From start to finish, I feel like this CareNow Urgent Care location provided the utmost care and support. As a patient who registered/checked in online, I was sent a text when I was able to come in. Although busy, the lady on the left side of the desk was quick to acknowledge us and I appreciated that. Then Ernie came and he was awesome to work with…he was supportive of my situation (I know you all work with people who don’t feel good all day, so it’s nice to be able to be acknowledged with kindness and patience) and was very helpful with finishing my check in. Ms. Jeanise welcomed us back and had a great bedside manner. I felt comfortable the whole time I was getting my EKG done and she was able to navigate through everything with such a calm demeanor. And finally, my PA Ms. Sarah acknowledged all my worries and luckily has had a similar experience to me, so when she relayed the information, I felt comforted that I was actually better than I had stressed over. She’s positive and friendly, and I am grateful for her and the staff at this location. I will be recommending you to my colleagues if they are in need of urgent care. The people at CareNow are there to help. Dr. Collier was very thorough with his exam. I felt secure with his findings, my concerns were put to rest. It was all done in a timely manner. All my questions were answered completely. I would go back and recommend CareNow to my friends. It was recommended to me.

Dr Kathryn Kolonic was very understanding and she made it easy to talk to. I don’t have a primary doctor and would love to have her as my doctor but I think she is only working at CareNow Urgent care. As for the staff very helpful, courteous and Professional from the beginning to the end of my visit.

It was my first time here and my experience was well. My estimated wait time was pretty much accurate. Went in to check up on my right shoulder that's been hurting for a few months had some X-rays done in an orderly fashion got my images explained to me I was sent home with my prescriptions that I picked up and was called by thee attending doctor some hour's later with my results to determine what I wanted or need to do next.... Thank you very much....

Front desk service was quick and there to answer all questions. The reason why I’m giving it a 2 is because the doctor on X -ray does not have great communication, told me to fallow to the room and felt like he took off running while I got up! After the X-Ray he did not let me know if I should stay in the room or walk me back to my room, very unprofessional. Restroom sink doesn’t work couldn’t wash my hands and the just expect for the patient to assume the next step.!

Sadly I can't recommend this office. They spend too much time sitting around talking about their personal lives instead of taking care of the patients. They're friendly, but have a total lackadaisical attitude towards their work. They got my birthdate wrong AFTER taking a picture of my drivers license? When they came into the room and asked me for my name and birthdate, they still didn't see that they had the wrong date (huge NO-NO in the medical field) that's what double checks are for. Although this was not a busy day (literally nobody coming in or out as patients, my wife was in their lobby) they forgot that I was there. I took an hour and a half nap in the examination room. Then after waking up and looking out and seeing them just spinning in their chairs talking I asked how long? They sent someone in to give me discharge paperwork where I noticed my wrong birthdate. I told them and they made the change, but I immediately asked if that would affect my prescriptions? They said 'No'. Lo and behold when I got to the pharmacy, the pharmacy showed no prescriptions under my name and birthdate. After asking if they had anything under the wrong birthdate they said 'Yes but your insurance rejected the coverage because of the wrong date'. They also only sent 3 out of the 4 prescriptions. After calling them to get the 4th re-sent they told me they would pass the information to the back. It's 3 days later and they STILL haven't sent in my 4th prescription. Took my wife to another location (same illness) two days later, and even though they were extremely busy we were in and out in a little more than an hour. Don't go to this one.

Wow! I came into the clinic today because I was paranoid about a tickle in my throat and rest assured, Dulce at the front made me feel very welcomed and signed me up for the health savings subscription they offer , because I am a cash pay patient- and it will save me a TON Paradise and Jessica were my MAs and they were complete sweethearts. They made me feel very comfortable at this new clinic and I’m glad they could help me!! And of course the center manager Stephanie- she is a hoot and a half ☺️ thank you guys!

The young woman who answers the phone and works the front desk was wonderful. She was so sweet & friendly. I'm sure her job is very stressful with the many different personalities she has to deal with. I know I couldn't do it. BUTTTTT. I check in online at 9:27am & I left the office 6pm. Not satisfactory. Then when the doctor came in he wasn't friendly. Could tell right away he does not like is job. I couldn't get a word in. He kept talking over me & wouldn't listen. Felt super rushed. The medications he gave me are working, but I needed cough syrup. Not impressed at all. Will go elsewhere next time. To top things off. A walk in came in after me & they were done and left the same time I did. How is that fair?

