The store is nice, but the customer service counter staff are not professional enough. If you need a tax refund service, please do not go to the store for a short time. I spent nearly 3,000 baht near noon on May 24, 2023, which has reached the tax refundable amount At that time, there were 5 or 6 staff members at the counter, but no one knew the actual tax refund process. The staff who helped us even took the phone to video chat with her friends or colleagues to ask how to deal with tax refund issues. In the end, after more than 30 minutes of processing, the tax refund was still unsuccessful. In order not to delay the next trip, I could only choose to give up the tax refund. At the same time, I also hope that the professional training of the staff of such a large-scale supermarket as Big C will be sufficient.

Outside of the building there is a small market. The first floor of the building has various shops and restaurants, food court at the back and a lot of shoes and clothes sales in the hallway. The second floor is actually the Big C supermarket.

Ok. Low cost supermarket. Can also purchase in bulk (for business use). Service at counters is slow though. For faster service one better goes to the MAKRO Nakorn-In branch, a bit further west on the same road.

Only 2-minutes walk from the purple-line Ministry of Public Health MRT station, Big C Tiwanon offers you day-to-day discount shopping at its lowest price. Food court is great here at some extent as there are two kiosks serving fresh coffee-- international food is not served here as target customers are mostly Thais.

I was able to find all the things I forgot to pack, have a delicious inexpensive lunch (50 Baht), purchase groceries for dinner, and exchange money all in one location!
