This place is in a convenient location to me and my children. But it makes no sense that I do the web check in hours in advance. They call me in through text and I’m still waiting in the lobby for about an hr. Why text me then. If I still have to wait an hr in the lobby. They are inconsiderate of peoples time, especially since there are so many sick people around. There was only one person who went in and the lobby is pretty empty.

Our front desk clerk offered great service, personable and was able to make our visit smooth and fast. The physician that assisted us was very knowledgeable and assessed my my daughter with ease and comfort. She explained what my daughter was feeling and how to heal her knee. Thank you so much for your service and great professionalism.

This is my go to location when I'm dealing with not so serious issues. Both times I've come the staff has been very helpful and welcoming. This last visit Linda and Kaylee were super helpful when the system kept kicking back my registration. I always appreciate efficient and friendly staff in these places because I've been to other locations and the staff was not friendly or helpful.

Everyone here was very nice. Especially the two front desk personnel. The nurse was kind and the doctor took the time to explain our results in detail. Very nice when your feeling under. Highly recommend this location.

I felt very sick today with high fever and all my body aching. I couldn’t leave my bed all day. Closer to the evening I finally decided to go to urgent care to find out what’s wrong with me. And based in good reviews I decided to come here. I went online to make an appointment, it said that they don’t make an appointments one hour before closing. So I decided to walk in. On the door there is a sign that they close at 8pm and no appointments necessary. I came at 7:35. When I walked in it was empty. One of the workers or nurses walked out and asked me if I need anything, you could see in her face she was not happy to see me. I said I would like to check in. Then the receptionist came , she said they don’t take anymore clients especially without an appointment. I asked why it says on the door they close at 8 and no appointments necessary. She said she can’t help me, and they are closing. Gave me the address of another urgent care on Tropicana. I walked out very upset and definitely wasn’t ready to drive through the whole town in my condition. So I went to try my luck at another CareNow at Ann & Simmons. They checked me in 15 min before closing time. Treated me with respect and I received all the care I needed. Feel the difference when one CareNow doesn’t really care about you, and another helped you right away.

Front desk was nice and fast with my insurance info. Blaine K. the physician’s assistant was super kool. Good beside manner. And the X-ray tech was super nice as well. I’ll definitely come back if I need to.

The only reason why I gave 1 star is because the establishment is remarkably clean & because there’s not an 0 star rating option. I made an appointment for my daughter at 1pm at this location. I arrived early, which I was told by the receptionist that it would be an hour and a half wait since they were behind. Long story short, we were not seen until 6pm. I won’t ever come back here again. Two of the women staff members gave me attitude. There was one lady in particular that was very helpful & kind, I wish I knew her name. Be grateful of her. She’s the real reason why I gave this establishment a star.

I broke my ankle and was directed to this Care Now. Ale and the front desk staff were helpful and accommodating to me in my condition. I was seen very quickly and received excellent care from Tess who assessed me. Lyndon in X-ray was very patient as I went through the process in obvious pain. The NP was also helpful, and I left in as good of condition as I could. Highly recommend the entire staff at this location. Thanks for being there on my bad day.

It’s annoying to have to do all the online stuff just to get checked in, but I do appreciate how patient the staff are. Be prepared to wait a while in the back- we had 3 of us there to do checks (mostly fly like symptoms) and they insisted that they come in with 3 different things to get an accurate blood pressure reading on the 3 month old… that alone took almost an hour to get accomplished. That being said, the nurses and practitioner were knowledgeable and I will keep using this location when needed

The front desk lady was very nice! I was in the lobby for maybe an 30 minutes before they called me back. My medical assistant LaTonya H was awesome and very friendly! I had to get a nose swab done and she was very gentle, my eyes didn’t even water. People expect to be in and out when there’s only one doctor and 50+ people who are also trying to get seen and that’s very unrealistic. Anyways I think everybody here does a fantastic job even when dealing with rude people!

I had an amazing service with Linda at the front desk. Her engagement skills was awesome. She is very upbeat with a wonderful personality and the M.A. Taylour was also great.. very pleasant and polite. And the service her was very fast… I would definitely recommend this office. The staff, Linda, Latonya, Kaylee and Jessica, at Carenow Urgent Care on Camino Al Norte, are the most professional and caring individuals I have met since I arrived in Las Vegas, 2 years ago. My visit with them for a medical condition was an awesome experience. The doctor and staff are so friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I went on vacation, to San Diego, Ca, shortly after my visit and during my vacation my condition did not improve so I booked a flight back to Las Vegas and hopped in my car to come back to the professional staff that I met last week for a follow up. After my visit, I will be returning to San Diego to finish my vacation. I recommend you to visit them if you ever need urgent medical care.

