The place is not that big. Free drink inside. They don't mention that you have to pay extra for their boots just told you everyone go inside must wear. It's a new rules and remember the ticket can not refund.

Total waste of money and time. The place seems like a organised ripped off. Taxi driver is interested to take you there to get heavy commission like few other low grade place. From reception to the end, the staffs are rude and careless. Even they charge extra 3% if you pay by card. Inside is pretty small and they won’t even provide you gloves and you need to buy that. I wonder how the review is around 4! Probably most are fake reviews as well.

We were visiting such a place for the first time. It felt pretty amusing but its not that huge. Overall it was fun experience for us. Kids will love it. We have to pay additional for shoes and gloves which doesn't make any sense for such a place. I found it a bit hard inside when my hands started getting numb and I wished I had rented the gloves.

I've just been there with my family on 27 July 2020. It was very beautiful place for photography and a good choice to hangout with family members. It's very cold inside. I recommended that you should bring your gloves, boots, and earcuffs there. The gloves at the counter are available for sale as well but they're very thin and barely help you to protect -15 degrees inside. They're also allow you to go inside again one more time but for me, just one is enough. 😂

The place is not that big. There are outdoors area with (not so real) statues and indoor area with ice sculptures. Free drink come with it is pretty nice. However, they do not mention that you have to pay extra money for their boots (regardless of whatever shoes you wear). Same with overcoat but they give rental for free already so that’s totally fine. Be careful coming here during COVID times though. Seems like a good place to get infected

Inside area is a little small. But very cold -15 degree Celsius. They take 90 baht per person for coat and shoe rent.. and this do not include gloves - gloves extra 60 bath. Better buy on klook much cheaper

This is a really fun place that you will find nowhere else in the world, you can see ice sculptures, go on ice slides, take pictures with ice attractions, and even includes it’s own restaurant with it too.

It was a magical experience with Frost Magical Ice of Siam! Take some photos outside before going inside because the heat of the sun will melt you down after being frosted inside...🤪 They have different spots to take as many photos as you want. The best experience was sliding on the ice but it was much more fun if they were longer. They also offer free drinks placed in an ice glass that's included in the entrance fee. The entrance fee is 350 baht for Thai and 600 baht for foreigners. Foreigners with work permits may use it to get the price for Thai nationals.

Really good place They serve soft drinks in ice cups Please make sure you don’t visit in very high temperatures outside. The statues they’ve made inside are just mind blowing. I don’t know how much effort it takes to make them and maintain them. The statues outside made from ceramics i guess are also very beautiful. Amazing sculpting. All white. Good place for nice photos, depends on the weather In the evening time they have spectacular lightings

Nice experience to drink out of ice mug. Ticket includes overcoat but Need to pay extra for shoes and socks which is shame considering it’s mandatory. Hence, knocked off a star rating. Recommend to rent or get your own gloves to avoid frostbite which again is a shame they don’t inform during entry. Outside of this ice and snow area, there isn’t much to see.

The exterior is beautiful but the interior of snow area is average. The temp is -15 so bring your gloves otherwise you eill have to buy them. They give you complimentary welcome drink which is even less than half a glass served in a snow glass. Place is very unhygienic. Visit if you have never visited a snow park before

Frost Magical Ice of Siam in Pattaya offers a unique and immersive experience, particularly for those who have never encountered snow before. The attraction provides half an hour of awe-inspiring entertainment, but it can be a bit costly for families, especially when factoring in the additional expenses for coat and boot rentals. Inside, visitors can enjoy slides, admire ice sculptures, and even visit an ice bar where they serve drinks in ice glasses. It's important to note that the temperature inside is a chilly minus 15 degrees Celsius. Overall, it's a fascinating and refreshing experience, albeit with some potential extra costs

Great for the photos that you see online but not much more too it other that a giant cold room with ice sculptures. 1 time trip for pictures if passing through, hard to justify the cost just for pictures.

Good for people who haven't seen snow before. It's -15 C inside, so bring your own gloves and ear muffs, or you'll have to buy them inside. In my opinion, it's a money trap. The place is not as big as it was advertised, and the ticket is too expensive for that size. Also, though renting the snow boots is compulsory, they make you pay extra for it. The staff is very friendly.

There is no countermeasure for the COVID situation other than placing alcohol gel at various points. Everyone needs to wear the same sweater and shoes. and there is no limit on the number of visits a lot of people during the festival. Not worth the ticket price.

It was super cold. Nonetheless enjoyable. When you arrive you will be given socks that you can keep, boots and a winter coat. They don't provide gloves so I suggest bringing a pair. Or you can purchase a pair from their booth. Your hands will freeze without the gloves. It is quite a small place but it's good enough for how cold it gets. There is a restaurant outside foe you to grab a bite. You can get the perfect Instagram shots inside and enjoy a drink served in an ice glass. The carpets are tearing and the cushions put in for sitting were dirty. A little maintenance and housekeeping is in order. Apart from that I had a good time. I danced a little because they had good music.

