My experience while shopping at BC Clark’s was great! Anne Collins waited on me and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. What I needed was simply a cartridge for an ink pen I had purchased years earlier. Anne looked up my purchase history to see exactly what I needed, then contacted the ink pen company to locate places where the cartridges can be purchased. Anne then forwarded all of the information to me. All of this for a cartridge. That is service indeed. Anne’s commitment to serving her customer went beyond my wildest expectations. Anne also helped me pick out a frame which I purchased as a gift. I can honestly say I was treated as if I had just purchased an expensive piece of jewelry. Went in to have my Omega worked on when the pin holding the bracelet worked it's way out. Since I was traveling I hoped they could get to it in a couple days, but instead they had it taken care of while we got lunch. The biggest surprise was it was no charge even though it is an older watch I bought elsewhere. Everyone in the store, even the security guard, was very friendly. The only possible drawback was their very nice selection of watches, there is now a very good chance that I'll have something shiny and new on my wrist sooner rather than later. Also, I'm given to understand that their jewelry was also very good, on the level of Tiffany and Cartier, well worth a visit if you are in the market.

My wife and I returned to BC Clark after 25 years to upgrade the diamond solitaire in her engagement ring. We originally purchased it from BC Clark back in 1995, and have since relocated to Kansas City. We made the 5+ hour road trip back to OKC just to buy from our favorite jeweler once again. It was great to be back, and the service and expertise is as good now as it was 25 years ago. We felt relaxed and at ease in the friendly environment, and the staff was phenomenal. It’s the only place we’ll go for the highest quality diamond jewelry.

The customer service at BC Clark is incredible. It is so great that I flew down from Seattle to buy my girlfriends engagement ring there. Weeks leading up to the trip, Sonda Jones (Northpark Store) went above and beyond my expectations and helped coordinate a selection of beautiful diamonds for me to view. She was very responsive with emails, calls, and texts and helped me choose an amazing ring. Sonda made the process very fun and enjoyable. After the ring was made, the store overnight shipped it to me. Sonda even notified me again when it was out for delivery so I could be ready to sign for it. And most importantly, the ring is absolutely stunning. BC Clark has a rich history in Oklahoma and have been in business for over 125 years. They have an incredible diamond selection and will find you a beautiful stone that meets your budget. I look forward to making a second trip to purchase wedding bands in the coming months.

All I can say is WOW about our experience at BC Clark. Shannon helped us from the moment we walked in and made us feel so comfortable. We had been to another jewelry store and thought we had made our minds up, but we had this feeling that we should just go and check them out. Thank goodness we did! Shannon took the time to look for the exact idea of what I was wanting for an engagement ring. We couldn’t find the perfect one already made, so she said let’s build it ourselves! I was really nervous about that idea because I wouldn’t be able to physically see the finished product. But — the pictures were so life-like and they even printed out a version of the band so I could try it on and see how it looked. I purchased a ring from BC Clark Jewelers on 12/7 at 2pm and received it the next day at around 11am. I never expected the ring to be shipped out that quickly. I was really pleased with the customer service I received and the response time. They took the time to send me additional pictures because I was not able to view it in person. Lance Masterson was the representative that took care of my order and communicated with me.