Currently here. Check in was smooth. Linda, at the front desk… amazing! Personable and took the time to explain the various payment packages. I can’t yet speak to actual wait time because while I did register online, I came in a little early to complete the paperwork for the care package. The environment is very clean which is a plus for me! Huge plus! Okay, so as I typed this the nurse came and got me. Vitals done. Doc just walked in! Under 30 minutes for everything. Definitely recommend. They’re considerate of your time and the bedside manner is some of the best I’ve experienced. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Told me that they only serve Workman's comp cases and if I wanted to stay it would be a 4hr wait. Suggested that I go somewhere else and gave me a list of other walk-in clinics, circling 2 nearby.

Front desk employee, Linda, was the best. Kind , pleasant and knowledgeable. Helped me avoid an ER visit by guiding me to speak with my insurance company. The rest of the team were great as well. In and out in timely manner. No time wasted.

Everything about going here was easy. Linda was very pleasant. Even with the other patients in the lobby she was very personable and made all the chilling feels of going to a clinic just melt away. I was in and out of the office. Provider seemed very "to the point" which wasn't entirely bad as he ended the visit a little more light hearted. I can definitely see me coming back should I need urgent care again.

Today, I made the arrangements online to be seen face to face. The staff texted me as soon as they were ready to see me. They considered the driving distance and I was seen like 5 minutes after I arrived. How wonderful is that! I needed the fast care. The front desk staff, Devin and Linda, were fabulous, polite and friendly.the medical assistant Nico was so kind, nice and attentive. The provider Satin was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, nice and care about and listened to my concerns and provided the needed treatment so I can feel better. I’m very happy and satisfied with the service and experience. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and that you cared about me.

OMG this place is AMAZING. Hands down, best place to go. We were greeted on the phone, and in person by Linda immediately when we came in. Linda helped us with the check in process and made us laugh so hard. She asked us the concern of our visit and we didn’t feel comfortable saying it out loud for everyone to hear, so she said “I understand, don’t worry, one sec” and then handed us a pen and a notepad and was very discreet about it so we felt comfortable, which I have never seen at a clinic before. She then told us the wait time and told us we were able to come back in 2 hours so we would have to wait here the whole time, and we will be seen today and she will make it happen, which she did. She made jokes with us and made us smile so big and made us feel welcome and comfortable, AT A CLINIC. Didn’t even know that was possible, but between her and Karen, they made the visit worth it. My partner didn’t have his phone with him and I wasn’t able to tell him I had to run an errand and will be right back, so I told Linda and Linda passed the message to Karen and they let my partner know that I had to leave for a sec, without me even asking them to tell him. They just took Initiative and did so without me having to tell them to do it, which was greatly appreciated. Also, while waiting in the waiting room, Karen was walking around the whole waiting room and wiped down and sanitized EVERYTHING. And I mean everything, and it made me feel so comfortable knowing this place is taken care of and clean with the thought of the patients in mind. Both have a sense of urgency and are truly spectacular. Incredible experience overall, definitely coming back here if ever need be. Thank you Linda and Karen!!!

The staff was very helpful. I went in 30 minutes before closing and was not expecting much. I was greeted by front desk Linda and Mario who were very pleasant and efficient. The medical assistant Nico was very caring as well. Dr. Singh came in promptly and heard my concerns throughly before diagnosing me. I was out within 30 minutes and left with a solution to my problem. I was feeling awful with a fever when I came in but left happy & thankful that I was in good hands when I needed the help. A location is only as good as the team there so can’t shout them out enough!

The staff is really kind. The wait time was long due to other locations being closed but they called when they were ready so I was able to lay at home for the three hour wait time. The bathroom out front is out of order which is unfortunate for sick people but they allowed me to use the one in the back upon asking. Tonya was my medical assistant and she was amazing. She was very nice and proficient. She was also extremely patient when doing my nose and throat swabs as I was coughing and sniffling. One of the better medical clinic experiences I’ve had by far.

I had my first visit at this location today and I had a great experience with the ladies that treated me so well while I was there. I was received at the front desk by Nicole with the best service and so much kindness. Then I was walked to the back with Tanya who also listened with the up most care and took care of me like no other clinic has before. Very thankful for these ladies who helped me including the provider Bianca, while I wasn’t feeling to great.

