Went in to get my wedding ring resized just 1/4 of a size up. The jeweler was able to bump it up to this size and didn’t charge us anything. Don’t know why you’d jewelry shop anywhere else! Excellent customer service and amazing selections. Just happy to have my ring back on my finger without getting taken advantage of by another jeweler.

I was gifted a Roberto Coin necklace that kept breaking and I couldn’t figure out why. BC Clark Classen Curve took my necklace and offered to replace it with a new one. When we couldn’t find the receipt of purchase due to it being a gift, the store management took it in their own hands to offer to remake the necklace for me at no charge. Turns out the original necklace didn’t pass their stress test, clarifying it was a bad model with brittle gold. They remade each chain in the necklace. It looks the same but is so much better. I appreciate the above and beyond customer service and support. Cannot recommend this location enough.

I could not have been happier with the customer service at BC Clark. I took in a ring we had purchased less than a year ago that lost a stone. Nora sent it in to the manufacturer and when they returned it she didn’t think the repair was done satisfactorily so she sent it back and had them revise their work. I appreciated the advocacy and that her standards were top notch! She also waived all the shipping costs since it took 2 months to get the repairs done. Thank you Nora!!

It was refreshing and much appreciated to work with a Rolex/Tudor AD who doesn't play games. I have very little jewelry buying history (despite being married for 30 years, neither my wife nor I wear jewelry, apart from she wearing earrings) and had heard and read about Rolex dealers prioritizing some customers over others, charging premiums over and above MSRP, requiring large down payments, etc. I spoke with Bruce Nickell at the Classen Curve store last year at length about watches and what I wanted. (My wife and I presently own and USE offerings from Seiko, Orient, Longines, Oris, Tudor, and Omega, because it's nice to tell the time or time an event on something without the interruption of a text message.) Bruce took my name and contact information and dutifully recorded it in a book. As simple as that. He kept his word and called me when my requested watch was available. No drama, no aggravation, just the excitement of buying my first Rolex. I also found it helpful working with someone who knew watches as well as Bruce.

His enthusiasm and polite character help make your special purchase a good memory. I most recently purchased a Rolex timepiece from BC Clark. It took a couple years to arrive due to supply shortages, but it was most certainly worth the wait.

We worked with Christine and from start to finish it was a solid gold experience. The design process was full of curiosity and fun. Christine really heard what we wanted for the stones and feel of the piece. In addition, the staff were welcoming and the showroom was comfortable.

Joe was outstanding to work with. My wife literally stated what she was looking for in 2 short sentences. Joe was attentive and showed us all the rings in the exact style she wanted. He knew his stuff! My wife decided she wanted a ring that wasn’t in stock. Joe arranged to have the ring shipped to the store, called me when it got in and his communication was outstanding. He made us happy about spending thousands of dollars, it was a great experience. A side note, Joe helped us buy an Ippolita necklace a week or so before assisted in getting a few batteries replaced in 2 watches, and was a class act. Joe is our jeweler for life!!!!!! I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, her wealth of knowledge regarding the history of the stones in the earrings and ring, her patience in helping me find just the right fix for each of the earrings and, after looking at several settings, her help in deciding to keep the ring as is.
