We were pleasantly surprised at the friendly, well decorated, clean and well organized restaurant. The food was delicious as we both had soup and a croissant sandwich. The server was attentive, lively and a great asset to the store. We will certainly return when we are in the Cape Coral area. The no sugar added mixed berry pie is awesome. A happy place to visit.

Perkins used to be my favorite breakfast place. Food was ALWAYS hot and delicious. In the last few months, the quality of the food really has gone down. My eggs are cold when I get them and the cheese isn't melted in the eggs. My strawberry pancakes came with only strawberries no powder sugar as the menu states. The bacon is soggy and under cooked. When I arrive for curbside pickup, their behavior is less than helpful. I understand they are busy and extremely short-handed, but they still need to deliver great service to all customers. I am going to take a break from Perkins and find a place that has better food and service.

Absolutely great place with so many options to choose from and such a welcoming staff. We got smiles as soon as we walked in and were seated right away. Our wonderful waitress, Kayla, was on top of everything from checking up on us, giving us just the right amount of creamer for our coffee, and even taking the best photo of my husband and I, since it was my birthday breakfast😁. The food was outstanding and very minimal wait time. Thank you so much Kayla for your outstanding and unforgettable service! We’ll be back again!☺️

Food was delicious. We were seated and our order was taken in less then 5 min. Our food was at our table in less then 20 min from the time we walked through the door. Service was excellent. Our sever Kayla was on point with everything we requested including taking a nice picture of my wife and I. My wife and I highly recommend this location.

1st time customer for take out pies. We ordered 2 pies for pickup for my husband's birthday party. The wild Berry pie was beyond expectations for a yummy filling and light pie crust. The cherry pie was also delicious, again surprising us with lots of filling and tasty crust. Highly recommend. Great price.

This is one of the best Perkins I have been to. The staff is generally nice and knowledgeable. The food is better than any other diner in town. Dessert selection is on point. The cook always makes my eggs perfect. Highly recommend their mimosas for brunch on Saturdays!

After Ian we were longing for some comfort food. So many of the restaurants are closed. We were so happy to see cars in the parking lot! As we walked toward our seat I could see an array of food that the dining guests had ordered. Everything looked so tasty. But still I ordered my fav, Grandmas Omelette! The waitress was from the Ft Myers location, but her store didn’t have electricity. Even during a National Disaster the food was as delish as ever!

Delicious food! Delicious shakes!! Delicious pie!!! We were stuffed!! Great portion sizes! We couldn't finish our meals and brought home leftovers... Low wait time during lunch rush.. Low wait time during breakfast... Fast service.. I'll go back time and time again !!!

It was our first time there at this Perkins our waitress Connie was amazing there was about 20 of us and she took care of all of us without a hitch without a problem definitely recommend would go again

Picture this.. you walk in, the smells hit you & then you see it...ahhh the desert case! Top to bottom treats to finish off your meal. The friendliest service, good size portions & good food & good prices. A definite must do

My parents and I ate breakfast at this Perkins location, and the customer service from everyone was wonderful. It had been a very long night as my family was up all night because my dog had to have emergency surgery, so the kindness and excellent service meant so much to me and my parents. Our waitress, Kayla, took our order, and when we got our food it was big portions, nice and hot, and Kayla checked on us throughout our dine in. The other staff crew helping out to get our drinks, and the cashier was just as kind. I highly recommend this Perkins location for a great meal, and friendly service. You will walk out with a happy experience.

The food was good and the place was clean, however our waitress was not as welcoming. Our cups were dirty and she gave us our bill shortly after we started eating. We didn’t ask for it… my egg whites tasted sweet too. I wasn’t too happy with that. I took a bite and left it alone. I did inform the lady up front about them and that’s when she noticed our waitress gave us the wrong ticket. I would’ve paid for someone else’s meal. We love eating at Perkins and the one here especially, but today was a disappointment.

We stopped here for breakfast with the kids, the service was excellent and the food wasn't too bad There was plenty of parking right outside and there was no wait to be seated The baked goods counters looked excellent, and our kids loved the cookies that they got after their meal I'd definitely recommend a visit if you're passing through

I absolutely love visiting this location . I currently reside in Tampa but whenever I am in the area I have to visit . The food and desserts are consistent. I love the cleanliness of the dining area and the fact that the GM makes it her business to come out and make sure the food and service are to the customers satisfaction. She shows that it’s nice to be nice .