Nicole, at check in, is always so kind and welcoming. Tonya, the medical assistant, was so sweet. She really treated me with kindness and was really patient. Bianca, the provider, was very helpful. I’ve had a cough for the last 3 weeks and she was able to get me diagnosed and treated quickly. Love all of the staff at this location and highly recommend if you’re in need of an urgent care.

The place was filthy... just absolutely filthy. The receptionist didn't know what was going on, chastised me for not having insurance (not your business lady!) and then asked me 3 times if I had been charged. Then the nurse came out and yelled at my husband and wouldn't let him come back with me. The doctor seemed nice but… After visiting my regular doctor today I learned that the urgent care guy had just thrown drugs at me to get me out of his office and that there were simple treatments that would have helped almost immediately. Not worth $145. Honestly Google could have given me better urgent care for free.

As always the care was amazing! I know I was only there for a pre-employment drug screen this time but they were able to get me in and out in 30 minutes, even with all the patients they had in the waiting room and I was very appreciative of that! They’re always professional and extremely pleasant to deal with!

I just got turned away for a covid test because they close in 30 minutes and they have been at capacity since 9am. There's was TWO people in the waiting room. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And please don't humor me with your canned, "we're sorry this experience fell short of your expectations" response. You need to DO BETTER. At no time should a SICK patient be turned away.

The front desk staff is so helpful, and the forms are all available online which made taking my whole crew in for testing much faster and simpler. Once we got back to see the nurse and dr, they were both great with my kids, friendly but professional. All around great experience! I highly recommend going first thing in the morning if possible and filling everything out in advance

On Monday Dec. 27th I was turned away for care. It was about noon and I was told rather rudely. If you're going to turn away people at noon. do it nicely. Went to Umc Quick Care.

Went to this location as a Walk In for pre-employment drug screening. Receptionist was very helpful. Alexa performed my drug test and was quick, efficient and overall incredible!!

When I walked in I was immediately greeted and the check in process was quick and easy. I was only in the reception area for a short time before being called back to a room. Dr. Arellano explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood her instructions. Everyone from the front desk to the patient room area was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location. This was one of my best Urgent Care experiences. Thank you to the entire staff at this location.

The entire staff especially the PA was so nice and she treated me as if I was her one and only patient of the day. Having the ability to log in through the website and relax at home while I waited was the greatest. I felt poorly and being able to be home was great. The doctor was great the nurse was great my whole experience was outstanding thank you for your help! The team at care now was wonderful I am glad they were available to help me out. When it was time to get in to see the doctor I saw him in 10 minutes outstanding

Very nice front desk staff. Lobby is clean and bright with TV entertainment. Male technician on my case was courteous and knowledgeable. 3-21-22 is when I was a walk-in for a screening. I would recommend this facility. Good job!

With the online check in process, the wait was short. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and knowledgeable. The nurse and doctor both worked fast and answered any questions I had. Co-Pay for me was only $40 with Culinary. Thanks!

Great staff, Dr. Disalle very caring and compassionate during my visit. Wasn’t happy about the initial wait of 2+ hours, but the front desk worked quickly and I was seen within the hour. Recommend this location.

The office staff is wonderful! They’re friendly, efficient and courteous. Nicole greeted me immediately when I walked in. She assisted me with the check in process and explained to me there was a 3 hour wait. Nicole continue to check on me throughout my wait. Dasia was kind and patient with me. She was gentle when I received my vaccination. No pain!

Anytime I can’t get an appointment for my son with his pediatrician I always use this place as a resort, including for myself and the rest of my family. I appreciate the convenience of the online check-in where I wait in the comfort of my home instead of waiting room full of other sick people. Linda the receptionist is very helpful and quickly to answer questions, I myself didn’t have insurance at the time and she was able to provide good rx cards to help pay for my prescriptions. She’s kind and doesn’t get overwhelmed when she is alone. This is definitely one of my top urgent cares here in Vegas.

From the moment I made a phone call into this place, I was treated very well. The staff is very friendly. I checked in online, and therefore didn’t have to wait for hours in the office waiting room. Only thing I have a concern with is that I was only tested for covid and when it wasn’t that, I was released with a viral infection diagnosis. I do wish it was a bit more thorough, like taken blood work for example, just in case. Other than that, nobody was rude, (Unbelievable that this is not normal in Healthcare right??). Dr has a great bedside manner, I will be coming back here.

I had a great experience. The PA I saw was so nice and made me feel like she really cared about my issue, which I kinda felt silly about going to urgent care about. The front desk lady was great with people coming in, very patient with some I was getting irritated with lol. Even the lady that took my temp, blood pressure was pleasant and they were really busy!