Never even made it inside! We were next door at the Grand & Sweet Ice Cream / Candyland Park ( recommended 120 baht per adult ). While there you can’t not see the giant FROST attraction, so after melting in the sweet sun, we went to check it out after and hopefully cool off. When entering it looks like the place is closed and really run down. No maintenance or upkeep. Parking lot was completely empty and as we attempted to park in the 1 spot with Shade we were told to move. Entry was confusing and the price was 600 baht per person and then they have mandatory items they try to charge you another 90 baht for shoes, 60 baht for gloves, 60 baht for a hat. They couldn’t show us any of them at the front or was anything that we saw at the ticket counter interesting enough for us to proceed. Being the ONLY people there and 15mins of back n forth negotiating … We were so turned off and confused by everything at that point, we just decided not to go in. With lots of busy nearby attractions…. There’s a reason why this place is empty and deserted.

Best way to book from Klook...One suggestion to everyone please buy hand cloves of 60 bhat else don't touch Ice because it can worse ur day inside .. Mistakenly i touched I can not bear hand pain so i buy gloves because of they provide free juice with ice glass so you need to touch ice...personal experience charge you extra 90 bhat for boot and shockes boot you need to refund shockes is your so keep reminde it

AVOID this place if you are a foreigner. Although 95% of foreigners here are here either for marriage, children, or retirement they feel they can charge foreigners more than double the price.

I didn’t find it worth 700 THB+. Entry fee is 600THB +60 THB for shocks and 90THB for boots and renting them is compulsory. It’s a small place and definitely not worth that price. Won’t recommend for others

  • 4/5 Thasinas D. 4 years ago on Google
Wonderful sculptures outside, with light illumination at night time. Inside, however, only a small area with awesome but not very delicate ice sculptures. The temperature is -10 C and may be as low as -17 C with less visitors. There are coats free to rent but boots requires some fees. This might not be disappointed but personally I expected a bit more.

An extremely smart place, especially for those who have never seen snow in their lives. It’s an awesome half an hour but a bit expensive for the family, be aware that after you buy the tickets they will sell you the rentals for the coats and the boots. You will find some slides inside and sculpture and also an ice bar Whereby they give you Cola or Marinda in an ice glass

Disappointed. The thing I found annoying is you buy the ticket to entry but then need to spend 90B per person for their footwear whether you want it or not. It is compulsory but not included at the time of ticket purchase. The ticket is expensive for a VERY small exhibition. (Then add the 90B) If you have never seen snow or ice before, you may be impressed. If you are from Northern Europe (N. America, etc) I imagine you will be underwhelmed.

It’s good place to have an experience here. The place is small, there’s slider, cold till -15’C. There’s dual price. 600 THB for expats. 350 THB for local or expats who have work permits.

  • 5/5 jvelazquez9398 4 years ago on Google
Definitely worth a visit, just make sure you are wearing socks and closed toe shoes. Temperatures are really cold obviously since the sculptures are made of ice. There are some nice sculptures outside before entering the main site and they give explanations of the various creatures created. Entrance for a foreigner is 600bht Thai national I believe was 350bht. Fee includes a coat, entrance and soda inside of a frozen glass.

So if you want to escape the sun of Bangkok and experience real chill, enter the Frost and enjoy as long as you want .. Regret coming out of it to the sun, later. Not much to do inside though , except for taking pictures. Children can have a slide on snow, which is truly fun.. Doesn't take more than an hour or so. If your bones can bear the chill longer, good for you 😉

Very cool experience. :) Way overpriced but still great for the novelty. It's a little way out.of Pattaya but easy to find if you have a car (and Google Maps) It is truly a shock going from 33°C to -15°C and then back again, but overcoats and boots are provided. Although gloves are not. The areas inside are interesting but not very expansive, overall quite a gimmick but an interesting one if you make the most of it.

There are amazing sculptures outside and a freezing tour of ice sculptures inside as well. Be well prepared because it is very cold but if you're comfortable being in the cold, it's gonna be okay. Shorts are the last option if you don't have any clothes so yeah dress properly for this place.

Here in this place you will experience -10 °c room. The ticker entrance is 600thb, you will get pair of shocks n shoes and also winter coat, you will enter a room and coomplimentart with optional juice strowberry or orange. Before entering the icy room wou might take a picture thailand anccestor creators statues which is so artistic, you can also purchases some souvenirs in here.

Spectacular... Best part is the ice world inside is not slippery and wet like other places. The floor is matted so you don't slip or need any snow boots. It is really chilly inside so people so can be a bit uncomfortable for some. The free drink inside is nicely served in an ice tumbler but they charge 60 baht for gloves so that you can hold the tumbler made of ice.lol. Overall nice for photography 👍.

Nice for people to experience ice winter time in a tropical country like Thailand. Good place for photo shoots with large white sculptures outside and the ice sculptures inside with different colored-lights. Enjoyed also the ice slides and drinks with glasses made of ice too. 🥰💜👍

(Translated by Google) Price is gradually higher The city of ice is not very big in the cabinet, if going, do not wear slippers. And you should bring your own gloves and socks, if you don't take them, you have to buy more expensive, can be used in a very cold closet -15 c.

(Translated by Google) An ice carving shop similar to that in Beijing and Harbin Air is very cold, signature water poured in ice to form Wow Wadi jelly. There is not much to see.