Stephanie and Dr. Ralph were very understanding and helpful during my visit. They took my vitals and got me sorted out rather quickly. Great care and good hearts. Thank you for your help today.

I don’t know about you but I do not like to go to Urgent Care or ER but this is my second time here and it seems like they understand the assignment. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and they took great care of me. Please continue to provide great customer service and placing people in the right position to do so.

The web check in is really great and makes it easy for all patients. I checked in my parents, myself and my daughter in the comfort of our home and they just messaged us once they were ready for us. The Front desk named Linda was very helpful and friendly in our situation. She was amazing.

Very professional, the front staff. The doctor was very nice, quick. The nurse who did the triage was very nice, very friendly. Put my mind at ease, i've never had an issue ever Coming to this location for years and years.

Tested positive for Covid here on 6/28. Still felt terrible on 7/8 so we did the online check-in and still waited over an hour once they texted that they were ready for me. There was only one person in the waiting area when we got there. When I finally got to exam room, I told them what was going on and any previous/current medical issues. Another 25 minutes and Dr/RN came in and his first question was if I had diabetes. I am a little overweight but I was there for a sinus/ear infection and I'm pretty sure I would've mentioned diabetes in my medical history if I had it. Anyway, rooms are not sound proof in any way. I heard my neighbors entire medical history and conversation with the Doctor. No kleenex or sanitizer in the exam room. No compassion or sense of urgency here. Not thrilled with this visit.

The wait time we were told on the phone was accurate. On-line check in was easy, and we were texted once an opening was available. Once inside, everyone was friendly and efficient. We were treated with dignity and concern, and felt very comfortable being treated.

Very courteous staff. I brought my mother on Thursday to be seen for a lacerated toe and they very nice. Stephanie cut off the bandages my mother had with such care and patience as she was her own mother And the doctor on guard, Ralph worked with such due diligence. We came back again today, Sunday for a follow up and we received the same superb care. Thank you so much thank you Ralph Stephanie Marissa and Elizabeth for your great job.

They were so helpful. I didn’t have my insurance info because i just moved here and it just became effective a few days before i came in. The front desk helped and stayed on the phone calling different numbers to get all info to be verified. I was put in a frustrating situation by my insurance company but the front desk’s customer service and willingness to help alleviated a lot of stress. They’re the best

I had a good experience with this Urgent Care. The staff and Stephanie L. was very nice and helpful. There was a wait time but once my Provider Ralph B got started he didn't stop until he was complete and did his job fast. I would refer and recommend this place to others.

Not a bad location at all! The staff were very nice & helpful. I was able to check in for my home and wait to come in “when they were ready”. When my daughter and I arrived, we did still have to wait about 45 minutes just to be seen (there were only 3 other people in the lobby), so I’m not sure how that mobile check in even works. Once we got in a room, the wait time to see the actual doctor was pretty long as well. They may need more staff!

Simone at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. She was fantastic! The NP Ralph was extremely caring and listened carefully to my issues. I felt well cared for

I had as pleasant of an experience as you can at urgent care. Front desk personnel were very nice, understanding and helpful. The doctors and nurses were fast and effective doing what they needed to do. 3 hrs from check in to check out not bad for paperwork, exam, x-rays and diagnosis.

I checked in online overnight so my son and I could come in by the afternoon. I did not wait too long once it was time for us to arrive. We needed Covid tests from the sickness we’ve been having. The staff was patient and kind, the lobby was set up with social distancing in mind, and the doctor was very friendly, careful, and attentive. Thankfully we had negative tests, but I definitely this location as it was a clean, calm, and pre-testing I didn’t feel like I was too close to anyone. I recommend checking in after midnight the day you want to arrive because they fill up fast! During this season, walk-in wait times are really long. I definitely recommend the location at Craig & Clayton.

The front office staff was really nice and very efficient. I used the online check in, they called and let me know I could head over and I waited Maybe thirty minutes to be seen. Really great. The doctor came in and he asked a few questions (I knew what was happening as it has happened to me before). They did all the box checking doctor stuff, very efficient and professional and really friendly. I have been to this location before but stopped coming because it was so busy but now with the online check in option it's much easier. Just be sure to check in and choose your time frame in the morning otherwise you may not get in that day (you can choose a start time window for walk in).

