I thought that was a nice gesture so I decided to give them a second chance and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Hill is the best doctor that I have seen in a very long time. They’re staff is so professional and caring.

Absolutely incompetent. I was a patient at this office and have since fired Dr. Purdy. I was treated by their office for a slip and fall with damage to my shoulder and loss of consciousness. During my visit, they sent me for an MRI. In the doctors notes the put the mechanism of injury as a car accident, and have repeatedly refused to amend the notes in their records to reflect the correct mechanism of injury, despite me telling them three times prior to treatment, during treatment, and after treatment that it was a slip and fall. My lawyer has requested bills/records from their office, twice, and has not received, and it's been 60 days. Now, once I'm done suing the place I fell as a result of the virtual slip and slide I walked in on, I get to sue this office for malpractice. This office can not be trusted. If they put the wrong notes in my file, for something simple, and can't get that right, they are going to get someone killed by putting the wrong notes in someone else's file for something far more serious. They also failed to call my prescriptions in to the pharmacy during my first visit and it took more than a week to get my prescriptions filled, and multiple phone calls to this office begging them to send the prescriptions in. This medical practice is terrible and I do not recommend that anyone utilize their services as you may be playing roulette with your life.

They made back to back mistakes which caused an 8 day delay in getting my prescription from the pharmacy. First they failed to send my prescription in a timely manner. The first two attempts to send it electronically didn't work so they called it in and gave the pharmacy contradictory instructions. I needed an eye ointment and the doctor told the pharmacy to make a topical solution gel which cannot be applied to the eye. You would think a doctor would know that. Incompetent coordinator Kendra then called for topical gel instead of the ointment I needed. Nurse didn't say my blood pressure 126/68 indicated prehypertension or elevated blood pressure.

Can't speak for the doctors, they were probably nice. The receptionist is just horrible. She gave us wrong information then tried to blame it on someone else when we called back. 🙄😑 Couldn't get past the service of the front desk.

-Poor Communication: Won't return mine or my pharmacies calls and as such the pharmacy won't fill my diabetic medication that i rely on. -Treatment rooms are NOT private, other patients can hear everything going on in your room (not sure if that violates HIPPA guidelines and patient privacy). I don't want to hear other patients personal information nor do i want others to hear mine. -Dr. was condescending about my spine injury and tried to tell me her problems are worse than mine (which they aren't) and nor do I care about your issues, I came for help in regards to my body which i know better than anyone and not to be told my injury is nothing or to hear about your personal life. I've been hospitalized 3 times for it and can barely walk and collapse constantly, if you blow that off then you shouldn't be a Dr. -I signed up for this location under the impression I would be seeing a specific dr., one who isn't even a provider there...

I am a new patient to Hope and couldn't be happier with my experience. I felt valued as a person not just a patient #. Dr. Hill took adequate time during the office visit and staff were friendly. My husband had to give blood and we liked it was available to do right there.

Didn’t even get to see the doctor. Showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment. I filled out paperwork until my appointment time when I was informed by an older woman at the reception desk that my insurance was inactive. I explained to them that I just used my insurance for a doctor appointment this week, but she said that it was inactive and that she left a voicemail yesterday. She then followed that by saying that the doctor would probably not be able to see me because It was too late. I don’t understand why she wouldn’t have told me when I arrived for my appointment. After this interaction I tried to call my insurance but they closed, so I tried to contact my mother because I’m under her insurance. I tried to give the phone to the reception woman but she refused to speak to my mom unless my mom was on speaker. They determined that I could pay with a low income sliding scale, but the receptionist said “if you can even be seen today”. By the time I got off the phone I was so humiliated after everyone heard that conversation on speakerphone and overwhelmed that I began to cry. I was trying to hide that I was crying from people in the reception room, and silently stood there with my back to the patrons and my face towards the desk. The receptionist could see as tears rolled down my cheeks that I was in distress. She callously told me to “have a seat” with the rest of the patrons. I vocalized I was having a panic attack and needed to use the restroom. Instead of telling me where the restroom was she responded “you still have this paperwork to fill out” I replied “are you going to show me the restroom or let me publicly humiliate myself?” I waited in the restroom for my Uber and I’m never coming back.

I was really excited about Hope's value system and philanthropic philosophy, but my experiences there have not been 5 star. Firstly, let me preface this with the fact that I drive 115 miles to be seen at hope. Because of this long travel, I'm always looking to expedite and condense things as much as possible. I feel like I'm encountering resistance, road blocks, and hurdles every step of the way with being seen at Hope. It's also not my favorite thing in life to have a doctor frown and scold me and tell me things I can do to lose weight....especially when it's things I already know and/or have been told on multiple visits. Some of the staff is not super friendly, I've had them be short and gruff more than once. I consistently have to wait more than an hour in the lobby before I'm seen. I have to call and remind them of the medications the doctor was to call in for me. I'm sure if you didn't have insurance and needed a place that would work with you anyways you'd love this place... but for me not so much.

I came here a few years ago. I have recurring shingles which the doctor questioned me and told me it couldn't be shingles so she wanted to perform a test after scraping my shingles for a few minutes while staring at it oddly she then said she would call me back with test results I received a call about a week later of her letting me know she just lost the test and doesn't know where it went. So sorry. And that was that. No other information was given. Another one of my appointments I was experiencing physical pains related to traumatic experience and she said basically I just needed to know that one day I would just have to get over it. I never went back.

I love Dr Paxton-Johnson, she is very caring and really cares about your health. Takes time to help figure out what’s going on and the right plan of action. The office ladies and nursing staff are great as well.

👍👍 The visit at the Craig location was my first doctor appointment in years. I have not had a regular doctor since moving here 25 years ago because I never found one I would go to more than once. 😠 My appointment was at 3:30. I got to the office at 3:15. I waited until 4:20 to get called to check my weight and blood pressure. The nurse left and I stayed waiting for the doctor until 5:20. The doctor asked me what I was there for, which I explained my reasons. He was there for less than 3 minute...
