Hygiene level is too bad. Hygiene is very important in hospitals but there is no cleanless. When complained about it, billing staff replied in very strange way …they said who will take this pain

Worst experience having at SRS hospital. They don't know how to treat with patients. Totally illeterate staff. Having worst policy. Will not recommend anyone.....a suggestion to srs to kindly teach their staff how to treat with people specially Ankur at chemist.

Cons: 1. No cashless insurance facility available even for popular insurance providers 2. At time of admission was shown room rent of ₹4,500 but was charged ₹10,000 in final bill per day. When asked for break up they said it’s per government regulation but were unable to produce any documents supporting it 3. Doctor’s hardly give 20-30 seconds on a visit and don’t explain things properly 4. Doctor’s suggested remdesivir on second day itself when it was clearly not required Pros: Nurses and cleaning staff are genuine and prompt Overall go for well established names as you’ll get better treatment at better prices

The overall experience within the hospital was worst. First of all the receptionist, attitude was non cooperative at the emergency moment. They tried to fool us by providing normal room at the pricing of super deluxe room. Although, the medical department was non cooperative as well, they tried to fool us by making fake bills, without even knowing about the patient's details.

I went there for RCT. Service provided by them is very good. Staff and Doctor are very good. I would recommend to anyone in need of medical care.

Their emergency ward has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the quality of care provided. The staffs are very unorganised and not trained as well. And the staffs incharge behaviour is pathetic. It will be a great mistake if someone will going to visit this hospital, it's better to visit a government hospital . The emergency ward staffs are not even listening and always looking at phone 📱.And they don't have basic manners and who the hell is hiring them . There should be proper mechanism in hiring them .

Wish I could have given the rating in the minus. The receptionist was unable to read what the doctor has written, instead of asking him that sir I am unable to understand as she has more important works to do such as talking on phone ; she made the receipt after I only told her that it is for liver, dengue and malaria. After that, she made a wrong dengue test receipt for me and money of 3600 was the total charged. For which I got to knew that it is the wrong test done but, then I told them to do the test which needed to be done, she literally had the audacity to ask for the money for her own mistake, instead of apologising. I mean I have to give the sample again there was no fault of mine, you already took money for a test which was not even recommended. Now, you want me to pay once again for a test which needed to be done in the first place itself. Never wanted to write a bad review for anyone but, you pushed me to do this.

Excellent hospital. Very nice staff behavior especially neetu mam. She used to come every time and asks if we need anything and provided quick service. All doctors and nurses and staff is very helpful

**AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS!** My friend recently had a terrible experience at this hospital. He went in for a routine checkup, but the doctor misdiagnosed him with a serious illness. He then prescribed my friend expensive medication that he didn't need. When my friend went to another hospital for a second opinion, he was told that he was perfectly healthy. I'm convinced that this hospital is just trying to make money by conducting unnecessary tests and prescribing unnecessary medication. I would urge everyone to avoid this hospital at all costs. **Here are some specific examples of the things that went wrong:** * The doctor didn't spend any time listening to my friend's symptoms. He just rushed through the appointment and made a diagnosis based on a few quick questions. * The doctor ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests. Some of the tests were so expensive that my friend had to go into debt to pay for them. * The doctor prescribed my friend a medication that he didn't need. The medication had a lot of side effects, and my friend felt terrible while he was taking it. * When my friend went to another hospital for a second opinion, the doctor there was shocked at the way he had been treated at this hospital. He said that the diagnosis was wrong and that the medication my friend had been prescribed was unnecessary. I'm so angry that my friend was taken advantage of by this hospital. I would urge everyone to avoid this hospital and go to a different hospital for their healthcare needs. **Additionally, I would like to warn everyone to be careful about the hospitals they choose. There are many unscrupulous hospitals out there that are only interested in making money, not providing quality healthcare. Do your research and read reviews before choosing a hospital.**

Good Hospital and Staff. Owners themselves being doctors give personalised attention. In my case my dad was suffering with lungs problem. He almost fainted but doctor Mr Ved Pal Yadav who happens to be owner took very good care. He is very down to earth personality and very experienced. Nurses are also very kind and polite. Though my father did not survive due to age and lungs condition, but Doctors did their best in their capacity to save him.

Worst Hospital😡🤬😡🤬😡 staff is very uneducated not well mannered, the person who is in reception is very Fraud his name is Nirpeksh. He tried to fool us and tried charge extra money for the room. There no as such room called super deluxe but he tried to give a personal room to us in extra charges. I took my friend in the midnight and they admitted him around 4pm and they also charged us extra for every test and this hospital is all abou making moneys and the person who sit in the pharmacy he creates fake bills without patient name. I will never advice anyone to go there.

She was under proper medication and in good hands. Thanks to all the doctors and staff. If we could give more than 5 stars, would absolutely do! Dr. Pavana is the kindest, most caring doctor we have met.We highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. And We are glad we found her. Great service, my mother was admitted in this hospital for surgery and we were very much satisfied with the staff. But the discharge summary took a lot of time. My family waited for nearly 6 hours for the discharge.

Very shameful that washroom is very dirty and stink, same inform to staff and ask to them but everyone was silent. Recommend to management to look into this and take immediate action. Thx pawan mathur

Came here for C-section delivery of my Wife. Had a wonderfull experience at SRS. First of all, I would like to appreciate my doctor Dr. Pawana HN. She is not only a doctor, shee treated my wife like a friend, like a family member from the first month of pregnancy. which is commendable. All the staff there are very helpful and solve any kind of problem very politely. They took very good care of my wife and my new born baby. The hospital is neat and clean and will managed staff. Really thank you SRS for such a wonderful facility provided to us.

Visited hospital for a small surgery of my son. Nursing staff of this hospital is very polite, prompt and supportive. During the stay they take care of my son very generously.

Hospital is good w.r.t doctors and service, Mrs. Neetu is the best you can come across for managing the admission of the patient and for any issue you may face, but mgmt. need to look towards Nursing superintendent-Mrs. Omna as shel lacks basic etiquette and communication skill to deal with attendants deducted 1 star because of her, otherwise its a great hospital in the area.

Mine was baby delivery - Overall experience was really good, comfortable. OT process was also done promptly and got discharged on second days without any issue.Thanksnto Ssr and Shalini Mam for easy and comfortable process.

I came to SRSH Hospital from Assam to have my spine surgery. I got very good treatment. The staff behavior is fine too. Everyone is very helpful. Specially thanks to Dr. Himanshu Tyagi sir..& Rahul gujjar sir, & Nitu Mam..if you have spinal problems, you can come and see him. He is a very good doctor.
