the burgers and fries were served coold - so, we complained. After another 10 minutes we were served new fries and new burgers. Fries okay now, but guess about the burgers... It wasn't the first time this happened, but for sure the last time with us involved. McDonalds isn't anymore what it used to be... sad!

Its a McDonald's, but it has burgers with bluecheese om the menu. Covid restrictione is adhered to.

It was the worst McD I ever tried. Super dirty. You cannot find a clean table cause they are all dirty and personal will not clean. The toilet is run out of soap and no hand sprites. The food was cold the salad was super old. The bacon on my salad was almost looked frozen and it supposed ti be fresh cook🥴we got our money back cause the food was awful to eat

It is supposed to be a "Fast" "Food", but it Tooks more than 25 min to have cold cheeseburgers :( . C'mon guys! Even brasserie can do better.

Typical McDonald's, however the second floor was closed so toilets inaccessible. Also the ordering computer didn't print the order. In the ordering selection you can't find extra ketchup or mayonnaise

zu wenig Personal führte zu großer Unordnung - überall Tabletts, dreckige Tische, nicht abgeräumte Tische - unsaubere Toilette - hat leider das schöne Ambiente stark gestört

Order took 20min. English is still a problem. Incomplete order although ordered by terminal. Skip this one.