Love this place doesn't matter if you are getting breakfast lunch or dinner. All the food is delicious. Even the white fish was great especially for a diner. My husband always gets the hearty man's breakfast and they always make is just right. We always have a hard time at other places they never make his eggs right. But at this Perkins they are always right on point. And every Monday you get a free slice a pie with any meal breakfast lunch or dinner meal. 10/10 would recommend

Waitress could have been a tad bit friendlier in the beginning but seemed to soften as the meal went on which was nice. I had a tater tot skillet with eggs, sausage, and gravy and it was really yummy and comforting. I also had some corned beef hash and a lemon raspberry tart for dessert! The place is dated and could use a remodel tho…

is the night before Thanksgiving and I made a pumpkin pie. My pumpkin 🎃 pie did not turn out very good. I use grated fresh ginger and it made it very bitter. Anyway, getting back to the point, it was 5 o’clock and I called Perkins because they have such good pies and the girl there was so kind she put one aside for me. When I walked in the door, there was a line out the door. It took me 15 minutes to get to the counter. Thank goodness I called ahead. I really really appreciated her service. It’s nice to have people like that in the service industry. People who really care.

We came in on Sunday the 5th of November for breakfast, haven’t been to this location in a while. I was pleasantly pleased to see its under new management! It was great seeing the GM, (Nathan), out with his staff and making sure everything was going smoothly. I could over hear his praises to the crew. Explains a lot! The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent! We will definitely be back soon!

Usually a good place to eat. Appetizer was burnt and greasy ( fried pickles) If they were short handed it would have been nice to be told. Before we sat down we bought the last pie and was charged $31 because it was the wrong pie we were charged for. Back to dinner, took almost an hour to get our food. Prime rib sandwich was mostly fat. Not happy!!

We had the best breakfast ever! The pumpkin pancake platter was great, and my husband loved his also! Our server, Teresa W., was excellent! She was so nice and very attentive! Went to dinner after my sons school function. My husband got there around 9:10 ordered drinks and appetizers before the rest of us got there. As soon as we sat down we ordered our food around 9:20. Food came out around 10. By 10:20pm we heard a man yell in the back, we close at 10 then the lights went out! We couldn’t finish our meal. Definitely will not be back!

This is by far my favorite Perkins restaurant to go to. My pregnant wife craves Thanksgiving dinner all the time or pot pie and always late at night. The manager William is an absolute asset to this location and is always helpful. If it wasn't for him I don't know that this store would be as fantastic as it is. I know I'll be coming back for years to come. All around an amazing experience always here.

I have a video but don't know how to post it. Toast was black, French toast was golden brown perfect on one side, uncooked slime on the other side. I don't complain much and didn't while there but it was the worst $70 I've ever spent, including just getting ripped off for something.

Went for breakfast today, walked in with a smile and the host/cashier glanced up and looked away. So a waitress grabbed a menu, didn't say a word, sat me in her station. The food was good but my third bite she dropped off the check never to be seen or heard from again. They weren't even busy and yet I couldn't get get a refill on my drink! Meanwhile she says to her other customers Have a blessed Thanksgiving, bye. TIPS = To Insure Prompt and Courteous Service

Have loved this place for years...so sad there is only one now. All types of food and good portions! Breakfast all day, and their bakery is awesome. Pies galore! Good place for seniors, families, really everybody.

Had the pork chops dinner with grilled asparagus, green beans & bacon. They give you 3 different seasoning options for the pork chops, I got cajun and it was delicious. A little on the pricey side but everything was great so worth it.

Had a great meal and a fair price but for some reason service was incredibly slow and during my time there always people waiting to be seated and ignored. Food was good and served was lovely just a long wait in-between courses.

My wife and I have never met a waitress that was as kind, caring and attentive to every detail when it came to making her customers feel at home. We love Connie. She's the reason we only come to this Perkins. 😀

The food is just ok here. Nothing too stellar or to write home about. The service is good though. Their pies and muffins are the best. It's worth going here for their bakery goods.

I go here every weekend and the food is great. They’re back from their Covid restrictions on the menus, and all the syrups are out too. Not a bad place to go. Thanks Perkins for a great brunch!
