I went to buy water heater, bed and chair, staffs are so nice and helpful with sincerity. Staffs in water heater and bed is so nice and smile but in chair section neat SB may be tired, she did not smile and not help us. If you want to buy stuff for home or office, it is great to come, there are lot of thing to choose with helpful staff.

Nice and quiet and clean. Helpful staffs and approachable. It's a walking distance from The Mall Ngamwongwan thru Lotus and the back parking lot to the main building. You can pretty much get it all from one stop. What I like the most it's not too big and you can just relax walking around checking out the stuffs and comparing the price. I just got the weather heater recently and a staff was very helpful and gave me some good advice and basic info about the machine for my condo. I'm glad I bought it from them and hopefully my next purchase will make me happy and won't regret about my decision.

Tle at the Home Pro was so helpful. He even asked his father to communicate with me since I don’t speak Thai.

You buy something and at home unpack and want to use but it not work like it should the things you want to use it with not fit. And now the family tell me if unpack it can not change. So the money gone and still no good product.

good. parking lot enough space. i got every thing that i want. however, i got one thing that i bought not good product. it is shower. i didn't check it before. one of them is already open and don't have the hanger. so, i disappointed me.

Huge branch, has 4 stories but the store is on 1-3rd floor. I think they use the ground floor as office & warehouse. Spent much less than estimated as they run year end promotions. Salespersons are knowledgeable and attentive. The only drawback is no 0% installments option of cc payment. Not much photo, exhausted reading the tag & research of the items one by one. 👀