They were wonderful especially the receptionist (I’m sorry her name but she had red and black hair and the nice eye laches). She was awesome and sweet. Thank you so much!!

The office it self wasn’t busy, the front desk lady was super sweet, checked me right in. The wait time wasn’t long, lobby is a great size, super huge! Mr. Rosalio was fantastic.

I checked in online, got there early and got seen right away. Everyone was super nice and the Doctor sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy immediately.

Since I was a first time patient it took a little longer to register and sign in. Was seen within 45 min and the Dr came in to see me before the nurse was done asking me questions. Everyone was very nice and understanding about no insurance and being new to the area. Very informative and helped me pick a pharmacy close by. I also choose to come here based on all the good reviews. Was in and out within an hour.

Drove to the facility and was told the wait would be 2-2.5 hours. Was advised by front desk staff to sign into website for the wait list and did so right away around noon. At 3:33 received a text saying CareNow was ready for us to come in . Checked in and sat for over 1.5 hours. Went to the front desk and asked when we would be seen and were told that the text we received was not a guaranteed appointment. Why call someone in via text after hours of waiting, if they are not ready for you to be seen. Do not waste your time trying to get medical care at this place. Asked for refund. After getting a co pay refund received a text asking why we had checked in at the facility but left without seeing a doctor. Unbelievable!!!! I guess they mean it on their website when they say check in online and wait at home for your VISIT because you won’t receive care it literally is just a visit!!!

Highly recommend. I used the check in online feature and waited for a phone call to come to the clinic. Total time from start to finish was about 40 minutes once I arrived. The staff was all incredibly friendly and efficient. Will definitely use this location again in the future if necessary!!!

As soon as I was able to connect with the W. Craig & Clayton office staff, I was taken care of by Dulce. Let me say that, her name suits her perfectly. She was the sweetest, most compassionate and helpful person I have encountered within any medical field in quite some time! There should definitely be more people such as herself. She eased my questions & concerns. This brought my anxiety down by several notches. Care Now is quite blessed having her as part of their team!! Thank you, Dulce! I have never been to an urgent care and had a great experience until now. The staff was wonderful i was seen quickly no hrs upon hrs of just sitting there. And the Doctor was polite and apologized for for maybe 10 min i had to wait because of a patient she had to send to the hospital. She was so amazing. From now on that is the only urgent care i will ever go to.

I'm happy to have an Urgent Care Now so close to me. I love the convenience of using the Web Check-in on the site. You can wait at home and they will text you when you can proceed to the office. The facility is clean. The doctors are nice too.

Giving this place a 2 star only because the ladies at the front were very professional and attentive. However, the MA black female with long black hair was a bit abrupt I was feeling terrible due to colon issues and did explain to her that I had seen a doctor (not my pcp) a few days prior who referred me to a GI but obliviously I was there because my symptoms were flaring up and wanted a second opinion or at least more of an urgent medical help because I had to wait a whole week to call the referred GI. This Medical assistant said to me that I could have sucked it up for a few more days until seen by the GI because there isn’t much their on-site doctor can do for me. In all honesty I’m a Supervisor in Chronic Care Management and this is not what you say to a sick individual. Please get your staff better training on how to speak to sick patients without making them feel worse. May consider not coming back and keep my friends and family from coming this Urgent Care because we all deserve assuring words especially when ill.

I work with individuals with mental disabilities,so I visit medical facilities with frequency,especially Urgent Care.Today my experience was like never before due to the exceptional customer service of Ernie.He went out of his way to help me with paperwork,clarify all protocols (He did it for everybody,which is remarkable). I think He represents the organization excellently. His knowledge and professionalism offer confidence to patients,companions or any visitor. I will recommend the place,as long as Ernie and Marrisa are in the front desk.

Destiny was great. She helped me and my family get the testing we needed to go on our cruise. Very nice helpful and understanding. The nurse that helped with the testing was also great helpful and very nice. Made my son feel at ease. Her name was kristi Dr Ferdinand was amazing Clean facility. Thanks a lot for helping my family of 4 get through the vivid testing to enjoy our vacation.
