Had the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Crust a nice thickness, flavourful and it was cooked perfect. The service was friendly and delivery was quick. Thank you for such a great pizza and service!

Ordered a pizza for delivery. We are within walking distance and it took over an hour. Supposed to be thick crust was basically thin. Driver forgot the drinks and then brought warm ones from his car. Only options for tipping on the Machine were 15, 18, and 30%.. new management is clearly trash.

Placed an order for a pizza and other stuff. Order arrived late and missing some items. Called and spoke with store manager who told me he can't be responsible for his employees actions. Then told me I would have a credit on my account for my next order. Surprise surprise when I placed another order there was no note on file and all it ended up with was an argument. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

Ordeeed a pepperoni pizza. Cheese was missing and holes everywhere’s crust was stale and tasted like pre-made grocery store crust.

Honestly, just drive to Merrikville for the location there. Not worth the hassle with the Kemptville location especially when your order is consistently wrong. I call in my order and pray that what I ordered is what i pick up or the price I ordered at. Called and asked for the special at $15 but was charged $27 when I got to the store. Apparently the special online isn’t what you get in store. Avoid this location, just go to Merrikville, soooo much better.

I ordered a dessert pizza for delivery. They were out of my first choice of topping, bananas. Which is okay, but the liquid the strawberries were kept in made the bread soggy and it melted the Chocolate off the pizza and got onto the sides of the box. Also all the strawberries fell off and were in a big pile in the corner of the box. So I got a big wet mess. In the future I would ask for no fruit toppings at all and add my own at home if available. Also not a fan of the online delivery not letting me order without adding something extra just because I was 5 cents off.

We love getting take out from Milanos food is always good and so is the service!

Extremely good pizza the best around Ridiculously overpriced but I pay for it every time because it's good 🤷‍♂️🤦
